First of all, I’d like to ask how many of you visit Facebook on daily basis?... I thought so! Nowadays it would be hard to find a person who hasn’t heard of Facebook. One in every 13 people on Earth is on Facebook right now. It is equal to oxygen for millions and millions of people. It currently has 800 million members and the numbers are going up as we speak. It would be fascinating to know , what caused such kind of phenomenon.
At present I believe I could say that life has gathered into the Facebook. We can track in real time what people are doing, who they are communicating, what their marital status is and what mood they’re in. Even businesses are promoting and seeking for new potential customers- through different public games where you can win from fancy dinners to fully paid trips to Hawaii . And it has been made so simple - you only have to click like and share .
I think that Facebook is a good way to boost one’s ego. I see people posting well selected pictures of their trips and parties . Enviable status updates like „Watching the sunrise from our hotel in Bali , miss you all xoxo!“. That all makes others think that their life is just miserable and worthless. But the reality is that 76 percent of pictures uploaded to Facebook are taken when drunk, which is a very serious indicator , because a lot of people keep their profiles open to everyone whithout thinking who might see them . For example, most of the companies do background check before hiring and if your profile is open, your new boss will be able to see it and maybe decides that you are incompetent for the job.
Recent reseaches show that Facebook is very addictive. More than 50 percent of active users log on any given day. Psychologists have introduced a diagnosis called FAD (Facebook Addiction Disorder )- there are an estimated 350 million around the world, who have admitted of being addicted to Facebook. But it was only a matter of time before large numbers fell like prey to the lures of a 24/7 social network with so many wonderful things to offer -a home among friends and shared applications like games, quizzes, personality-type "tests", awards and gifts, not to mention sharing laughs and creative feedback via photos , videos and more. I know that we live in a digital age, but maybe this new fancy disorder is a bit over a notch.
All in all, I think that it’s completely normal to have an account in Facebook, but we should keep some boundaries in case we don’t want to mix up our virtual life with the real one. Sure I can communicate with my friends easily via Facebook chat , but seeing eye-to-eye is way better. And I don’t mean that instead of chatting online we should chat via videocall- no no! We shouldn’t spend our short and precious life wandering around in the dephtless expanses of the Internet because reality is so much better!

Sharing Social media is all about socializing – sharing. Users can share whatever they want. Photos, videos, texts, location, feelings, prodcts, services, pages, URLs, likes, you name it. It helps to keep in touch with friends and world. This is one of the main causes why social media platforms can exist. Large group of users being active in the community and almost doing „work“. By sharing i mean users can create profile about themselves. Upload an image of themselves. Create albums where they can post gallery of their recent travel for example. Users can add events on their timeline. Whether they have engaged or marries, getting their first kid, moving to another city or graduating a degree. They can share a video within facebook, with

How the right of privacy was viewed in the 1890s and 2010s.

Data will contain information about transactions and behavioral data about people. For example, with a single click somebody can see what is been done in 24 hours, what places he or she visited, what internet pages liked. She says that, society needs a situation where is no privacy because it needs to have people predictable. We have to bare in mind that predictableness is not all bad. People buy books, films or cosmetics online, watch a film on Netflix and maybe even type a text message in Facebook about how good or bad the movie was. Next time you log in, you will see recommendations for new films or cosmetics you would perhaps like to use. All this because of predictive algorithms working to find patterns in our previous behaviour and making suggestions about our future desires. Is this bad ? No, but in other hand the same algorithmic programs are shaping our behavior in cosmetics brand favor. Last time you visited this website, you liked this book, maybe you like to buy this soap now ?

too often and they tend to change the view how we understand the term ,,personal relationships". The most popular social network-Facebook-was launched in 2004 and it has become one of the best earning web sites there is. Now, there are over one billion users. Unfortunately, it has affected the social life and activity of people in various ways. Many people are becoming to think that it is enough when they communicate with their friends only on Facebook. The word ,,friend" is becoming to mean a person who is in your Facebook friend list and that is it. There have been more than 100 billion friend connections on Facebook. It is really nice to be able to connect with someone in a second but people should watch more carefully how these networks affect their real life relationships. On the other side, the internet is the biggest brain that exists in the world. It has

If you aren`t on Facebook, then you don`t exist

If you aren't on facebook, you don't exist. What is it the main reason why the human race waste so much of their time just passing on Facebook? And why We spend even more time sitting in front of of screen, chatting with friends, checking email, surfing the web, or worse, playing , pointless and stupid games on Facebook? That is the question which I have asked myself many times. In my opinion the main reason is that facebook has become an important communication site , beacuse it is available for everyone who has Internet connection. Firstly, In fact More than 845 million people have Facebook account, about 483 million people use Facebook every day and I am one of them who uses Facebook every day. I can not imagine my life without facebook, because this is the first site where I go when I turn on my computer. I am really Addictioned to Facebook, beacuse it has changed the part of my life, because this is like the
