Elus esimest korda Nokia kontsertsaali sisendes olin kohe meisterlikult seatud konksu otsas: kurb hakkas. Meelde tulid poliitikute lubadused, et Sakala keskust nende valitsemisajal maha ei võeta ja sellele järgnenud vähem kui kuu aega, mil seda tõesti ei tehtud. Usually law regulates relations between people, people and the state etc, PIL regulates relations between states. Thats why PIL is important for international relation students.
