Our school year starts on the 1. of September and ends in on the 3. of July. Compared with other European schools our summer holiday is the longest. The winter holiday is 2 weeks long and the spring and autumn holidays are 1 week long. Our average school day is quite long, it starts at 8 o´ clock and ends usually at 3 or 4 o´ clock. We have a break after every 45 minutes for 10 minutes and we have two breaks that are 20 minutes long. During the break we study for the next lesson or just chat with other classmates. There have been incidents when people have not been able to keep their promises. They have made appointments but have decided to cancel them and have sent an e-mail.
