Printsess Diana

Fayed's bodyguard, Trevor Rees-Jones, was the only survivor. Princess Diana's death has been claimed as a conspiracy. Diana's public funeral was held at Westminster Abbey on 6 September. The funeral drew an estimated 3 million mourners and onlookers in London, as well as worldwide television coverage. Diana today is still remembered by many as the "people's princess". She will always be remembered. Lady Diana Frances Spencer "Everyone needs to be valued. Everyone has the potential to give something back." ~ Princess Diana. THE END.

Are men better directors than women ?

like lions (lionesses do hunting which ensures food for their families), seahorses (males bear the eggs) and some others, but in general law of nature is such. So it is not surprising that this law applies for the human beings, but we are truly exceptional species. Our mind that led us through enormous changes in society fetched us to such state of affairs that nowadays many women place their careers first. The reasons for that are very different: suppressed sexual needs, uncertainty in helpmates, need to realise themselves, need to ensure the well-being of their children, etc. So, on one hand, we can undoubtedly say that some women are more suitable for executive jobs than males because they are more advanced and have more management flare. On the other hand we cannot disagree that in usual men have better grip and energy in business, leadership and management affairs.

Music can be a hobby.

nobody to play it.There realle are no boundaries when it comes to picking up an instrument and learning to play.Anyone can do it if you have the patience an the willingness to learn. It's a good idea to try more than one type of instrument in order to know what you really prefer and what feels the most natural to you. It's best not to make up your decision on something like how cool a certain guitar looks on your favourite rock star.Everyone needs to develope their own musical styling with the instrument that is best for them. Writing music is one of the most profound ways to dig deep into yourself and see what you have to offer in a musically creative format.Don't expect the first thing you write to be an amazing piece of work.It takes time to build up to it.Don't feel as if what you write isn't worth sharing with other either. It's common to feel in secure when you develope your own original music but if your passion is in it, let it

Methods students should adopt to select the right university

The students should evaluate their skills and talents objectively and not over- or underestimate themselves. There are schools that are known to be more demanding than others. Although the choice of university can be tough even with a lot of research, it is always possible to ask for assistance from parents, teachers or guidance counselors. The Internet is also very helpful. In spite of all that, no one else can make that decision for oneself. It is a huge commitment and needs a lot of focus. Choosing the right higher educational institution can be a tough call to make, but through a thorough process, it is possible. With some help and plenty of research, everyone can find a suitable school for themselves. It takes patience and dedication but all the hard work will finally pay off when the right university is found.

Advantages and disadvantages of living in the countryside

Advantages and disadvantages of living in the countryside The first outstanding characteristic about the countryside is that it is beautiful and peaceful. The air is fresh and the surroundings green. This is because the countryside is free from pollution, land or noise pollution. Living in the countryside has a lot of advantages, but also many disadvantages. The places where people live affects greatly in their lifestyles and living places is one of the very basic needs for people. Firstly you are fit and you don't need to worry about your health condition, because in the countryside the air and water are so clean. Another additional advantage is that there aren't any huge blocks of flats, modern skyscrapers or bothersome traffic jams. Living in the country is slower. People don't need to hurry and have a lot of time. The living cost in a country side is much lesser than that of a city.

Marketing Metaphoria

Marketing Metaphoria Maarja Salu MSI I kursus Marketing Metaphoria reveals the powerful unconscious viewing lenses called "deep metaphors" that shape what people think, hear, say, and do. Why do... ... advertising campaigns and new products often fail? ... consumers feel that companies don't understand their needs? Because... ... marketers themselves don't think deeply about consumers' innermost thoughts and feelings. Marketing Metaphoria should convince you that everything consumers think and do is influenced at unconscious levels and it will give you access to those deeper levels of thinking. People who does not have their own life

So have I and I have lots of stuff that annoy me, maybe too much. In this essay it would be impossible to describe all of them, so I will try to explain the most irritating thing. I really can't stand people who stuff their noses into other people's things. For example when two people are talking privately and then the one interrupts them and asks: "What?", "When?", "Who?","Why?". If its done once, nobody cares but when someone all the time and everywhere needs to know what others are talking about well it's kind of annoying. And then there are these kind of people who smoothly move from one group of people to another group of people and collect any kind of information like bees collect pollen so afterwards they could tell everything they heard to their friends and to add some spice to the whole story they supplement some tiny details which they made up in their heads. In Estonia we have this saying: "In

Argumentative presentation: Estonia does need a nuclear power station

Argumentative presentation: Estonia does need a nuclear power station Good evening. My name is Margus and I will be talking to you about why does Estonia needs a nuclear power station. My talk consists of 3 parts: the current situation, renewables and how can nuclear power save Estonia from an energy crisis. My talk will last for 2-3 minutes and questions can be asked at the end. Power consumption is increasing exponentially in all civilised countries. Estonia's coal based power generation is becoming obsolete in the near future. The question arises : "Where will the future generations get the energy that they need?". First of all, in the current year, the power consumption reached the highest of all tomes in February. Most of the energy shortage was covered by energy brought from Lithuania. Energy was produced there from gas imported from Russia. That is not a reliable source of energy that can scale. In add...

How the right of privacy was viewed in the 1890s and 2010s.

. Julie Cohen continues with describeing the new sight of the privacy. Compare to the year 1890 we are now facing new problems with privacy. The technology people use can store data. Data will contain information about transactions and behavioral data about people. For example, with a single click somebody can see what is been done in 24 hours, what places he or she visited, what internet pages liked. She says that, society needs a situation where is no privacy because it needs to have people predictable. We have to bare in mind that predictableness is not all bad. People buy books, films or cosmetics online, watch a film on Netflix and maybe even type a text message in Facebook about how good or bad the movie was. Next time you log in, you will see recommendations for new films or cosmetics you would perhaps like to use. All this because of predictive algorithms working to find patterns in our previous behaviour and making suggestions about our future desires

Irish Potato Famine

suffice to feed a family when grown on such tiny holdings. In 1845 a fungus, called Phytophthora infestans (commonly known as potato blight) attacked the potato crop and destroyed half of it. Yet, this was not a catastrophe and people would pray for the next years' crop to be a proper one but it was even worse and on top of that, the winter of 1846 was the "severest in living memory". The crop, which previously had provided 60% of the nations' food needs, failed. Many families were evicted because they couldn't pay for their land. Hand in hand, starvation and diseases spreaded all across the country. As soon as spring began, people started emigrating to Canada - ships bringing lumber to England were glad to receive paying passengers. Almost every ship had a third of their passenger's die at sea or upon their arrival. On the shores of Quebec eyewitnesses saw hundreds literally flung on the beach, left in the mud, dying.

Essay- Money is the All Root of Evil

It is because you cannot buy things you think you need to be happy. I think that, when someone thinks that they are unhappy because they do not have money, they are stupid. There are so many things to be happy for. I think money is the root of all evil because money can make sometimes the best friends to a enemies. Money can change things some times very much. Like when you need some money and you borrow that from your friend and promise her to give it back. And then your friend really needs this money you had borrowed from her and you just cannot give it back because you do not have it anymore. Then there is the situation when you do not have your friend anymore. Because you do not keep your promises and friendships consists of trust. Also some people don't know how to use money. As it is said- easy come, easy go. For example when you win the lottery and just spend the money without thinking where you put it then you don't have this money soon.

Different cultures

Different cultures- a problem or blessing? When we live in our country we never think that something that we do is wrong and needs some changes. Only by meeting the different cultures you may think that some things that you had before were worse or better than they need to be. Effective communication with people of different cultures is especially challenging. Cultures provide people with ways of thinking--ways of seeing, hearing, and interpreting the world. The same words can mean different things to people from different cultures, even when they talk the "same" language. When the languages are different, and translation has to be used to communicate, the potential for misunderstandings increases. Second are "behavior constraints." Each culture has its own rules about proper behavior which affect verbal and nonverbal communication. Whether one looks the other person in the eye-or not; whether one says what one means overtly or talks a...

Car v. walking

travelling by car or walking on foot? On the one hand, travelling by car is much quicker than travelling on foot, on foot, people are travelling about 5 km/h, but with car, you can travel so fast, how fast you are allowed to. Also, car is much more comfortable, especially nowadays. But the biggest plus in travelling by car in my opinion, is that, when you are travelling by car you can travel long distances, but when you are walking, you can travel about 10 km and then human organism needs a rest. But there is no healthier travelling way than walking; when people are walking every day their health becomes strong and when human body is trained and strong, then it is strong against illness. On the other hand, travelling by car isn't so good and healthy as it seems. Some people don't even know that cars are one of the biggest nature and air polluters, cars are the major producers of carbon dioxide. Also cars are very expensive

In addition to this, I am able to add that there is a big kitchen in my dream house. The kitchen must be light and have all modern equipment such as huge fridge, microwave, modern oven, vacuum saucepans, dishwasher and some other things as dresser with amazing dishes. Oh, it just occurred to me that I've forgot to tell about furniture. My dream furniture is upholstered, comfortable, and elegant. Usually, it must make my dream house as cozy as it is possible. Another important thing which needs to be mentioned is that dominating color in my dream house is blue, as blue color is beautiful like a dream and I love this color. That's all about my dream house. I hope that one day my dreams will become in to a true. It would be great to live in house which is in my dreams.

Skills

Having the important skills, the best motivation you can think of and the attitude what cannot be crushed, would make anyone unbeatable. It might take a lot of time to achive the goals but trying to get to there where wanting to be will not stop it. Skills without motivation is nothing, same goes to motivation and attitude. There are some very open-minded employers out there who look beyond academic transcipts and grades and if they can see you are motivated to learn what needs to be done and have the right attitude then they might just be willing to give you a go. But you must be able to show just how willing you are when you speak to or meet your potential new employer for the first time. If you can use all of these 3 qualities then there ise a high propability that there is a bright future ahead of you. If you know how to use all of those abilities then having a successful life and well-paid job are not far away

Comparison of diesel and petrol engine

The final stroke is the exhaust stroke. The exhaust valve opens when the piston hits the bottom, and the piston pushes the exhaust out. Both engines also have camshafts, which operate the opening and closing of valves. Difference The main difference between a gasoline engine and a diesel engine is the fuel used. The main difference between these fuels is the combustion ratio at which each will explode. Gasoline does not self-ignite when compressed, because it does not generate enough heat. It needs activation energy to explode, and this energy is generated by a spark plug at the top of the cylinder. Diesel on the other hand, does not require a spark plug to ignite it because it generates enough heat when it is completely compressed to ignite itself and cause explosion. . Diesel engines have a much higher compression pressure than gasoline engines. The higher compression pressure in diesels explains the difference in the methods of ignition used in gasoline and diesel engines.

Drug dealers does not care if somoone dies because of their drugs, they just care about money and power. Usually those people can not be cured, there is no help for them they just lust for money. One person who wishes good for everyone is not enough because there is not much that he can do alone, he needs strong assistance. But If that person still does help others no matter of the difficulty then it is clear that he/she has a good inside of herself/himself. God is good and wishes the best for everyone, but it does not happen because of the devil, because his mission is to keep everything equal even if it doesn't seem like there are equal amount of good and bad people in world. It seems like there are a lot of theese kind of people who just doesn't care of others misfortune

Enviromental problems

· Ozone Depletion · Waste · Resource Depletion · Ecological Health (Biodiversity) · Human Health · Air Quality Sustainable Development The main principle of sustainable development is the following: improvement of the quality of human life through economic growth and increase of consumption should not distort the chances of future generations to meet their basic needs. Sustainable Development = Economy + Social Sphere + Environment There are many different definitions of sustainable development (www.agenda21.ee). The objective of sustainable development is not to restrict economic activity for preservation of the environment but to adopt decisions integrating social, economic and environmental spheres at different (national, local) levels. Today's decisions must not create unsolvable problems tomorrow; consequently the limits of carrying

''How much does life weigh?''

few grams we cannot live without. With these facts, life seems truly inconsequential to me. The first thought, that came into my mind, was whether this is all we are actually worth. It depends on a person, I believe that life is worth as much as you make it worth. Some may hold into these 21 grams one truly valuable life with everything in it. Others may hold a life, that has just passed by. These are the people who have done nothing but just existing for their whole lives. Something needs to be done in order to be content with your life. Before actual dying, people start to think their whole life through. This is the time, when we forget the little things that once seemed awfully important, and start to think a little further. A question ''Did my life weigh enough?'' could be asked. It sure does not mean the measurements. It can be compared with an everyday life, where worth things cost more. Still, the most important things do not cost a penny

Book Report: The Spare Room

It is written by Helen Garner who is an Australian writer and journalist. She was born on 7th November in Geelong and now lives in Victoria. This novel has won several awards and that's one of the reasons I chose to read it. The Spare Room talks about a 64-year woman Helen who lives in Melbourne, Australia. One day, her friend Nicola who lives in Sydney calls and asks if she could stay with her for three weeks. The reason she calls is that she is a cancer patient who needs to be taken care of. As they have been friends for a long time, Helen gave her consent and welcomed Nicola in her home. In Melbourne Helen also has a treatment in an institution called the Theodore. Chemo hadn't worked on her and that is why she is looking for new options to heal though the cancer is already in stage four. In that institute she gets weird kind of treatments, for example administring loads of vitamiin C which makes her sick and puts her through terrible pains.

One example: Right mode: ,,Peter , come brush your teeths!" Wrong mode: ,,Hey you, come brush your teeths!" Parents should keep their instructions clear and understandable. For example, your child will respond better if you tell them what you want them to do, rather than what you want them to stop doing. Try, ,,Kaido, put your shoes on the rack," rather tan ,,Do not put your shoes on the floor." Every cildren needs some time for answering, not every brain is fast thinking. It sometimes need only few seconds more to wait child answer. Every sentence what you say to your siblings has to be simple. You can not say ," Kuldar, take your shoes off, brush your tooths ,wash your face and clean your room and come hear," it is better when you say ,,Kuldar , take your shoes off , wash your tooths

Speech: The challenges of the 21st century

has got a hard push whereas ours is slowing down. So what happens in the end of the century? Only recently I discussed with my friends that it would be nice if we had a teleport, which allow us to go home without riding on a bus or going on foot. Maybe it isn't just a dream and some day we would have it, but what about our health? Even now so many people are suffering from obesity and imagine the situation when nobody needs to exercise at all. I believe that it is not worth it. I recommend you to think, before you take another invention, which thinks for you. I suggest trying to do something by yourself too because we need to fight against the machines which are smarter than us. Otherwise we are falling to the level of our ancestor. Take one sheet of paper and try to write a letter to your dear relative. I believe that it is better and more

Herman Koch - The Dinner

exactly what happened, but it is clear that he and Rick had figured something out. Feelings In the end Paul says that a happy family can survive a shipwreck and i truly believe it. The author has wanted to say that there are always ups and downs in every family. There are no people without any problems. I believe that the happiness depends on the relationship that family members have with each other, and it can be converted. To care about family member's feelings and to do everything he or she needs to be happy. If you have strong and supportive family, there are less chances for children to get into troubles. Opinion I liked this book very much and suggest it to everyone who wants intense and meaningful to read. I made me really think about that how far i would go to protect my loved ones. And I think that I would go quite far.

People always loved creating things themselves

of which would probably be «who's idea it even was?» The first one: tired of cleaning up the dishes just cover your plate with food film. Next one suddenly need to make a stand for a phone use some clothes clips and a line. Another very useful diy a bath rag out of hosepipe because of course it will take less time and money and this rag will be the centre of attention for everyone that will enter your bathroom. No Ikea or Jysk, who needs brand names when you can create your own piece of interior. If you wonder what is this artistic masterpiece this is a stand for tooth brushes, another practical ornament that will go well with the rag. Maybe you love making statements or enhance your amusing sense of humor store tic tacs in a light bulb. And a honorable place in a lot of stupid diys that have millions of views is dedicated to hot glue. Seems that some people have a stock full of glue and would prefer to build

(slide) Moving on, the durability of concrete can be defined as the ability to remain serviceable for at least the required lifetime of the structure of which it forms apart. However there are many factors which shorten the lifetime of concrete (slide) such as: physical attacks, including frost damage, fire, wind and water waves and chemical attacks including sulfates, sea water, acids, alkali-silica reactions and of course corrosion of embedded steel. That's why the durability of concrete needs to be tested. (slide) Firstly, the concrete contains pores and capillaries which fulfill with water. In laboratories several test have been worked out to measure the permeability but in real life we have a similar situations in marine areas. Next, there are three major types of flow constants for concrete. (slide) Firstly there is permeability which is a rate of flow of fluid into a porous solid of concrete. Then comes
