Each part has a special job, and all the parts work together to keep you alive and healthy. Good health is one of the most important things in life. There are certain things we can do to stay healthy. We should eat a balanced diet that includes the right kinds of food and drink plenty of clean, fresh water. We should exercise regularly, strengthening our muscles and keeping us in shape. Exercise helps the blood circulate around our bodies, cleaning out waste and supplying plenty of oxygen. What do you think of the colour scheme of your school? I think that my school is beautiful. My school has got quite good look. In the outside the school is light. Heart and Lung Health

Heart and Lung Health: This is one of the most important reasons to exercise. An inactive lifestyle is one of the major causes of heart diseases. While a lot of heart conditions occur when we are older, it is necessary to start exercising at a young age to keep our hearts strong as we age. Cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, cycling, and aerobics are especially good for the heart, hence the name `cardiovascular'. These types of exercises help to maintain your blood pressure, reduce the bad cholesterol and increase the good cholesterol in your blood, reduce the risk of diabetes, and increase your endurance level so you don't easily run out of breath. Diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol are all conditions that the black individual is more susceptible to than most other races.

He had now become absolutely motionless, and he kept his head down so that the light from the lamp beside him fell across the upper part of his face, leaving the chin and mouth in shadow. She noticed there was a little muscle moving near the corner of his left eye. "This is going to be a bit of a shock to you, I'm afraid," he said. "But I've thought about it a good deal and I've decided the only thing to do is tell you right away. I hope you won't blame me too much." And he told her. It didn't take long, four or five minutes at most, and she say very still through it all, watching him with a kind of dazed horror as he went further and further away from her with each word. "So there it is," he added. "And I know it's kind of a bad time to be telling you, bet there simply wasn't any other way. Of course I'll give you money and see you're looked after

Healthy lifestyle How many of you believe that they lead a healthy life? Through century´s people have desired immortality. From beggars to emperors, everybody has been looking for an easy way to live forever. And even if they realized, that it is impossible, they started searching for ways to live longer. Finally they realized, that the only ones shortening our life are ourselves. We do it to ourselves. That's why everybody started living healthy. But is living a healthy life an easy way of living? In my point of view a healthy lifestyle is only healthy, when one does it in the right amount. You can do more damage to your body if you don't do it correctly. For example you can start working out. Start running, Go to gym etc. But if you start a green tea diet at the same time, then there is a high chance that you are going to spend your life in a hospital rather than leading a healthy one. I believe that living healthy doesn't mean that you only eat vegetables and fruit and drink herb

Acknowledgments My deepest gratitude to my editor, Hilary Sares, who really dug into this story and made me work for it. Basically, she kicked my ass. By not pulling her punches or letting me shortchange the details, she made me work harder and because of that, this story is a much, much better book. BARED TO YOU wouldn't be what it is without you, Hilary. Thank you so much! To Martha Trachtenberg, copy editor extraordinaire. This book is an important one for me and she treated it that way. Thank you, Martha! To Victoria Colotta, for all her hard work on the interior design and typesetting. She took my plain text and made it gorgeous. Thank you, Victoria! To Tera Kleinfelter, who read the first half of Bared to You and told me she loved it. Thank you, Tera! P.E in my life P.E is very important for all of us. It keeps us healthy and physically fit. I think that every person should do some sports to stay physically fit. If you do sport, you can run about 3 km without getting exhausted. If you don't to any sport, you get tired very quickly and gain a lot of weight. I think that to stay healthy, physically fit and feel good for itself every person should do some sport every day. After you do sport, you have a good feeling and you're happy that you did that. Do whatever - run, walk, play ball games, throw a ball and you do it yourself to feel better. There are P.E lessons in every school. That is good, because some people do not work out, outside the school and so they do at least some movement. British Cuisine Some people criticize English food. They say it's unimaginable, boring, tasteless, it's chips with everything and totally overcooked vegetables. The basic ingredients, when fresh, are so full of flavour that British haven't had to invent sauces to disguise their natural taste. What can compare with fresh pees or new potatoes just boiled and served with butter? Why drown spring lamb in wine or cream and spices, when with just one or two herbs it is absolutely delicious? If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. It is disappointing, but true that, there is no tradition in England of eating in restaurants, because the food doesn't lend itself to such preparation. English cooking is found at home

How to live healthy

If you are tired you eat more. Sleep is a key to a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight and mind. People who do regular activity have a lower risk of heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Choose walking over transport for close distances and climb the stairs instead of taking the lift. When you enjoy the sports, you'll naturally want to do them. If you want to stay fit eat fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals that are good for your health. Also you should stop eating fast food because many processed food contain a high amount of salt which leads to high blood pressure. Positive mental healthy is an important part of a healthy life. You don't need negative people in your life because when you're sad you eat a lot more and if you stay positive, you will live longer. And if you do get stressed or become frustrated you can put that anger into exercising.
