Skills + motivation + attitude = success . True or not?
Having a special skills in some speciality and having an exellent motivation to reach a certain goal and also having the right attitude, then probably that is enough to succeed alomost in everything.
Having a certain goal to reach is never easy but when having all important qualities to work it out it is certainly easier than without trying hard enough. Those three qualities are extremely important for achiving a goal. When you have only one quality of those it is really hard to achive anything but taking two of these qualities would be enough to achive your goal, if you really want it.It would always be better to have all of these qualities, because having all of those qualities would be the best thing to be almost unstoppable. Having the important skills, the best motivation you can think of and the attitude what cannot be crushed, would make anyone unbeatable. It might take a lot of time to achive the goals but trying to get to there where wanting to be will not stop it.
Skills without motivation is nothing , same goes to motivation and attitude. There are some very open -minded employers out there who look beyond academic transcipts and grades and if they can see you are motivated to learn what needs to be done and have the right attitude then they might just be willing to give you a go. But you must be able to show just how willing you are when you speak to or meet your potential new employer for the first time.
If you can use all of these 3 qualities then there ise a high propability that there is a bright future ahead of you. If you know how to use all of those abilities then having a successful life and well-paid job are not far away . There are employers who does not care about your grades in high school they want the person who you are. At the beginning you’re probaply not as good employee as more experinced workers but after many hours of work you finally will gain confidence and will be as good as more experienced workers or even better.
All in all for success skills, motivation and attitude are really the things you need.

"The whole manager" referaat

Introduction This inspirational and easy-to-read guide will make every manager stop and think again about how they approach their jobs. It provides practical advice on how to be prioritized and focused on the key tasks, how to manage in the organization; how to delegate effectively, and how to manage the balance between your work, family and personal needs. Managing yourself Book begins with a basic question: How can you possibly hope to manage your unit, team, organisation or company if you can not manage yourself? Six P-s are poor preparation produces piddling poor performance. Most managers appreciate a certain need for preparation but do not give it nearly as much attention as it deserves. Preparation is vital because it will give you considerable selfconfidence right from the start. To get the best out of yourself you need to feel accountable for your actions and for those of your team. Basically, that means not leaning on others for help and not looking for excuses when things go

SPEECH: Attitude rather than aptitude is the key to succsess

Attitude rather than aptitude is the key to success Dear classmates and teacher! Nearly every person in this room have big hopes for the future. Almost EVERY ONE of us want to accomplish more than the others. We've set our standards high. Much higher than they were before and every generation lifts them higher. Every one of us dream of/about all kind of things. Some of them are small and brief, some bigger and long termed. Unfortunately, most of those remain to dreams, because nowadays people are lazy. Somewhy we are waiting things to happen without putting any effort to it. They say patience is a vertue, but if you want things to happen you need to come out from your comfort-zone and take action. (50 sek) When I was searching for materials for this speach, I constantly noticed 80/20 rule. It sais/d that FULLY eighty percent of success will be determined by attitude and ONLY twenty by aptitude. (I think the numbers are a litte bit exaggerated. 60/40 would be more suitable.)

Education

comparatively few people could become learned. Now, theoretically, our electronic age makes learning easier than ever. Well, technology is indisputably better. We can store and retrieve data much more efficiently. We can communicate in a flash. But still, at the basic level, we must be well grounded -- we must possess common sense, civil manners, frank discussion skills, reasoning abilities, and moral fiber. It is possible to be a technological genius, say a computer nerd, without social skills or civil conscience. I'd rather have as a neighbor an illiterate janitor with an easy-going, friendly disposition. Hence, I value what we might call character more than specialist knowledge from an antisocial person. God knows we want everyone to be a well-mannered genius. But humans are not cut out to be happy like pigs in a pen. We instead have insatiable brains, with mental appetites. So our goal is to balance the brainwork with hearts and smiles. "Facts served with sauce."
