Referaat Uus ajastu HCV ravis mis on muutunud Nimi Sõnade arv: 1759 2018 Lühikokkuvõte Käesoleva referaadi eesmärk on anda ülevaade arengutest hepatiit C ravis ja selle käsitluses. Jagada infot eelnevates hepatiit C raviskeemides kasutatud ravimite kohta. Kirjutis sisaldab infot pegüleeritud interferoonravi, ribaviriin ravi, esimeste direct acting antiviral agents´ide (DAA) telaprevir-i ja bockoprevir-i kohta. Järgnevalt infot DAA ründepunktidest ja toimetest, samuti ravimi nimedest. Käsitletud on ka HCV sõeluuringute ja ennetuse teemat, mis on seotud HCV ravitulemuslikkusega. Puudutatud on ka HCV uudset rakult rakule kandumise tõkestamise võimalust niinimetatud lipoquad-e. Kõige enamkasutatavad ravimid on HCV ravis DAA-d. Kasutusel on kombinatsiooniravid koosnedes mitmest (eri)ründepunktiga DAA-st, kuna monoteraapia korral suureneb ravimresistentsuse tekke oht....

Täielik haava hindamine kätkeb endas nii patsiendi seisundi kui ka haava hindamist. Saadud andmete analüüsimisel võib välja tuua faktorid, mis mõjutavad haiguskulgu ja haava paranemist. Klassifitseerides haava paranemise mõjutegureid võime sageli jõuda järeldusele, et haava paranemist takistavaid faktoreid on märksa rohkem kui paranemist soodustavaid faktoreid. Nii mõjutavad haava paranemist haava/haavandi põhjus asukoht haava paranemisperiood kliinilised sümptoomid ravivõimalused vastavate ressursside olemasulu ja missugused on ravijate teadmised ja oskused.
