The commission agreed that the art museum is the only competent institution to guarantee the fulfilment of these priorities. At the same time, it is obvious that the means of the museum are not sufficient enough to take care of the condition of the building, which is a monument under state protection. State as the owner should provide more financial help in this matter than thus far.
