My day I wake up at half past six. First i go to kitchen and have a cup of cofee and toast for breakfast. After that i go to the bathroom and clean my teeth. Then i get dressed and go school by bus. Day in my life I was waking up when i heard knocking at my door. I went to the door and postman was standing there. She was holding a package. Finally my package has been delivered. I greeted him and went looking for my ID card. I ran back to the postman. She was writing down my info while my little brother was trying to talk with me. He was yelling: ,,What is this?" I answered him: ,,It's a package, obviously." My brother started laughing and ran away. Postman asked for a signature and suddenly my phone started ringing. A day out to remember It was a sunny summer day. I woke up, like always, brushed my teeth and went to eat. After all that, I chill in my computer, chat with friends and just watched TV. Every person should train each day Many people are training every day and the other people just watch and ask ,,Isn't that bad?". Yes, there are negative things about that, but mostly it is because you work out too hard and then the good things fade away. The biggest positive thing about training is that your body looks good. You feel more comfortable in it when you know you've worked very hard to get it. Another good thing about training every day is that you feel more energized. Usually you wake up in the morning and feel very tired, but when you go on a daily run, it wakes you up and you feel a lot better during the day. Some people think that it is bad for your health to train daily, but I disagree. Studies have shown that people who train are more healthy and they don't get ill as often as other people. There might be few negative things when you train each day, but it's usually because people get too into it

outside from the island can stay while studying in school. The campuses are always full. The campuses have also the hotel/hostel side, where students have their own bathroom in the room. Others, who don,t need to go downstairs for shower or bathroom. We also have a restaurant which is led by our teachers and where the students of such work and cook. Beside that, we also have 2 canteens, where every student is given 20 kroons per day for lunch. My day starts off at 8.30, normally we have an 1.5 hour lesson painting, ceramics or so. After that we often have a lunch break which is sometimes eaven up to 1hour. After the lunch break we go to a few more lessons. My day ends up at about 16.00-17.00. For the lessons being so long we actually don't have a lot of home work. Often we stay at the Décor to some together, just because it is more fun to do it together with someone

Food & feasts The average Viking family ate two meals a day. The meals were usually prepared at the central hearth. Goat, beef and horse meat was popular among the Vikings. Wines were made of berries and fruit. Bowls and platters were made of wood and spoons were made of metal. The food was eaten using their hands and a knife. The Vikings did not have forks.
