Rules are to be followed-disagree or agree? To start with,Rules are to be followed, but another question is if all the people will do it.Rude behaviour and swearing are not tolerated in Britain unlike in Estonia. The people of Britain are more polite than Estonians. The manners, greetings and small talks have to be considerable if you want to leave a British person a good impression. When the question is small talk, big deal? Then in my opinion, there are certain rules, which kind of topics are allowed or not allowed
English is the only foreign language worth learning Many people think that English is the only language what is worth learning. I strongly disagree. First of all, there is so many countries , which have their own language. I do not see a problem talking in multiple languages. It only helps us develop and communicate with so many other language speaking people. Intercourse is what connects us, but to communicate with others we need to understand one another. What is more, we do not need to be so similar. Speaking some other language makes us more intriguing. Foreign languages are like crayons, all in different colours. Imagine if all the

They are often very materialistic and that forces them to make decisions that do not really make them happy and therefore they are not really using the time that they have been given. On the other hand, it is physically impossible for people to live hundred years without really living a minute. To sum up, many say that it is possible to live hundred years without really living a minute if you make the right decisions and only get envolved with things you really like, but others disagree. Moreover, true friendship does not happen right away. It develops through many ups and downs. We all have seen in films or read in books, for example, where friends have fallen out, but eventually made up. Finally, it’s not how much friends spend time together, but what they do when they are together. Again, whenever I visit my friend in Germany, we always share a quality time together. And that’s what really counts. Option 2 I rather disagree. To begin with, you have to spend time with your friends. For example, it is much easier to make friends with those you share some common hobbies with. Moreover, in order to offer mutual support, friends need to be there for each other all the time. For instance, it would be difficult for me and my best friend to help each other if we didn’t live in the same town. Finally, in order to move to the same direction, you and your friend just have to have time for each other
Capital punishment. Some people say that capital punishment should not be abolished. In some points I agree with it but in another points I disagree. When somebody kill someone, then it is impossible describe the pain that family members and friends have to feel. So it seems fair to punish murderer in that awful way, but then murderers family members get hurt and it would be vicious circle. Also the death penalty takes away opportunity to regret those horrible mistakes. Some people can change and would live life properly. But then, some people can't change themselves and they could do same mistakes over and over again. Then it seems right
A School Uniform is a tradition in many many countries.Another advantage is that a fixed dress code helps the students perform academically better. But every plus has its minus. For instance, students can not express themselves. Another point is, that students lose their individuality so they can not be unique. For someome the material of the uniform is not suitable. Some people say that a uniform makes life easier and saves time. I totally disagree, because when students say that when they do not have a uniform, they have to think what will they wear to schoo in the morningl. In my opinion they can choose their clothes in the evening too. There is the time. In conclusiom, uniform has its own pros and cons and eventhough many students are aginst it , they must always follow the school rules. All in all, those school who have A School Uniform, there the uniform has come to stay.

“They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself” Some people say that time changes and heals things. There are also people who disagree with that and say that you actually have to change things yourself. It is my opinion that time is irrevelant and you have to change things yourself. At first, you may conclude that time does indeed change things, but is that an accurate conclusion? It’s true that time constantly moves on and we live in a constantly changing environment. But that doesn’t make time responsible for change. For example, if you are depressed and you cry constantly and you don’t make a
You are what you think you are In my oppinion, you have to work hard to achive greater things in life. I do not agree with people who say that karma decides your life, or that everything is decided before you were born. I know, that if you work hard and put a lot of effort in your life, you will be succesful. Of course there are a lot of people, who would disagree with me, and a lot of them have great and logical explanations and theories, but in my opinion it just is not true. For example, every politican or person on a high paying job, who i have ever seen, has worked his way up the career ladder. Usualy they have studied very hard in school, to get to where they want to be. Most of them have gotten to where they want to be. Of course there are people who have gotten
The biggest positive thing about training is that your body looks good. You feel more comfortable in it when you know you've worked very hard to get it. Another good thing about training every day is that you feel more energized. Usually you wake up in the morning and feel very tired, but when you go on a daily run, it wakes you up and you feel a lot better during the day. Some people think that it is bad for your health to train daily, but I disagree. Studies have shown that people who train are more healthy and they don't get ill as often as other people. There might be few negative things when you train each day, but it's usually because people get too into it. You shouldn't train so hard that you overwhelm your body. It doesn't get you bigger muscle or burn more fat. The other thing that people might do is that they start at early age which might stop you from growing taller.

Lying is a natural and inevitable part of any good relationship Most relationship experts note honesty as number one requirement to have a happy and successful relationship. Somehow many people seem to disagree. After all, if it was all that simple, why would anyone lie? Don't they want to be happy? Perhaps reality is not that straightforward. Sometimes telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth is the worst thing to be done. From time to time truth can be hurtful. Noone wants to hear that they look exceptionally bad today, especially when they really do. A little fiction can save the day for everyone.
Dear Mr Faraday, I am writing with reference to the article entitled ,, It´s a student´s life" which appeared in the magazine, English in action. Following a note from my friend, recommending that I should express my opinion with some of the views, which the article contained.. Firstly, I can definitely say that I have to disagree that student´s do not know the meaning of the word ,,work." As I am a student also, I know from personal experience that a large quantity of students have been in contact with work in some way or another. In some cases students have to earn their living simultaneously with their studies. Moreover you claimed that students do not contribute nothing to the society. In the student's defence I have to mention that, we are growing individuals, who develop to be the best contribution

enormous changes in society fetched us to such state of affairs that nowadays many women place their careers first. The reasons for that are very different: suppressed sexual needs, uncertainty in helpmates, need to realise themselves, need to ensure the well-being of their children, etc. So, on one hand, we can undoubtedly say that some women are more suitable for executive jobs than males because they are more advanced and have more management flare. On the other hand we cannot disagree that in usual men have better grip and energy in business, leadership and management affairs. That is the main reason why most of the world's political leaders were and are men, but again with some exceptions (Angela Merkel - Germany, Margaret Thatcher the United Kingdom, etc). To sum up, I must point out that it is natural that most top executives are men, but it is also absolutely normal when they are not. Companies should choose their top management members
light workout a day could really do you good. Another fact is that you should get atleastfour and a half hours’ sleep, under no circumstances you should go into an exam under these sleeping hours. This is the absolute minimum. But the most important thing is that you start revising long before you actually have this exam, maybe even draw up a revising timetable, so you wouldn’t cram the night before. IV Even though this is a sensible statement, some people might disagree with it. Futhermore, they might think that there is no proper way to revise because they might not have a certain way of memorizing things, for example it might be a mixture of writing and hearing. V All in all, i think that it is very important to find a proper way for you to revise so you could make the best out of your exams.
for a longer life In addition, most people would agree that personal happiness easily outweighs money in importance. Even if an individual is extremely rich, this does not necessarily lead to happiness. In some cases, the contrary is true and vast wealth brings with it a whole range of problems and insecurities. To sum it all up, although there are those who would rank money as the single most important thing in life, most people would disagree. Money, has an important part to play but perhaps the world would be a more harmonious place to live in if capital was kept in proportion and society dealt with moral issues. In my kinda town each person has his/ her own say. The backbone of the society consists of people of different ages and views having common sense and capacity to listen and make the right decisions. Twice a month there are meetings where everybody can go and contribute their votes. So far there have been no problems. Citizens agree, disagree, argue but not sheepish and are always active in the most positive sense and able to achieve decisions accepted for everyone. have to understand that success means various things for different persons. The main question is what makes a human being happy? In my opinion, as a person claims that he is happy, then we can firmly say that this person is successful in life because he feels content with his life. Contentedness and happiness are the key factors in determing how succesful someone is. It is often said that for a small town inhabitant, it is a lot harder to achieve something in life. I totally disagree with this statement. There are just other values in a town with a small population density. Values concerning family life are coming more forth, career and such kind of personal ambitions are kept in the backround. Also it is often mentioned that making a successful career in a small town is largely impossible, because of the lack of different resources and opportunities. By these it is commonly ment a uncompetitive education and few opportunities to develop extracurricular activities

Not only did they enclose their own property, but also fenced the entire seaside preventing public access. Pro Kapital said that they are allowed to build a fence around the port while it is developed. (Kuusk, 2015). They believe that they have no obligation to provide public access to the beach or the sea, as there is a harbour adjacent to the beach. Not surprisingly, the locals and the residents of Tallinn did not approve this kind of action. Locals disagree with Pro Kapital idea of a port as Kalasadam harbour is separate from Kalaranna beach. 3 Knowing that the City Council would not have given the permission to build a fence around the property, Pro Kapital dug their fence only about 30cm into the ground. This not qualifying the structure as a fence, they did not need any permission from the city to put it up. A really

Marriage in Islam is a civil contract which consists of an offer and acceptance between two qualified parties in the presence of two witnesses. The groom is required to pay a bridal gift to the bride, as stipulated in the contract. A man may have up to four wives if he believes he can treat them equally, while a woman may have only one husband. In most Muslim countries, the process of divorce in Islam is known as talaq, which the husband initiates by pronouncing the word "divorce". Scholars disagree whether Islamic holy texts justify traditional Islamic practices such as veiling and seclusion. Starting in the 20th century, Muslim social reformers argued against these and other practices such as polygamy in Islam, with varying success. At the same time, many Muslim women have attempted to reconcile tradition with modernity by combining an active life with outward modesty. Certain Islamist groups like the Taliban have sought to continue traditional law as applied to women.

The outcomes suggest that the variety used in Basildon displays the characteristics of Cockney, rather than Estuary English: "there appears to be a case for claiming that the vernacular is simply 'Cockney moved East'" (Fox 2000). Therefore, it is tempting to disagree that ex-Londoners accommodated in terms of language to speakers of traditional dialects by adopting what some people now call `Estuary English', but this situation may have been one of the many contributory factors in the gradual process of the establishment of Estuary English. contract which consists of an offer and acceptance between two qualified parties in the presence of two witnesses. The groom is required to pay a dowry (mahr) to the bride, as stipulated in the contract. A man may marry up to four wives if he believes he can treat them equally, while a woman may marry one man only. In most Muslim countries, the process of divorce in Islam is known as talaq, which the husband initiates by pronouncing the word "divorce". Scholars disagree whether Islamic holy texts justify traditional Islamic practices such as veiling and seclusion (purdah). Starting in the 20th century, Muslim social reformers argued against these and other practices such as polygamy, with varying success. At the same time, many Muslim women have attempted to reconcile tradition with modernity by combining an active life with outward modesty. Certain Islamist groups like the Taliban have sought to continue traditional law as applied to women. Calendar

Common law is law created and refined by judges: a decision in a currently pending legal case depends on decisions in previous cases and affects the law to be applied in future cases. When there is no authoritative statement of the law, judges have the authority and duty to make law by creating precedent The body of precedent is called "common law" and it binds future decisions. In future cases, when parties disagree on what the law is, an idealized common law court looks to past precedential decisions of relevant courts. If a similar dispute has been resolved in the past, the court is bound to follow the reasoning used in the prior decision (this principle is known as stare decisis). If, however, the court finds that the current dispute is fundamentally distinct from all previous cases, it will decide as a "matter of first impression." Thereafter, the new decision becomes precedent, and will bind future
