Dear Sir/ Madam ,
I am writing to complain about the mobile phone which I bought from your store and about your customer service .
I bought the phone on 15th September. I was told that the phone has guarantee for 6 months. It worked properly for three weeks. Then it suddenly stopped working , the screen went black and the buttons didn’t function . I immedately phoned your helpline and was told that this was completely my fault and i have to pay extra money for the repair .
I think that it is unreasonable that I have to pay for the phone repair because guarantee is 6 months. I also think that in the future you should talk to your employees about their attitude .

The letter of complain

January 17, 2014 Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to complain about the computer I bought at your store last week. When I tried to turn the computer on at home, it did not work. The screen was black and the computer made an odd noise. I performed in the manner as the user manual wrote. Since the computer was guaranteed for 2 years, I took it back to your store but the shop assistant did not help me. She was impolite and arrogant and she said that she could do nothing. I am most disappointed and require my money back or a new product

Mari Mets Client manager iDeal Ringtee 75 Tartu, Tartu County 59789 Email: [email protected] Dear Ms Mets, On 6 October 2018 I bought iPhone 8 Plus from your iDeal store which is in Lõunakeskus shopping center. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because the camera of iPhone 8 Plus do not take pictures and I cannot open the camera app it is black all the time. I am disappointed because I bought new phone and it does not work properly. If I buy new things from store then I believe that these things should work, because I paid to get properly working device. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if I can get my money back or I would get new device which works properly. I hope that I do not have to pay more money because the problem was not my fault. I look forward to hearing from you and a resolution to my problem. Please contact me at the email address or by phone. Yours sincerely, MKask Marie Kask

Inglise keele kirjapraktika portfoolio

She also loves listening to rock music, which is what we bonded over. Also, she is a great artist if she has the time and patience. Her over analyzing makes her a slow drawer. I love Kati with all my heart. She is the best friend anyone could ever have. Whenever I need her I can call her and she's there for me. Although she might want to portrait a pessimistic person, all her advice is always very positive. I know she will be a great teacher one day. 4. Letter to a friend Dear Helena, I am writing to you, because you asked about my favourite TV-programme and I'm very happy to reply. The programme I'm most fond of is Supernatural. It's a Canadian based American TV-show. It's pretty amazing as it's about to start it's 9th season. I love it because it used to be very scary and now as I have grown older, so has the show.
