Inglise keele ajalugu, essee "My languages"

Not that we played with them. It's sad to say but it was not a nice time to be a Russian kid. We were mean to them, and we did not even know why. I think that's the only time I've ever been part of bullying someone, but there was this kid everybody called Vene-Russ and we spent a lot of time playing mean tricks on him. Well, there's that. And I also learned a lot of Russian from my mother's lover who was a Russian military officer and pretty much my father figure at the time. I tried to teach him Estonian and learned some Russian instead. My Russian studies in school have always been very hectic and making very little sense. Teachers kept changing all the time, teaching methods kept changing as well and learning Pushkin by heart does not work wonders with one's speaking skills, really. (Although I still can recite one of his poems...) The point is, I actually really like Russian. I've never been good at it, but I like the language and I really wish I knew it better

The School I come from

So far I have had five teachers (not including my current teacher), who all have been very different but they had one thing in common, they all used I love English books. With my first teacher we wrote down lots of rules about grammar and other stuff like that but I did not understand them so for me it was more like a waste of time. With my second, third and fourth teacher I met in Jõhvi High school and they all were not good teachers because they did not want to teach us, during their lessons half of the class just played with their phones and other half of the class tried to study on their own. My fifth teacher was the one who taught me almost everything that I know now, in her lessons I was never bored, because we had so much to do during her lessons, we singed songs, read poems, did group works, where we only could talk in English and when she saw that someone was bored she left him/her more difficult

to be over -- rest -- to sweep -- to be tired -- My Plans for the Future (3) In our country every boy and girl has a chance to choose one of several jobs which interest him or her. The best way to prepare for any job is to get a good education at school. Our boys and girls can find a job to their liking. They are also given every possible opportunity to go on with their education. There are a lot of interesting trades and all of them are important and useful. Vocational schools teach all kinds of trades, for example, bus, tram and trolleybus driving, repairing radio and TV-sets and refrigerators. There is also dress making and decoration of hails, shops and cinemas. You may learn the trade of a builder, a turner, a dressmaker, a shop assistant, a carpenter, a hairdresser. After finishing secondary school young people may enter an institute or a university to prepare for different professions, such as that of a teacher, a doctor, a lawyer, an engineer,

homework. Along with school rules goes offcourse listening to the teachers talk too. Students are obliged to listen to the teachers talk correctly with attention in lesson. To say something against teacher's words is verboten at school. Same way is verboten to say them badly or abuse them, because to this may follow a punishment. Under the punishment belongs at school a comment, reproof or written explanation about the behaviour. I have got comments mostly from one teacher. It was exactly my ninth manual labour teacher from my last school, who did not liked my creativity. Because of that arised us often arguments frequently they ended with comment. Rarely our arguments took me and Teacher to the deputy head teacher. There solved between me and her all problems. But I am not an only student who have had problems or difficulties at school. On example I can bring one Estonian literature work "Kevade" and it's author Was Oskar Luts

Edulugude võistlus

Edulugude võistlus Success-story competition „Small Town Inhabitants – Educated or Uneducated People“ To begin with, my childhood was quite ordinary, I spent a lot of time in my country home, spending most of my time playing. I have been raised by my mother. As I grew older, I got more and more interested in different things. At one point it occured to me that when I want to be successful in some field, then I really have to educate myself in that filed. When my friends have characterised me then they have mainly mentioned that I am an active person, who has been successful in different fields. I still do not think I am succesful because it is a really complicated definition, but I know that I have succeeded in doing several things. For me the key is my so called success has been that when dealing with a particular thing I have tried to delve into the subject as deep as possible. Firstly, when we are talking about success and asking the question who is a succesful person, we h
