Pros and cons of social networking

Dear friends . Today I’m here to talk about the pros and cons of
social networking. We all use internet everyday but we don’t really know the influence of social networking in our lives .
I
think social networking sites allow people to improve their
relationships and make new friends. It is good that people can
instant message with people all the time all over the world.
It makes people feel like they are not alone . However the con to this
is that social media causes people to spend less time interacting face to face. I think it’s not good because if they are always in
social media talking with friends then people can’t interact
with people outside the internet . If the people are not used to
speaking in real life then it could be difficult to impress yourself with words to other people and because of this it could
be difficult finding a job.

get stuck and the things that I think will confuse them (an “expert usability review”). Sometimes I get other people to try using it while I watch to see where theyget stuck and confused (“usability testing”). I have a meeting with the client’s team to describe the problems I found that are likely to cause users grief (“usability issues”) and help them decide which ones are most important to fix and how best to fix them. Sometimes we work by the phone… …and sometimes in person I used to write what I called the “big honking report” detailing my findings, but I finally realized that it wasn’t worth the time and effort. A live presentation allows people to ask me questions and voice their concerns—something a written report doesn’t do. And for teams doing Agile or Lean development, there’s no time for written reports anyway. They pay me.

How people use them, what kind of information we give away, what companies will do with this. Information sharing and data protection has become very popular theme in the recent few years. People care more about their privacy and avoid „big brother“ foreshadowing. It is important to know what social media platforms promise and are they really going to keep it. Users should think about what they share and what kind of information they generate. Because it is all recorded and some info can be traced back to real people. Privacy and data protecion topics are becoming more and more important and the amouts of data generated is becoming larger. When wrongly access this kind of data, a lot damage could be done by criminals. Users privacy settings should be reviewd and fixed when needed.

There are so many advantages connected with technology and how it affected our everyday life. To start with, development of mobile technology, computers and internet made life easier. We can find information in sites like Google in a couple of minutes instead of looking for required information in books for hours. In the older times, writing a letter, sending and bringing to a required person took minimum a month; now this procedure happens within a minute, if people communicate using social networks. Also, social networks gave a chance to people to communicate with old friends, relatives and so on, who are far away from them. Of course, seeing them in real live is better than just seeing their messages or talking in Skype, but programs give feeling, that distance has no matter and loved one is near you. Even if he or she is at the other end of the world. Development of technologies gave new working places. Without computers where would be
