I've found a lovely summerhouse for you! I also remember how much you adored these cute little hills we have in Estonia, so this lovely cottage is also on the foot of one and it's surrounded by a beautiful nature, you like to take photos of, too. It's located in the South-Estonia, near the Võru. This house has a view on a lake, where you can ride a boat and fish. It's surrounded by a little garden, in front of the house there are some beautiful roses growing. There is also a back yard suitable for barbecue partyes I know how much you like to cook with Markus, so it's a big pro. From the outside the cottage looks very pretty. It's finished with blue pine and is painted to light-green. It has also a marvelous thatched roof and it really reminds me one
Dear Mike, How are you? I'm writing to let you know that I think I found the perfect house for you to rent. It's in a really nice location. The address is 32 Beech Lane, Deighton. You have to sign a six-month contract and the rent is 800 pounds per month. The house is really charming outside. It is a 2-storey white wooden detached house. It has a large garden at the front and also a garage. Inside, the house is wonderful! It is fully-furnished and upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a bathroom, living room with an old fireplace and a dining room and a kitchen. Let me know if you like the sound of it. I hope I'll hear from you soon. Love, Mari
Dear Ann, I am writing to you from my new house, that I just moved in yesterday. The house really looks fantastic, it is surrounded with a luxuriant garden. And it's a quiet area, but the best thing about it is that it is less that kilometer from the city center. Inside, the house is nice and comfortable. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is bed-rooms, a living-room, a bathroom with a shower, a dinning-room, a kitchen and a toilet. It is air-conditioned and well-furnished. The living-room is decorated beautifully. Paintings by famous artists are hung on the walls. Upstairs there is my own huge bedroom and bathroom. I hope I'll see you here soon, darling! Since the 1980s, council tenants have been allowed to buy their own homes very cheap if they have lived in them for more than two years. Since the early 1990s, building new houses and flats has been very slow. But today the number of new homes built soars to an 11 year high. Over 170,000 new homes were built in 2019. However, three million new council homes must be built in England over 20 years to solve the "housing crisis". Finding cheap housing for rent is a real problem for the poor and unemployed. Huge increase in house prices have placed additional pressure on the renting sector as young people simply cannot afford to buy. In any case, flats are generally not very popular with the British, especially compared to the rest of Europe, though they are acceptable to many people in the centre of big cities. People prefer housing in the suburbs, and a garden of any size is considered essential.

Firstly, the house is not very close to me, but it is located in our area. The address is 32 Beech Lane, Deighton. It takes about 5 minutes by bus and 20 minutes on foot to get my place.
