The folk have divided Setomaa into twelve parts, or communities (nulk). Names for the communities have been derived either from the central village or settlement: e.g. Irboska nulk or from the peculiarity of location. Names were also based on other features: e.g. Kohopiimänulk - implying at the local tradition of making cottage cheese ( kohopiim is a sort of cottage cheese). In the autumn of 1921 Seto people were for the first time ever given surnames. Since 1944,the western part of Setomaa belongs to the Republic of Estonia and the eastern part to the Russian Federation. This kind of division is the source of the Setos' burning problems: the split-up congregations, location of properties and relatives on the other side of the state border. The Setos have preserved their original dialect, skills of cooking their traditional food, their beautiful and peculiar folk costumes. The most attractive decoration to go with the folk costume is

The first 4 are held in the Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens and the last in the Blackpool Tower Ballroom. It seems as if racism is a great probleem for Meena since she does not feel that she belongs to the English or the Indian identity. Meena's is caught between two cultures. She and her family also have to deal with racism and narrow-mindedness in the village. How was the conflict solved? What is your opinion of the solution? The main entrance into St Olaf´s Church also faces the street. The origin of the name "Lai" Lai Street belongs among the oldest streets of Tallinn. Despite its length and width its share in the city's inner traffic is fairly modest. The extraordinary width of the street is likely due to the fact that the town wall used to be there and the street then sprang up on both sides of the city wall. The first Song Stage was building in in 1923, witch was designed by Karl Burman and it was located on the same spot as the tribune of the current Kadrioru Stadium. Steps of the Song Stage were curved wings and it constitute background for the choirs. The first Song Stage hold 12 000 singers. Tallinn Song Festival Grounds became the location for Song Festivals since 1928. The territory of the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds and the surrounding area was in private ownership. At first it belongs from Johann Burchard Bellawary. The Song Stage for 15 000 singers was built at its current location, on the territory between Narva and Pirita roads, in 1928 for the 9th Song Festival. The stage was again designed by Karl Burman and it was similar to previous stage. After the war it became increasinly obvious that the Song Festival Grounds are too small to accommodate all singers. In August 1956 everyone find that it is time to built a new stage.

In scientific prose the division into paragraphs is conditioned by the logical treatment of the problems. New paragraph developing new ideas. In fiction, this principle hardly works. If the writer presents a long description as one paragraph, it means that he attaches equal importance to every sentence.
