Healthy Life I do not workout. I just do not have time for that and I do not have a mind to do workout sometimes. My way to workout is to play basketball, 90 minutes PE classes once a week and walk with my dog. In summers, I usually watch soccer on television and sometimes play basketball. My mother, father and sister are completely opposites of me. My sister practices swimming and soccer three times a week, including she rides with a bike. My mother bought herself a fitness machine; she uses it twice a week. My father also goes to fitness centre, rides with a bike and runs three times a week

Big disadvantage is that you can not see other people emotions. When you write, you do not see how person behind the screen reacts. You will never know is that topic good or bad for that human. We may not undrestand what people want to say with their sentences and emoticons. With that way you can hurt someone really bad or get hurt yourself. Third very good advantage is that Facebook motivates people to do some workout. In facebook you can scroll up and down and see beautiful bodies. Sometimes it is reason why to go to the gym. Right now in Facebook is call run every morning and get a gift. Lot of people now go running in the mornings, because they have a goal. Goal is simple: ‘’Run hundred days and get a gift’’. Unfortunately not all of users think that it is good goal. Disadvantage is that people sit in
Sport in my family and class Sport is very popular in my class. Almost the whole class goes workout. There are only two or three people who were not in training. Sport is also popular in my family. My brother has been played basketball already four years and my mom do aerobics. Only my father, do not go to training. My family has practiced many different sports. My brother started with basketball four years ago and he is still playing. My mother played basketball too but it was years ago and she has been in athletics too. My father played volleyball and he have been cycling

10. september 2009. a. My summer! I spend my whole summer in Varbla, where lives my older sister. Some days in July and August I also spend at home, because I had to take care after my dog and I wanted to buy some new clothes. Most of my time I hung around with my friends in Varbla. We rode a lot with horses and sometimes after workout we went swimming with them. Me and my friends took part in a movie which was made by Estonian and German people. It was filmed in beach Matsi and I really enjoyed that experience. In August me and my horse Estrella wanted to compete with other horses, but unfortunately I couldn't go to that race. A day before the race a horse hit me in the ribs and I wasn't able to move for a few days. My summer ended in Toila, where I worked with Tuuli

Fitness and health among the young people Introductions The aim of the report is to find the reasons, why young people not doing enough sport or getting enough exercises and makes some suggestions to ways of tackling this problem. I interviewed my mother and some friends to find out their views. Building more training halls My friends thought that this was a good idea, saying training halls are useful for: · Doing workout with friends · Opportunity trainings with coach teaching · Improving health and figure On the other hand, my mother said that this is not very good idea. Young people need motivate by some older or smarter people. Motivate young people and explain their passivity reasons My mother preferred this opportunity to explain young people passivity reasons. She thought that the main reasons are: 1. For nowadays young people is the most important computer and internet
vegetables and "green stuff", because fresh food contains most of the necessary vitamins. I don't forbid you from anything, but I think you should avoid fries, hamburgers, potato chips and sweets. Did you know, that it is important to eat everything you like, but in the right amount - not too much and not too little? It is not good for you to think too much about your weight, it is too stressful. Just have whatever you like, but control yourself - veggies instead of fries, etc. A good workout is the second most important thing in leading a healthy lifstyle. I suggest you to go jogging, it is pleasant and at the same time, cheap. You should exercise at least 30minutes per day. I hope you won't limit your eating too much, it's not good for you and many people suffer from anorexia and bulimia because of that. A good night sleep is also vital! Don't stay up too late. I hope you found something useful from my letter, but you can
A whole range of things should be taken into account before starting a training but unfortunately, many fitness instructors still fail to take a detailed personal history of their clients. It's crucial to work out first undergoes of "warm-up" a succession of low-intensity movements to prepare the body for exercise by increasing circulation. Equally important is "cooling down" at the end of a workout. Stopping suddenly, especially when fatigued, can bring cramps and fainting. Today's gyms are packed with an array of equipment so beginners should be given detailed, individual induction. The most common problems are repetitive stress injuries: inflammation of tendons, fractures of the bone etc. People often find themselves exercising one muscle more than another so they may end up
For example, if you have a hearing memory, then maybe you should consider recording your notes onto your computer or MP3 player. You should listen to them when you are out and about but not when you are relaxing. Relaxing is a very important part of revising. You should give your brain some rest so it could operate more effectively. Also, while studying you become mentally tired, but on order to sleep, you should balance mental and physical fatigues, so a light workout a day could really do you good. Another fact is that you should get atleastfour and a half hours’ sleep, under no circumstances you should go into an exam under these sleeping hours. This is the absolute minimum. But the most important thing is that you start revising long before you actually have this exam, maybe even draw up a revising timetable, so you wouldn’t cram the night before. IV Even though this is a sensible statement, some people might disagree with it

FOOD FOR SPORT Eating right can help energize your workout. What is the best thing to eat before exercising for energy and endurance? You need quality carbs, lean protein, heart-healthy fats, and fluids. Your muscles rely on carbohydrate foods like breads, cereals, pasta, rice, fruits, and vegetables for quick energy. You need protein for your muscles and for your blood cells, which bring nutrients and oxygen to your muscles. You also need fluids, or your body will have a hard time performing at its best.
boundaries between work and play are blurred. Computing and communications technologies are destroying the idea of privacy and leisure. Nowadays some youngsters can say that their hobby is playing computer games or reading iBooks. Since computer came along teenager would rather spend their time on the computer or playstation than spending time outside. As time has changed, hobbies have changed, for example playing virtual tennis in Wii or watching sports from TV is considered as normal workout. Although photography is an old hobby, modern technology has changed the whole idea of it. In addition because of modern breakthrough blogging as a hobbie is also possible. It is actually writing but you can write anything you want and publish it to many blogging sites. A good writing skill may lead to fame for a blogger and become a major earning source. As shown above, technology has changed leisure and hobbies. If there would not be such
income to afford a car. Moreover, it is expensive to get a driver's license. It can be said that owning a car is an expensive pleasure. Secondly, driving a car can be compared to addiction as Matthew Perry once said:" I think we need to educate doctors about our addiction." Initially, people may not notice it, but over time it becomes clear that people cannot pass even the smaller distances without car. For instance, there are people who drive to the gym to do a workout there even if the distance is small. Nonetheless, it is good to have a car if it is necessary to save time. Thirdly, due to technical development, people always have a need to follow latest trends. There is always a demand for something new and better. New solutions involve situations, where the drivers first car purchase is also not the last. In turn, there will come new spendings on new cars and car services, so the transport would be more powerful and comfortable
start working out, out of the blue, Like an olympic gymnist. You should start by short workouts. Start jogging for shorter distances and after a short amount of time start builing up your speed and lenghtening your distances. But nevertheless you shouldn't start working out without previous experiences. It would be a smart move to consult with a professional trainer, so you can learn how to warm up, how to do everything so you won't hurt yourself, and how to stretch after a workout. For instance many people without previous training experience start their "healthy" life by running long distances fast. Out of ignorance they believe, that if they run faster and longer, they will get better results. Needless to say, that kind of working out damages your body more than it helps. And can also cause you to have an cardiac arrest or a serious longterm heart problems. But despite the fact that there can be serious consequences for false ways, there is still an upside
She wants to change her looks as often as possible which is why she colors her hair almost every month. Lila also makes sure that everyone knows that she cuts her own hair. When you happen to be a friend of a friend of Lila you'll love her. She is funny and friendly and always has a great story to tell about the previous weekend's crazy party where she got really drunk and argued with an annoying bitch. But when you happen to be a new person outside her clique, let's say just in the same workout group, you will probably find out about all your mistakes on the spot. She quickly figures out your mainstream style, disturbing way of pushing back your hair every one in a while and the lack of personality you have. And she most certainly makes sure to share her views with her friend in a loud enough voice so that you ought to be deaf not to hear it. Indeed, Lily loves attention. You could recognise her laugh from a mile away because she laughes oh so loudly

Also referred to as "gym class" students participated in activities such as team sports, (volleyball, soccer, basketball, etc.) walking or running (running a mile was common), cardiovascular and strength training exercises (such as pull-ups and push-ups) and even swimming. Physical education provides children with an opportunity to exercise during the day. It gives children early exposure to team sports, and promotes good physical fitness. Children who participate in physical education get a workout, and they also learn the importance of exercise as a lifelong habit. Physical education is clearly an important course in schools, with many benefits for children. In addition to helping kids learn healthy habits and stay off drugs, physical education can also increase learning by getting the blood flowing and increasing oxygen levels, which promote concentration. Sports and PE help children build self esteem and help them learn important lessons in teamwork
blindfolded, twenty minutes lying down in silence and then five miutes more dancing. This technique is the best way to meditate for those, who are having problems staying still. It’s a greate way to direct energy inward. [7] There’s many reasons, why some people like to dance. Everyone of us might have their own. Some love to dance, because they like to entertain people. Some of them are doing it as an art form. Many of us love to workout or maditate with dancing. People who are afraid to speak out use dancing to express themselves. But it doesn’t matter what’s the reason, matters the feeling about it. Suu on kinni ja lõdvestunud) Try for three in-and-out breath cycles per second. This produces a quick movement of the diaphragm. Do not do for more than 15 seconds on your first try. Each time you practice the Stimulating Breath, you can increase your time by five seconds or so, until you reach a full minute. Breathe normally after each cycle. If done properly, you may feel invigorated, comparable to the heightened awareness you feel after a good workout. You should feel the effort (pingutus) at the back of the neck, the diaphragm, the chest and the abdomen (kõht). Try this breathing exercise the next time you need an energy boost and feel yourself reaching for a cup of coffee. Exercise 2: The 4-7-8 (or Relaxing Breath) Exercise This exercise is utterly simple, takes almost no time, requires no equipment and can be done anywhere. Although you can do the exercise in any position, sit with your back straight while learning the exercise

Summary A long period of preparation for a comprehensive physical fitness leads to high run-based results only if the individual has a lower intensity workout, while others must practice the greater intensity and less volume. 1 Kasutatud kirjandus Karikosk.O ,,Treeningumeetodite areng,, ,,Kehakultuur,, nr. 9, 1968 ,,Mida, milla, kuidas?,, ,,Kehakultuur,, nr. 4 ja 5, 1965 Karikosk.O ,,Keskmaajooksjate treening kasvueas,, ,,Kehakultuur,, nr. 18 ja 19, 1965 Viru.ANoorte organismi areng ja õppetöö noortega.
We examined how endurance training takes place and how it's carried out. We chose this topic because we participate in sporting activities ourselves and this new knowledge can contribute to our development in our own personal lives, as well as it helps and contributes to the work we do in the coaching program which we are currently studying. What was most interesting about this topic was that we learned a lot of new and useful exercises which we can implement into our workout routines and carry them out ourselves. Added to this, we learned what durability develops in our organism and what makes it function properly. Our sources include the internet as well as sport/health books which taught us specific exercises as well as other useful information which can be used in our study. Our goal was to investigate the term resistance training and how what it consists of. We found certain exercises which help develop a person's endurance and what the exercises are used for

We'd been unpacking for days, yet he still looked amazing. Leanly built, dark-haired, and green-eyed, Cary was a man who rarely looked anything less than absolutely gorgeous on any day of his life. I might have resented that if he hadn't been the dearest person on earth to me. "I'm not talking about a bender," he insisted. "Just a glass of wine or two. We can hit a happy hour and be in by eight." "I don't know if I'll make it back in time." I gestured at my yoga pants and fitted workout tank. "After I time the walk to work, I'm going to hit the gym." "Walk fast, work out faster." Cary's perfectly executed arched brow made me laugh. I fully expected his million-dollar face to appear on billboards and fashion magazines all over the world one day. No matter his expression, he was a knockout. "How about tomorrow after work?" I offered as a substitute. "If I make it through the day, that'll be worth celebrating." "Deal
I loved sitting in the dark staring at images all day long and making the pictures dance. I called it going into the submarine, a blissful world of concentra tion that called on every cell of my creativity and forced me to articulate my ideas in order to communicate with my creative partners. I could see many ways in which the editing process echoes the writing process, and imagined new possibilities for com bining the two. I learned new principles and gave the old theories a good workout. T h e process of editing seemed to me to be a lot like making a wooden boat, like one of those sleek dragon-ships the Vikings made. T h e spine of the story is like the keel, the major plot points are the ribs, and the individual scenes and lines of dialogue are the planks and rigging that complete the vessel, a vehicle for your vision that you hope will sail on the seas of public attention. Another insight from the editing room was a greater appreciation of the i m
