promptly. However, they were delivered late. Secondly, you said that you were the only company in this country licensed to sell this brand, but in fact I have seen them in a local store. Though your advertisement claimed that the price was unbeatable, the ones in the local store were much cheaper. Although your advertisement claimed that the jeans were excellent quality, the zip was broken. The problems do not stop here. You sent me a wrong size. Furthermore, the free T-shirt was missing. In conclusion, I would like another pair of black jeans, not blue ones as you sent last time otherwise I will have to take the matter further. Yours faithfully, Name

Coca-Cola katse roosteemaldajana

Estonian War of Independence

Germany. On November 16 the Commander-in-Chief of the Red Army, Jukums Vacietis, gave orders to start a massive attack on a long front from the Gulf of Finland to the Ukraine. On November 28, two divisions of the Red Army (altogether 12,000 troops) crossed the Estonian border. The War of Independence had begun. The situation of the Estonian Republic was rather desperate. Organizing of the army had just begun and less than 2,000 men could be sent to the front (without a single cannon). However, the Government headed by Prime Minister Konstantin Päts decided not to give up without a fight. During the first month of war Estonian soldiers were forced to retreat and the Red Army was able to occupy North- and South-Eastern Estonia. The university town of Tartu soon fell to the Red Army and in the beginning of January 1919 the enemy was just 40 kilometers from Tallinn (the capital of Estonia).

Letter of complaint

supplied correctly. I bought a pair of jeans from your a mail-order catalogue and I am very disappointed with them. Firstly, in catalogue was text whose describes this product. Actually this company are not the only in this country, which licenced to sell this top brand, because I have seen them in a local store too. Secondly, it was not excellent quality just on the contrary, because the zip of jeans was broken. There were not available in all sizes. Or then why your company sent me wrong size? The problems do not stop here. I ordered black jeans, but you sent me blue ones. And your catalogue did not deliver the goods my free T-shirt missed in my purchase, even thought each purchases must be including free T-shirt. Actually, it was not unbeatable price I have seen much cheaper ones - £ 30. It was quite late delivery too, not as promised in catalogue. To sum up, I would like a refund, otherwise there will be trouble. Yours sincerely Kati Kuusk Kati Kuusk

Crime is a disease

Crime is a Disease Every day there are thousands of crimes commited in the world. Some are accidental, others planned. People have different opinions what should be done with criminals. Some say that as primitive people they need primitive punishment. Therefore they would just be sentenced a large fine or sent to jail. I think that putting criminals in prison should help and change them, but in reality it doesn’t go like that. Even if they get out of prison or pay their fine, they usually fall back to their old ways and commit another crime. Criminals have different backgrounds so they have different reasons for their actions. Some come from damaged homes, others may have been influenced by their friends or community

with glass replicas. 2. Learning was tough for Helen. Because of her deafness and blindness, no one could get through to her, and she could not communicate with others. Basic rules and lessons made no sense to her, and she was called a "wild child." Then, in 1886, her mom heard about the Perkins School for the Blind in Boston from Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the telephone. Kate wrote to the head of the Perkins School to ask for a teacher for Helen and they sent their star student, Anne Sullivan. The day she arrived—March 3, 1887— Helen's life changed. 3. Anne Sullivan was born on April 14, 1866, in Agawam, Massachusetts. Her family had very little money and could not take care of her. When she was 10 years old she was sent to live in a home for poor people. Anne also had very poor vision. At the age of 14, she was sent to the Perkins School for the Blind to receive training to be a teacher for children who were blind. 4

their ships straight into a tremendous whirlpool. As the trapped schooners swirl helplessly into these black holes of the seas, they are lost forever. It is believed that they end up in some alternate dimension, but this is only theory at this time. We can only hope to one day locate, and contain all the whirlpools in the expansive oceans of our world. Speaking of worlds, we come to our last natural disaster: meteors. These missiles from space are sent, by some unknown force, hurtling through space into our planet. Often these meteoroids are burned away by our own natural meteor defence, the atmosphere. But sometimes, the atmosphere is not enough to defeat these icy space boulders, and they will come crashing into Earth causing destruction on a worldwide scale. Earthquakes and tidal waves are being released upon the world to wreak havoc are often the after effects. The

breaking in horses, mustering cattle and fencing. · Kelly, 14, was arrested and served seven weeks in jail for the alleged assault of a Chinese pig farmer. It was also alleged Kelly was an assistant to thief-turned- bushranger Harry Power, although police found no evidence to prove a connection to Power's crimes. · In April 1878 a police officer named Fitzpatrick accused Ned's mother of attacking him and that Ned had then shot him in the wrist. Mrs Kelly was sent to prison for 3 years. · Fearing the police wouldn't believe their account of the events, Kelly went into hiding at Stringybark Creek with his brother Dan. A shoot-out began between the brothers and police and as a result three policemen were killed. · A month after the shootings the Kelly gang committed major robberies of National Bank branches at Euroa and Jerilderie. Complaint

Complaint This February I planned a roundtrip flight for 4 travellers from Anchorage to Toronto from 4th of July till 13th of July 2014. After buying the tickets from the Internet (tickets.ua), I decided to pick seating for all of them. In February, I found a link through the airline webpage where I could easily pick seating for each of them. I sent my 14 year-old son on the trip with his grandfather and I wanted them sit next to each other because it was his first long flight. Furthermore, my son specially asked if he could have seat by the window. Under these conditions, we finally chose their seats and booked tickets. I received a conformation on my email after booking the tickets and everything seemed to be okay until May. My son noticed they no longer had their seats available for them anymore. He thereupon sent

Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing to complain about the China Figure I ordered from your mail order company as a gift for a friend. I believe your advertisment was misleading in a number of ways. Firstly the Beautiful China Figure you sent me was cracked. Secondly, you promised to engrave my chosen message on a gold plaque, but there was a wrong message on the plaque. Then the advertisment said that the figure will be selivered within ten days, but mine took three weeks to arrive, so I got it too late. I am extremely upset and I demand you to give me my money back as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, Karoliina Ojasaar.

Charles dickens

Charles Dickens (1812 to 1870) is generally considered to be the greatest English novelist. He wrote novels that exposed terrible lives of the poor during the nineteenth century in England. His novels draw attention to the dreadful conditions in which so many of London's poor lived at that time. Those novels reflect Dickens' own childhood. Oliver Twist tells the story of an orphan, who after spending his early life in a workhouse is sent to work for a hard taskmaster. Oliver runs away to London, where he joins a gang and become a pickpocket. By chance a gentelman takes pity on Oliver and takes him into his house. Although Oliver is forced to return for a time to gang , he eventually is reunited with his family and lives happily ever after.

Letter of complaint

Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about International Friendship Club. The advertisement about the club was misleading in several ways. First of all, the advertisement said that the photograph of me and my family will be returned directly but I sent my photo a month ago and there hasn't been any return yet. It also claimed that I will receive the names and address of the people who will correspond with me whereas I got only two so far. To make matters worse the advertisement said that I will get letters from my six new friends but I have heard nothing about them. Finally, why did I get a bill although that service is supposed to be free for all students? Yours faithfully, Piret Elias

Where I'm From - poem/luuletus

Where I'm From I'm not from a country of fortune and fame, I'm just from a group that thinks it's a game. I'm not from a place of emotional flow, But more from a place where nothing will show. I am from the seaside, I'm waiting for tide, The amount of their feelings that people will hide. I am from a country with a colorful past, "How long?" they said, "How long will it last?" Dark clouds sent by gods as they form in the sky, Like millions of people on the streets walking by. Now, imagine that people would become extinct, Their knowledge, their data all lost in a blink. But maybe our lives are not what they seem, Maybe, just maybe, it's all just a dream.

Valentine's day

With this thought in mind he outlawed marriage for young men in hopes of building a stronger military base. Supposedly, Valentine decided this decree just wasn't fair and chose to marry young couples secretly. When Emperor Claudius II found out about Valentine's actions he had him put to death. Another legend has it that Valentine was an imprisoned man who fell in love with his jailor's daughter. Before he was put to death he sent the first 'valentine' himself when he wrote her a letter and signed it 'Your Valentine', words still used on cards today. Probably we'll never know which of the versions the right one is. Traditions Weeks before the 14th February, shop windows are decorated with red paper hearts, red streamers and boxes of chocolates. People bake heart-shaped cakes. Many couples go dining to restaurants. On Valentine's Day people give each other presents and flowers. Young people make

Marie Antoinette

The Diamond Necklace incident damaged her reputation further, although she was completely innocent in this affair.- The Diamon Necklace incident was that her husband asked jewelers to make a necklace out of diamonds to give it to woman as a thank you and respect sign, but both the woman and the husband died before the necklace was ready, so the next king offered it to Marie Antoinette, who refused, but then there was a man, who was a relative to Marie and he copied her handwriting and sent the letter to the jewelers with a saying that she wants it, but she wants to pay and get it silently so people wouldnt judge her for spending money. Last, when jewelers were tired of waiting the money and the necklace was already sent to "queen" they started to accuse queen for not paying and people didn't believe her that she never wanted it and that she had never even seen it. Although she was considered as spender, she donated lots of money in charity too and
