Labor 8 Multikollineaarsuse kindlakstegemine - VIFj
MS.0151 Ökonomeetria 2011
Sõltumatute muutujate vahel esineva multikollineaarsuse kindlasktegemiseks
leitakse varieeruvusindeks ehk dispersiooni mõju faktor VIFj (Variance Inflationary Factor ).
Varieeruvusindeks näitab argumendi mõju regressiooniparameetri hajuvusele.
kus Rj2 on determinatsioonikordaja , mis on leitud sõltumatu muutuja Xj
(R2 leidmiseks teostada regressioonanalüüs, kus sõltuvaks muutujaks Y on uuritav Xj)
ja ülejäänud sõltumatute muutujate Xj vahel.
Kui VIFj > 10, siis tuleb selline sõltumatu muutuja Xj eemaldada.
Ülesanne
Sõltumatute muutujate vahel esineva multikollineaarsuse kindlakstegemiseks
leida varieeruvusindeks VIFj.
Andmed on esitatud töölehel nimega "andmed".
Selleks:
1. Koostada korrelatsioonimaatriks ,et hinnata sõltumatute muutujate vahel esinevat korrelatsiooni.
Kasutada MS Exceli protseduuri Andmed/DataAnalysis/Correlation.
2. Teostada regressioonanalüüsid (Y-ks on kordamööda kõik X-d) ja arvutada varieeruvusindeksi VIFj väärtused.
1) sõltuvaks muutujaks Y on X1 ja sõltumatuteks muutujateks X2...X10;
2) sõltuvaks muutujaks Y on X2 ja sõltumatuteks muutujateks X1 ja X3...X10;
3) teostada regressioonid nii, et kõik Xj oleksid sõltuvaks muutujaks Y.
X3....X10.
4) teostada regressioon (esialgne Y sõltuv muutuja, X-d sõltumatud muutujad)
3. Arvutada varieeruvusindeks VIFj kõikide muutujate jaoks.
4. Kopeerida erinevate regressioonide tabelitest R2 ja F.
5. Korrigeerida andmestikku ja teostada uus regressioon.
