Theology. I was elected to our school’s Associated Student Body where I had the responsibility of caring for our school’s financial activities as the treasurer. I also received Honors and a Seal of Biliteracy. History has had always a big part of my life. I knew I wanted to be a history teacher at the age of 13 when I was in junior high in Yorba Linda. Since then, I have read tons of history-based books and mostly focused on the Postclassical era. Last semester I went to Cambodia and filmed a documentary about Angkor Wat.
