When you have told your parents about your results you really should stop worrying so much. This is your main problem. The more you say to yourself you can't do it the less are youre chances of passing. Even geniuses can't get a good score if they worriy so much. If I were you I would go into the nature and relax for a while. Rest for some time and when you feel ready and calm you should start revising. Figure out what went wrong and learn as much as you can. Try to explain yourself what you did in every exercise. If you know how to explain what you are doing and why are you doing it you can't be wrong. The more you learn the smarter you are. It's as easy as that. I'm sure you will pass the exams and get on with your life. Let me know what happens and don't remember to rest. Good luck, Auntie Claire

Do you consider yourself more functionalist or more conflict theorist?

Do you consider yourself more functionalist or more conflict theorist? Please explain why? Functionalism and conflict theory are very different views of society, but they are not exactly opposites. Both have arguments, that make people think about the society they live in and both have theorists who critize each other. In my opinion, none of the theories are completely wrong but I do tend to agree with people on the conflict theory side. Firstly, functionalism ignores inequality and focuses too much on the positive functions in society.

How to write a manual

How to Write a Manual Know the material--and the product--inside out. Make certain you understand the procedure completely--from both a practical and a theoretical standpoint. Ensure that you can successfully carry out the process you'll be describing by going through the necessary steps yourself repeatedly until you are convinced that you know how to complete them properly and explain them clearly. 2 Assume that your reader knows nothing at all about the process you'll be describing when you write your manual. This will remind you to take nothing for granted as you explain how to complete the procedure and will prevent you from leaving gaps in your explanation that your reader will find frustrating. 3 Use diagrams to clarify information that would be difficult to convey accurately in words.

Lily goes first by explaining the anger that she felt today when someone from a visiting group of Sevens, or seven-year-olds, did not obey the rules about waiting in line. She compares the boy to an animal, but she is not exactly sure what an animal is, and she recalls that she made a fist at him. 4. How do the parents explain the new boy's behavior? Lily's parents remind her of a past experience when she was a Six and had felt out of place while visiting a different community of Sixes, and Lily decides that she now feels sorry for the Seven, who must have felt like a stranger, rather than angry at him. Lily's father got her to stop being "angry" at the little boy on the playground by talking to her, and reasoning with her. He asked her how she would have felt if she was in a new, strange place. He suggested

At the beginning it was possible to freeze somebody's Facebook account but luckily Facebook discovered that other user use it to mess with other people so they blocked that thing. If you don't know what freezing somebody's account mean you don't have to worry because I will explain it to you in a couple of seconds. Every person in the World knows that freezing is a phase transition in which a liquid turns into a solid when its temperature is lowered below its freezing point. For example waters freezing point is 0 degrees. Freezing has almost the same meaning in technology. I mean it is possible to freeze somebodys MSN by repeatedly typing in randomly generated words that isn't password. I reccommend this trick to you because it is a very nice way to make somebody mad

from interaction with the environment and also within movement it is possible to perceive that the mask is hollow. Therefore a weakness of Gregory's´ theory is that it lacks ecological validity because it does not focus on everyday perception, but rare `abnormalities of perception'. Evidence for Gregory's view comes from demonstrations and visual illusions showing that conceptual knowledge affects the way in which simple visual phenomena can be perceived. Nevertheless, it does not explain how the knowledge for perception is acquired. In contrast Gibson has an alternative explanation with texture gradient and affordances. 3 05144023 Nevertheless, one of the most significant problems with Gibson's theory is its inability to explain the Ames distorted room illusion (Gehringer & Engel, 1986). 29 September 2008 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you that you have made many mistakes in the article 'Student Slaves at Workcamp'. I explain each of the mistakes below. Firstly, you described the camp as something extremely dreadful, although there was very fun and the atmosphere was great. Secondly, you claimed that at the camp were 30 students, but actually there were only 15 of us, maybe even less. The final point I want to make concerns accommodation. We did not spend the nights in old tents. All of us slept in modern, wooden buildings with many more showers than you claimed to be there.

Graham's first chapter, "Why Nerds Are Unpopular," tries to explain why smart kids are at the bottom of the food chain in high school and what their priorities are. While writing about nerds, Graham talks about his own progress to become computer scientist and painter. He explains the similarities between painters and computer hackers, including the desire to make existing things better.

Question 2 (10 marks) Consider the following diagram The frequency changes from 20 MHz to 18 MHz and the system samples at an interval of 100ns. a) What is the difference in terms of number of counts detected by the microprocessor? b) Explain why this method results in higher resolution. Solution: a) 20 MHz divide by 10000 producing 2000 Hz or time length = 0.5 ms. Number of counts = 0.5ms/100ns=5000 counts 18 MHz divide by 10000 producing 1800 Hz or time length = 0.5555 ms. Number of counts = 0.555ms/100ns=5555 counts The difference is 555 counts. b) Because that the second method has increased the sampling rate. Question 3 (10 marks) Consider the following simple mixer circuit.

break. As result service would be faster and more students could afford eating school lunch . Library Furthermore, the majority of the students (56%) are not agreed with library opening hours and range of books. By buying more books and changing library opening hours, we could solve the problem. Teachers` teaching styles Last, the minority of our class students (22%) do not like the teachers` teaching styles. Teachers should explain more clearly what they exactly want from students. In this way all the students would accept the teachers` teaching styles. Conclusion To sum up, I feel that the above improvements would make things even better. If these suggestions were carried out, both teachers and students would be content with teaching and studying conditions in the school.

Environment - essee 217 sõna

I have some experiences of helping environment. Every year many people come to riversides and lakesides to have a rest. But many of them are absolutely unfriendly with our nature. Due to this situation I had cleaned lakesides many times. Secondly, we should follow some simple rules that everybody know, but still a lot of people does not keep. I do not like to throw litter away where it is not allowed and may cause pollution. When I see some of my friends doing this then I explain usually that it is not good and why. Many of them have understood me. However, all things in nature are dependent on one another and we should act together. Humanity is utterly in contact with a healthy natural environment. So, we have to choose, if we want to let things happen how they are now or let next generations to take the clean air and drink unpolluted water.

Classic, hip-hop or different types of rock are extremely popular with youngsters. So, in the world of guitar chords and dancing sounds of violins everyone can find something he really loves. Secondly, there are not any limitations in ages. Teenagers and adults can listen to the same music and not be worry that it is shamefully. No one will laugh if

Hemingway A Farewell to Arms (main characters)

patriotism. Concepts such as these mean nothing to him beside such concrete facts of war as the names of the cities in which he has fought and the numbers of decimated streets. Against this bleak backdrop, Henry's reaction to Catherine Barkley is rather astonishing. The reader understands why Henry responds to the game that Catherine proposes--why he pledges his love to a woman he barely knows: like Rinaldi, he hopes for a night's simple pleasures. But an active sex drive does not explain why Henry returns to Catherine--why he continues to swear his love even after Catherine insists that he stop playing. In his fondness for Catherine, Henry reveals a vulnerability usually hidden by his stoicism and masculinity. The quality of the language that Henry uses to describe Catherine's hair and her presence in bed testifies to the genuine depth of his feelings for her. Furthermore, because he allows Henry to narrate the book, Hemingway is able to
