example of Am lit. The early years of colonisation produced a mass of utilitarian writings including biographies, accounts of voyages, diaries, sermons, pamphlets. Much of the material addressed the problems of Church and State. There were few examples of fiction, poetry or drama. Anne Bradstreet of Massachusetts published some lyrical poems of high literary quality (1650) and Edward Taylor, who was born in England but lived in Boston, wrote some poetry in the style of John Donne and the metaphysical poets. All 17 th cent Am writings were, both in content and form, similar to English lit of the same period. The great literary figures of the 18th cent were Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790), Thomas Paine (1737-1809) and Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826). The common sense and witty aphorisms of Franklin's popular Poor Richard's Almanac series appealed to colonial readers. Franklin also wrote effectively on the

6. What is moral evil? Inimtahtest pärinev kurjus. 7. Which evil is the only true evil? Why? Vähema hea valimine enama hea asemel, kuna sedasi inimene valib kurjuse (millegi puudumise). 8. Why do we make evil choices? Kuna me näeme neis (vähemat) head. C. Thomas Aquinas 1. Which are the three main philosophical topics that Aquinas developed? Usk ja mõistus; olemus ja olemine; 5 tõestust Jumala olemasolule. 2. According to Aquinas, which is the deepest metaphysical distinction that we can find in created beings? Eristus olemise ja olemuse vahel. 3. Explain briefly one of Aquinas proofs of God’s existence. Liikumine toimub, liikumine pidi millestki algama ning see „esimene liikuja“ saabki olla vaid Jumal. 4. According to Aquinas, the relation between faith and reason should be harmonic or not? Why? Usu ja mõistuse vahel ei saa olla ebakõla, sest mõlemad on jumalikku päritolu. D. William of Ockham 1

happen around us. Materialist concept of life starts with production of life to support human life and every living thing on the planet. Everything else we see is created by us, but also provided for us by materialistic matter in a philosophical sense. Emotions and relationships can also be explained through materialistic world of view, for example love means to value flowers, chocolate and other nice or expensive things. Idealism on the contrary is a metaphysical doctrine that explains the existence of something greater than us or that everything around is created by a spirit of some sort. We can not comprehend these higher powers. It affirms and prioritizes ideals or ideas and that reality is mental. Spirit is the essence of being and human. Although the physical human body or life among us can deteriorate, the spirit of it is infinite and by understanding that we can be united with the universe or even comprehend it’s existence

There is no wrong or right choices in that matter, because metaphysically dancer could be not only thinker about the thinking, than to be thinker with thinking body. The issue persists and creates new questions: Who is concidered 21st century dancer? What is dance in its purest form, physical or metaphysical values? 42 Is it possible that injury can be taken as a pioneer for new cognition processes and new thinking? If previous theoretics have noticed the importance of inhibitation in habitudes, can injuries be taken as destroiers of old habits. Therefore perhaps they happen so that an individual could restructure. To understand self is to refer to yourself in regular activities.

am able. With regret, however, I have not made that a theme of this book. Under severe space limitations, I could not expend as many pages as would be needed to explain the basics of formal syntax, without having to omit presentation of some philosophical issues I consider essential to competence in the field. Since around 1980, some philosophers of language have taken a turn toward the philosophy of mind, and some have engaged in metaphysical exploration of the relation or lack thereof between language and reality. These adversions have captured many philosophers' interest, and some fine textbooks have focused on one or both (for example, Blackburn 1984; Devitt and Sterelny 1987). But I have chosen otherwise. Whatever the merits of those sorts of work, I have not found that either helps us sufficiently to understand spe- cifically linguistic mechanisms or the core issues of philosophy of language itself

Much attention was paid to developing cultural collaboration and co-operation with other countries, especially the Finno-Ugric nations. In poetry the works of Marie Under can be considered to have lasting significance: they have been translated into many European languages. A group calling themselves Arbujad (Soothsayers) – among them were Betti Alver (1906-1989), Bernard Kangro (1910-1994) and Uku Masing (1909-1985) – researched and wrote on the presentations of existence, metaphysical and spiritual topics. The historical novel was still very popular and focal point in prose writing; among the new writers were August Mälk (1900-1987) and Enn Kippel (1901-1942). 1 Esmaspäev (Monday) 8 Oct. 1938. understanding) of production and prediction of the future. Basically, what this means is that theory should allow us to foretell upcoming events in the system under consideration, and to understand the interactions between units and processes. All processes in production involving human action and organizational management are in a coherent system; understanding these patterns is essential for future improvements. This requires an understanding of the metaphysical nature of reality and with the use of empirical studies and evaluation of their validity. This is a circle of science where academics learn from reality and then try to put the observed into theory and then apply theory back to practice. It is a continuous never ending process. Koskela claims in his research, which is based on a thorough literature study, that production theory consists of three levels, as shown in the next figure: Figure 3

Same importance he assumes to the general human mythological inheritance- different religions, myths and fairy- tales. According to those Jung formulates his theology and tries only secondarily connect it to the Christian dogmatics. Should inconsistency arise- dogmatics have to give the way, because general human experience relies on world inheritance and is therefore ,,empirical". Concerning strictly to the question of good and evil, Jung gives up metaphysics. He says that metaphysical realm is unreachable to the empirical investigation and so we have no certain information about the ultimate nature of the things. So qualities ,,good" and ,,evil are valid only as a value statements and oppositions in logic, making argumenting process possible. Anyhow, both of these qualities have a substance, but in common occasions in everyday life it is for us impossible to judge, which one is present, because we as humans are limited in understanding.
