Working at home or in an office
With the development of communication technology many companies offer their employees a possibility to work at home instead of going to office every day. This option has many positive sides but also some negative .
Firstly working at home is more comfortable for workers . Their working schedule is more flexible because work has to be done for certain date and if they do their work faster then there is more free time to be with a family, play sports etc.
In many cases workers who work at home are more creative and their working results are better. Sometimes lack of inspiration or poor working results may be caused by the small office.
Working at home has also some negative sides. When working at home workers can not communicate with each others from face to face. In my opinion teamwork is very important in most of the companies. When all the workers work at home then it is hard to make important decisions .
All in all people need variety in their lives then it is good when they can work at office and some days at home.

All you need to create a wonderful fu- ture for yourself is to read this book, decide how you are going to apply it to your own life, write out a plan, and then go forth with en- thusiasm and make it happen. I have a confession to make. I am one of Brian’s raving fans. I have studied him, his brilliant work, and the extraordinary results he has achieved. I am also one of his close colleagues and friends. We have worked together on many platforms, and met and talked with each other on numerous occasions. Brian is one of the finest thinkers and writers on inner develop- ment and personal success in the world. I know; I have sold over 82 million books aimed at helping people get the most out of themselves.

taste. What can compare with fresh pees or new potatoes just boiled and served with butter? Why drown spring lamb in wine or cream and spices, when with just one or two herbs it is absolutely delicious? If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. It is disappointing, but true that, there is no tradition in England of eating in restaurants, because the food doesn't lend itself to such preparation. English cooking is found at home. So it is difficult to a good English restaurant with a reasonable prices. In most cities in Britain you'll find Indian, Chinese, French and Italian restaurants. In London you'll also find Indonesian, Mexican, Greek... Cynics will say that this is because English have no "cuisine" themselves, but this is not quite the true. I’m a usability consultant. Here’s what I do: People (“clients”) send me something they’re working on. It could be designs for a newWebsite they’re building, or the URL of a site that they’re redesigning, or a prototype of an app. I try using what they send me, doing the things that their users would need or want to do with it. I note the places where people are likely to get stuck and the things that I think will confuse them (an “expert usability review”). Sometimes I get other people to try using it while I watch to see where

Pay-for performance: necessary or unsuitable way to increase efficiency in the public sector

in the public sector Through history civil service has meant and cited many different forms of serving a country. Raadschelders and Rutgers (1996) have brought out five phases in their article “Evolution of Civil Service systems” that describes how civil service has evolved and become one of the most important part of governing. In different times civil service has supported monarchs, kings, presidents and governments in their work reigning, ruling and leading people. Role of civil service has increased by every age- becoming more and more wider in tasks, obligations and responsibilities, so have the cost that it all brings. Considering this, governments nowadays have a task to evaluate the work of their civil service, to make it more productive and cost-effective. For this, different methods have been discussed, being influenced by different contexts, religion and other factors.

Each part has a special job, and all the parts work together to keep you alive and healthy. Good health is one of the most important things in life. There are certain things we can do to stay healthy. We should eat a balanced diet that includes the right kinds of food and drink plenty of clean, fresh water. We should exercise regularly, strengthening our muscles and keeping us in shape. Exercise helps the blood circulate around our bodies, cleaning out waste and supplying plenty of oxygen. It is also important what we get enough sleep

at the youth generally talk about the 'cool quotient' of the product and how it is going to be the next 'in-thing'. And if you want to stay ahead of the game, it is absolutely vital that you procure it. The visual effect, seeing the things happen in front of you and the slice-of-life effect makes them look a lot believable than they should be. So how should mass media be used with youth? Mass media, effective as it is, can be used on the youth to drive home pressing concerns in the country. Child obesity, the dangers of alcohol and preteen sexual relations, importance of exercise and fitness etc. If these things can be done, the mass media will be able to influence the youth for the better and send better messages for the development of the youth than what it is sending today. Mass Media Influence on Adults Like children and youth, mass media influences adults too, although perhaps not on the same scale
