  • Longer life expectancy – Regular exercise can also help you to live longer because it makes your body and whole organism tougher which also helps to lower the risk of potential infections and illnesses

Bad Points
  • Over exercising – Exercising regularly is a very good thing for your body, but it must not be overdone. Exercising too much might actually hurt your body and weaken you and then you feel very tired and more vulnerable to illnesses.
  • InjuriesKeeping fit can also lead to many different injuries such as cramps or even fractures which take a very long time to recover.
  • Anorexia , bulimia – People think that eating very little food and exercising as much as possible makes your muscles grow faster and bigger. Because of this some people might suffer from anorexia of bulimia.
