restaurant and suggest some changes. Food and prices Despite the fact that there is not a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the food is well-cooked and looks beautiful. The prices of food are resonable. What is more the drinks were cheap. Service The staff was friendly and helpful they can make very helpful suggestions about the menu. However, the service is a bit slow at times, especially at the lunch hours. Atmosphere The restaurant has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. You can not help but be in a good mood while you are there, because of the cheerful music. However the music is too loud sometimes, so you cant hear the waitresses. Although the lihgting is a bit poor, so it is difficult to read the menu. Conclusion In conclusion, althouhg the music can be loud and the service might be slow or that the lighting is poor, Marco´s is a perfect place to go and have your lunch, because of the good prices and atmosphere. I certainly recommend everyone to
Acid rain is rain or any other form of precipitation that is unusually acidic. It can have harmful effects on plants, aquatic animals, and infrastructure through the process of wet deposition. Acid rain is caused by emissions of compounds of ammonium, carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur which react with the water molecules in the atmosphere to produce acids. Governments have made efforts since the 1970s to reduce the production of sulfuric oxides into the Earth's atmosphere with positive results Since the Industrial Revolution, emissions of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides to the atmosphere have increased.[2][3] In 1852, Robert Angus Smith was the first to show the relationship between acid rain and atmospheric pollution in Manchester, England.[4] Though acidic rain was discovered in 1852, it was not until the late 1960s that scientists began widely observing and studying the phenomenon. The term "acid rain" was generated in 1972
Furthermore the meals are good value for money as the prices are quite reasonable. However the clients are complaining that there are not many dishes to choose from, so we need more meals. Service The staff are very friendly and and helpful and they are able to make helpful suggestions about the menu. However the service is a little short handed, It would be a good idea to hire extra people during the lunch and dinner time for rushes so that the service is always fast and efficient Atmosphere There is friendly relaxed atmosphere in our restaurant. . However the restaurant is old and not very clean. Conclusion Marco's is a fast food restaurant with reasonable prices. If you would consider changes I suggested, we could get more customers and bigger profit.
It is believed that they end up in some alternate dimension, but this is only theory at this time. We can only hope to one day locate, and contain all the whirlpools in the expansive oceans of our world. Speaking of worlds, we come to our last natural disaster: meteors. These missiles from space are sent, by some unknown force, hurtling through space into our planet. Often these meteoroids are burned away by our own natural meteor defence, the atmosphere. But sometimes, the atmosphere is not enough to defeat these icy space boulders, and they will come crashing into Earth causing destruction on a worldwide scale. Earthquakes and tidal waves are being released upon the world to wreak havoc are often the after effects. The Earth's winds also carry the dust, sent into the sky from impact, across the globe. This dust can become so thick that it blocks out the sun, killing off all life on the planet. But, for a

Tartu 2009 Acid Rain Acid rain is rain consisting of water droplets that are unusually acidic because of atmospheric pollution - most notably the excessive amounts of sulfur and nitrogen released by cars and industrial processes. Acid rain is also called acid deposition because this term includes other forms of acidic precipitation such as snow. Acidic deposition occurs in two ways: wet and dry. Wet deposition is any form of precipitation that removes acids from the atmosphere and deposits them on the Earth's surface. Dry deposition polluting particles and gases stick to the ground via dust and smoke in the absence of precipitation. This form of deposition is dangerous however because precipitation can eventually wash pollutants into streams, lakes, and rivers. Acidity itself is determined based on the pH level of the water droplets. PH is the scale measuring the amount of acid in the water and liquid. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14 with
Air pollution Every day, the average person inhales about 20,000 liters of air. Every time we breathe, we risk inhaling dangerous chemicals that have found their way into the air. Air pollution includes all contaminants found in the atmosphere. These dangerous substances can be either in the form of gases or particles. Air pollution can be found both outdoors and indoors. Pollutants can be trapped inside buildings, causing indoor pollution that lasts for a long time. The sources of air pollution are both natural and human-based. As one might expect, humans have been producing increasing amounts of pollution as time has progressed, and they now account for the majority of pollutants released into the air.
composition. Because of these similarities, it was thought that Venus might even have life. Venus is also called the Morning star or the Evening star, because it reaches its brightness shortly before sunrise or shortly after sunset. It is the brightest object in the sky except for the Sun and the Moon. During the last few years the scientists have found that Venus and Earth are very different. It has no oceans and is surrounded by a heavy atmosphere composed mainly of carbon dioxide with virtually no water vapor. There are strong winds at the cloud tops but winds at the surface are very slow, no more than a few kilometers per hour. The surface of Venus retains a constant temperature between day and night and between the equator and the poles. We can't see the surface of Venus from Earth, because it is covered with thick clouds that strongly reflect sunlight. However, space missions to Venus have shown us that its
Humans are changeing the planet with their ordinary life. The principle cause of climate change is the increase in carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere. The main cause of that is the burning of fossile fuels. This is leading to the global warming. People have discovered a way to reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. It is possible to seperate the CO2 from the other gases by adding liquid which is very good at absorbing CO2. Then it can be pumped to underground. Scientist came up with this idea because methane gas has been down there for thousands of years and it has not come up. So they expect that the CO2 won't be coming up either. To be sure of that, they are coing to make a test and drill two wells to take purified CO2, inject it into the ground and monitor the physical changes that CO2 undergoes
Answers for the IPCC Summary. 1.Radiative forcing is a measure of the influence that a factor has in altering the balance of incoming and outgoing energy in the Earth-atmosphere system and is an index of the importance of the factor as a potential climate change mechanism. 2.The three main things that alter the energy balance of the climate system are the changes in the atmospheric abundance of greenhouse gases and aerosols, in solar radiation and in land surface properties. 3.The two sources for the increased concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere are production, distribution and consumption of fossil fuels and as a by-product from cement production. 4

Affirming these findings in 2013, the IPCC stated that the largest driver of global warming is carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from fossil fuel combustion, cement production, and land use changes such as deforestation. Its 2013 report states:Human influence has been detected in warming of the atmosphere and the ocean, in changes in the global water cycle, in reductions in snow and ice, in global mean sea level rise, and in changes in some climate extremes. 29 September 2008 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that you have made many mistakes in the article 'Student Slaves at Workcamp'. I explain each of the mistakes below. Firstly, you described the camp as something extremely dreadful, although there was very fun and the atmosphere was great. Secondly, you claimed that at the camp were 30 students, but actually there were only 15 of us, maybe even less. The final point I want to make concerns accommodation. We did not spend the nights in old tents. All of us slept in modern, wooden buildings with many more showers than you claimed to be there. Could I please ask you to look into these matters. I would like to see correct information about the camp in the next issue. I look forward to hearing from you

The Earth's climate has been changing constantly over its history. Once, all climate change occurred naturally, but recently, people have also started altering the climate. We are sending more and more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The average global temperature has increased by about 0.5 °C over the past century. Scientist expect it to increase up to an additional 3 °C over the next on 100 years. People who are living in cold places may have a chance to grow new crops if the climate gets warmer. At the same time in some parts of the world, people won't be able to grow the food they need. Global warming will make the sea level higher because it'll make the glaciers melt.
Introduction The purpose of this letter is to focuse on the good and bad sides of McDonalds restaurant. Food and Prices McDonalds offers well-packed fast food. The prices may seem a bit high, but the food is well worth the cost and tastes good. Service The waiters are friendly, but it's commonly hard to understand them because they don't speak neither understand much Estonian. The service could also be sometimes a bit slow and the queues long. Atmosphere The interior of the restaurant is nice and cosy, though what can be complained about is how the tables and seats are set, beacuse they are usually too close to each other. Restaurant plays music which gives you a good mood. As another minus, there are regularly food left-overs on the floor, which doesn't make the best out of the restaurant. Conclusion In conclusion, McDonalds is a good fast food restaurant and offers tasty but maybe not so healthy food
Spacecraft are unable to land on this type of surface. The clouds that are seen when looking at Saturn are just the top layer of a very deep layer that covers a center of liquid hydrogen. The clouds are blown by constant winds that reach speeds up to one thousand miles per hour at the equator of the planet ("Great Space Place"). The rings of Saturn are more spectacular than those of any other planet. Although this planet's rings are very wide, extending from the top of its atmosphere to well beyond the orbits of its closest moons, they are very thin, measuring no more than a few kilometers (about a mile) in thickness ("Great Space Place"). The Pioneer 11 flyby made several discoveries about the rings. The rings are made of particles that are dust-sized up to large mountain-sized masses, with the average size being in the marble to basketball range - about 10 centimeters (four inches). These particles are extremely cold and are possibly
How can we increase the quality of breathable air? “I’ll go out for a breath of fresh air” is an often-heard phrase. But how many of us realize that this has become irrelevant in today’s world? Air pollution is the addition of any harmful substances to the atmosphere, which causes the damaging of the environment, human health and the quality of life. Firstly, we should use green methods of powering like wind energy and landfill gas energy. This would reduce the amount of harmful gases. Another useful suggestion would be to plant trees. In this way we can increase the source of breathable oxygen. Unfortunately, many companies are contributing to deforestation. Finally, it would help if we put taxes on carbon emissions or
The second thing is, that people still drop litter on the ground, even if there is a bin somewhere nearby. If we didn't build so much houses all around cities, we could save money from that and better build animal parks, green areas and playgrounds for children. If there were more green areas, people would have more oxygen. All in all, we must understand the importance of oxygen and where must litter go, then we could have better atmosphere and people wouldn't be worried about their health.
The meaning for the people was that all the people were at the same level, because no differentation could be made between nobilty and the common people. The carnival don't have much preporations, the only preporations were made by the local people who prepeared their restaurants, theaters and ohter things for the carnival. Overall the Venice carnival is a mask carnival where people have lots of fun and spend their time in the fine and good Venice atmosphere. In my opinion the Venice carnival seems very interesting and even if I have not been in Venice or been at the carnival, I recommend everyone who love different exotic things to go there. I really like to go there also.
It is based on my experiences as a customer. Food and prices Firstly, I am satisfied with prices, they are reasonable. But there is not a wide variety of dishes. You should add more dishes to your menu. Service Another thing to mention is that the staff was friendly and helpful. I think that a good staff means a lot for customers. But on the other hand, the service is a little too slow, particularly when the restaurant gets busy. More people should be hired. Atmosphere Finally, the restaurant looks really old and it does not look very clean anymore. I think that painting it again will give a really good result. Furthermore, I came by car, but there was nowhere to park it. You should clean up the old storage yard next to the restaurant and convert it into a car park. Conclusion In conclusion, although there were some drawbacks, the Marco’s fast food restaurant is a nice place. Using my suggestions will make the restaurant more popular and convenient.
From: Mari Mets Subject: The factors Estonian students consider important when choosing a job Introduction The aim of this report is to analyse the results of two surveys into the information about which factors Estonian students consider important when choosing a job. The two surveys were carried out in 2005 and 2013. At the end of the report there are some possible reasons for the changes. Grow of importance To start with, the importance had grown 14% for the pay, 15% for the work atmosphere and 20% for work/life balance. The pay has stayed the same in the ranking of importance but the ranking of work/life balance has dropped from fourth to second place. Fall of importance In contrast, the importance of job security has fallen by 22% and job content by 16%. They used to be equally ranked the second, but now they have become the least important factors when choosing a job. Conclusion

I have some few bad marks and lots of good marks. Teachers are usually satisfied with my results. Ofcourse my mother still ,,knows" that I could do better. But I'm already doing better. I guess she's never satisfied with my work. As a family were doing perfect. I think as I'm now completely got over my adolescence age, we don't fight so much anymore. It's nice because now the homely atmosphere is much effortless. And as we get along well, I hope that my summer plans will be bigger than ever. Including the trip to London to visit you. I can't wait to tell you and oncle Jo about Estonia, there's so much to talk about. Don't forget to send me your new address! Best wishes .....(name)
the Dome Church. Currently, the building is occupied by a history museum and the visitors can use an observation platform on the roof and enjoy a picturesque view of the city. By the Dome Hill there's the main building of the University of Tartu. It's very big and beautiful. There are several museums, but also some theatres and cinemas. Tartu has many cafés in the centre of the city, for example café Pierre. With its historical atmosphere, it's a really great place for spending a quiet and relaxing evening. Tartu is the perfect place for living and it's certainly a good holiday destination if you like sightseeing. It's also a fine choice for students, because the University of Tartu has a really good reputation and education level. Karita Liivak 9b Tartu MRG 15.10.10
Introduction The purpose of this report is to highlight some good and bad points of Steffani Pizza Restaurant. In order to prepare this report I handed out to their recent customers questionnaires in order to get the most recent data. Good points of Steffani Pizza Restaurant Firstly, I have to point out that the customers are very satisfied with the prices and they are probably willing to pay higher prices, if Steffani wants to raise the prices. There is something specail about the atmosphere, because my research show that people spend there about two times more than in other eating places in Pärnu. Secondly, I have to mention that the food is quite delicious. Bad points of Steffani Pizza Restaurant The biggest problem with Steffani seems to be their workers. Actually they are in desperate need of new workers. The questionnaire shows that people will have to wait for about an hour, to get their
The first practical windmills were built in Afghanistan, from the 7th century to grind corn and draw up water. The first windmill for electricity production was built in Scotland in 1887 to power the lighting in the cottage, thus making it the first house in the world to have its electricity supplied by wind power. During the Second World War, small wind generators were to recharge submarine batteries. In the 1990s, wind power became more important, because fossil fuels pollute the atmosphere and humanity needed alternative fuels. That's because wind power is so necessary. Wind power is also renewable energy and it doesn't cause greenhouse gases. Building windmills is actually quite expensive and they need repairing or replacing about every 12-15 years. And strong winds can also break the wind turbines. Considering these things the wind power cost more than the energy from fossil fuels. Also the turbines are unpleasant to look at and if you live near the wind farms then
After Katie (Katie Featherston) and Micah (Micah Sloat) move into a new house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be demonic but is certainly most active in the middle of the night. Micah points the camera at their bed every night, recording the horrific activities around their sleeping forms. The bedroom door swings ominously open and closed and footsteps can be heard on the stairway. The films main focus relies heavily on sound and atmosphere. And a refreshing aspect lies in the minimal amount of special effects. As the camera begins to capture paranormal events, night after night, with increasing intensity, the tension is huge. Many of the scenes and camera angles are repeated since Micah places the camera in the same place each evening while the couple sleeps. Many of the shots are hard to see in the dark and often reaction shots are lost because the filmmakers were limited by one camera
People have to sit still for long hours and work until theirand heads start to ache. They can only have a short lunch break and no more free time is allowed. When people work in the office, they have to give their fullest and slacking off is unapproved. In comparison, working at home seems to have many benefits. People who work at home can personally choose their working hours according to their own lifestyle and take as many breaks as they feel necessary. A good rest and a comfortable atmosphere can easily raise the quality of the work that people are doing. However, when people work at home, they might find it hard to focus and they can easily lost their motivation when they don't have a boss breathing down their necks and a clock that is ticking time and never giving them any rest. Working at home and in the office have both good sides and bad sides, but if I'd have to choose one, I'd probaly like to work in the office, because
racist character. He also said that it was his last film as an actor. The main issue in this film is gang violence on the streets involving different cultures and races. Grand Torino is not a typical American film at all; it even reminds me of a 1992 Australian film Romper Stomper which talks about the same problem- intolerance. The film also shows that if only people from different cultures want to live together in a friendly atmosphere and in harmony, they can achieve this but it may take time and willingness to understand others. I think this film is meant to be shown to persons who have a strong nervous system and who want to know what is happening in some of the neighborhoods of Detroit. I strongly recommend this piece of art to everyone, because it is interesting, well- scripted and humorous but also informative and educational. Mark-Hendrik Mäeste
What qualities should/should not a teacher have The quality of the education of young people depends on the work of the teacher, who is largely responsible for the exchange of knowledge and skills for young people from an early age up to adulthood. What characteristics must a teacher have in order to do their job as well as possible, so that young adults become enough to start their own life? The teacher must have an advanced level of knowledge in their field. The more qualified the teacher is the better and more clearly he knows how to convey his material for students. From that depends how well young people acquire the knowledge and benefit from skills they have obtained in their later life. Teaching skills are very important. Every teacher should know how to be youthful and attractive enough in its subject, so that the students would give it an interest and they would like to acquire knowledge in this matter. If the subject seems at...

''Lõunakeskus'' has something to offer for everyone.Althought it could be cheaper, I think it is a good place where you can spent your money.
become independent. You do not have your parents right next to you, you have to handle everyday -life yourself. Maybe the beginning itself is hard, but it is definately useful. You learn to live life on your own. One of the disadvantages is language barrier, especially when you are going to country, where the English is not a spoken language. So the previous work with that new language is vital. Also when you are in that atmosphere you learn new language very quickly. And here comes advatage from disadvatage you learn to communicate in totally new language. But the most harder aspect in my opinion of studying abroad is that you cannot look away from homesickness. It comes earlier or later. Of course today communication is not a problem, we have many social networks and we can talk with parents and friends whenever we want, but real hugs, laugh and homemade food are those that are needed.
outhouses. Spontaneous fires and explosions caused by build-ups of gas have been recorded in many regions of the world, illustrating a major problem which needs to be confronted by waste management companies. When this gas is trapped, however, it can be made useful, instead of just being a nuisance. Trapped biogas can be used to power stoves for cooking and heating, in addition to other applications. By trapping the gases, people can prevent methane from reaching the atmosphere, thereby reducing degradation caused by methane gas. The ability to turn waste products into something which can be utilized is also rather convenient, especially in developing countries, where available resources may be limited. Furthermore, by turning biomass into biogas, people can address issues like sewage treatment, ensuring that raw sewage is not released into the natural environment. Producing process
The Chernobyl accident in 1986 was the result of a flawed reactor design that was operated with inadequately trained personnel. The resulting steam explosion and fires released at least 5% of the radioactive reactor core into the atmosphere and downwind. Two Chernobyl plant workers died on the night of the accident, and a further 28 people died within a few weeks as a result of acute radiation poisoning. The April 1986 disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in the Ukraine was the product of a flawed Soviet reactor design coupled with serious mistakes made by the plant operators. It was a direct consequence of Cold War isolation and the resulting lack of any safety culture.

exhausting. Many parents have lost their jobs because of the virus. And still there are people who won’t listen to the government rules and spread the virus further. Secondly, global warming is increasing at an alarming rate with the progress in technology. In recent years, industrialization and extensive use of automobiles have been observed, and these developments have significantly raised the levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Moreover, these gases like carbon dioxide and methane trap the sunlight and elevate the temperature of the earth. This change in temperature is not only responsible for global warming but also other associated problems of climate change and air pollution. In conclusion, to ensure positive contributions and to minimize risks to the planet, relying on govenment alone will not lead to the desired results. Each person's effort can effectively help protect the environment.

of Tokyo businesses in cooling costs. Street light use 5% of energy, but it can be reduced to 2%. Usual TVs should be replaced with Plasma TV, because it saves energy more. By driving electic-car, it is possible to save energy about 20% and reduce global emissions. Carbon dioxide is used to grow tomatoes. Tomatoes which are eaten, have come out straight of exhaust of engine and gas turbine burning gas. But still this carbon dioxide finds its way to atmosphere through our bodies.
