Dear Sir/Madam I'm writing to ask for more information about the 'Swedish Dream' holiday which i saw on the internet. Me and my friends are very interested in Sweden and would like to go on this holiday but we would like to ask some more things about the trip. Firstly, i would like to get some more information about the hotels and the cities we are going to visit. I was also wondering if there's going to be a tour guide to talk about the history of Sweden. Could you tell me more about these things? Secondly, I am a little bit worried about my health. Could you send me information about the diseases and health risks in this country, just in case. And i was also wondering if the health insurance is included? I would also like to know if pets are allowed in the hotels as my friend is having dog allergy. Thirdly, it's said that the price includes everything except the museums
Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to you as I read the advertisment in Eesti Päevaleht about becoming an exchange student at a secondary school in Canada. I am 17 years old and I go to secondary school in Kilingi-Nõmme. I have good grades and I speak English well. Also I am interested in the chance to be an exchange student and improve my English. But there are few things I would like to ask you. Firstly, I was wondering about the accommadition possibilites, what it would be like, and are there any extra fees I should be avare of? And, secondly, what are the requierments and procedures to enter the school? I hope this information is useful to you and I would really love to have this chance. I am looking forward to your answer. Yours Faithfully Kalle Karu
experiences. For example, I have been organising different music and sport events. I also speak fluent English, I am hard-working, I have good knowledge of different games and entertainments, I like working with children. It would be good practise for my following studies. I have a few questions concerning the job. I would like to know where the camp would be located, when exactly it is taking place, and is the accommodation included. I was also wondering, what my salary will be. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to your reply. Yours sincerely, Mart Mets.
The Haunted School Bill woke up with an appalling headache. He put his hand to his head and realised his hair was thick with dried blood. What on earth had happened? He tryed to remember previous day, if it really happened the day before... It was an usual day. After finishing prefearing to school he went out and took his bike. There were extremely quiet in that morning. It was Friday, but still... He stopped in front of the school and were still wondering that there were nobody moving around. He opened the door and stepped in. Finally, he heard some noise, but he couldn't understand the meaning. That was coming behind the corner, where Bill had just stepped. He saw a policeman lying and there were blood everywhere. He touched the man and didn't know what to do. Bill decided to run away. Cause he was incautious he fell and hit his head. After waking up and thinking a little bit he saw a sign, which said:
Dear Ms. Smith My name is John Walker, I am a secretary of Science Club in our college. I have seen your advertisement about our local museum and I was wondering if I could ask you some questions about organising a group visit to it. I think that it will be a very interesting and informative event for students, after all, you don't get to see such an exhibition like "the next 100 years" every day. Therefore, if you are interested in our visit, I have some questions about the booking. Where can we make a reservation for our group? Do we need to come to the museum to do it or is it possible to do the booking through your website
Through the Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll The BLACK kitten had once again made a mess in the living room with a ball of worsted you see it could have not been the white kitten, Snowbell, as she was having her face washed by Dina. Alice caught the black kitten and settled into an arm-chair to wind up the worsted again. Soon forgetting all about it she started wondering if Kitty could play chess. And thus her favourite game of "Let's pretend" started. Suddenly the Looking-Glass House caught Alice's attention. She had always been wondering about the Looking-Glass world. It was so tempting. Without even noticing she was on the mantelpiece and through the looking-glass. The room was quite uninteresting and untidy. But there were some interesting things the pictures on the wall were alive and so were the pawns
private diaries, because they are public. Everyone has access and a chance to read your own personal views. We live in a modern world, where information is crucial and selling, therefore keeping a blog on the Internet is a big attraction for readers. Furthermore, there are all kinds of journals on the web, for example food sites, where people can find many recipes for different meals. Also, fashion blogs, which can give inspiration if wondering what to wear for some kind of an occasion. Not only are the blogs entertaining, they can also be very helpful and useful. The writers of the blogs get attraction from the amount of readers and clicks, which their page gets. Some blog-writers sign contracts with various advertising agencies, so they get money for each click that their site gets. This drives the blog-keepers to write. Another great benefit that keeping a blog brings the writer - fame. The more
When she comes to, Bundle learns that Jimmy and been arrested, in the murders of her two friends and he steged the fight and shot himself in the arm. The Seven Dials group was after him and now they had him so they wanted Bundle to take the place of one of the Seven Dials members that tied. Bill was so happy that she was alive that he proposed to her. I really liked this book for its suspenseful quality and its unexpected outcome. The book kept me wondering what will happen and the ending shocked me. Bundle was an interesting character in the book because she was a determined, independant girl which was unusual in the late 1920's. The characters and the setting work together to make an enticing story that ends with a cheerful outlook on life. The story started out with bleak murders but ended with a wonderful proposal.
Kaisa Kamenik In Mike Nichols 1967 cult film „The Graduate“, Dustin Hoffman character Benjamin Braddock, who has just graduated from college, is facing basically same questions as posed in the title of this essay. Everyone is asking what is he going to do with his life now, but he is very uncomfortable aswering them and at that point he doesn’t care as well. Being a third year history student in University of Tartu, I am wondering over the same questions and find myself often thinking what is expected of me after graduating and how has university played a role in my development for almost three years now. When asked what is the main purpose of university, most people would say that it is preparing students for different proffessions, which would later be the driving force of the country. But I think it is more complicated than that. Going to university is a logical step to a

Bree's therapist says the surgery consents cannot be signed until she gets "closure" on this, so Bree is forced to travel to New York - posing as a Christian saver of lost souls - to get Toby out of jail, and travel with him cross-country to Los Angeles where her surgeon is waiting, all the time wondering if or when she should tell Toby the truth. When they are trippin a few days , Bree decides to visit her/his family and presents her/his son. Later Bree decides to tell the truth about him/her-self and Tobu leavs. In the end of movie Toby and Bree meet again. My opinion about the characters are good because i saw this kind og film fo first time. Actors are very good. I like Felicity Huffman very much and taht boy who act there (Toby) is very cute.:D

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before; But the silence was unbroken, and the darkness gave no token, And the only word there spoken was the whispered word, "Lenore!" an idea. That shouldn't be new for you. Some people might find it hard to believe, but even the most common things- like chairs, walls, even a pack of bread has been an idea once. Someone had probably felt that his or her legs got tired and sitting on floor might not be so comfortable, so one chose to invent a chair. Think of it- even floor, where people used to sit before chairs were invented is certainly someone's idea and invention. Isn't it strange to think like that? You are probably wondering that why are those ideas then so important? It's a good question and there is no way that it could have that one and only answer. I think that all of you have come across some contests, where good ideas are being searched. For example, several months ago I noticed a contest made by very well-known technology company that was searching for new ideas to implement, which prize pool was up to 2000€. It sounds like a big amount of cash, doesn't it ? In

unhappy. Werther thought that all he did was best for everyone but he actually did not realize that with his behavior he was only hurting the people closest to him. Most of his thoughts and actions are based on his self-esteem, he is aspiring towards better solutions but does not really understand that the decisions he makes are not too good in the overall perspective. Although Werther has some brighter moments he cannot find peace and happiness in his mind and body, he is always wondering wat if... The selfishness can be seen in two turning-points of the book, when Werther leaves Wahlheim (place where Lotte lives) and when he commits suicide. From his point of view these are the only solutions but he is not thinking about Lotte who really appreciates him as a dear friend. Werthers low self-esteem and unhappiness are connected to his decisions throughout the book, for example when he leaves Lotte and turns back to Weimar. He could have fought some more and not give up so easily
Money. Money is certainly something which is often discussed in today's world. Hardly a day goes by without the subject of money being raised in most people's lives. Everyone uses money. We all want it, work for it and think about it. If you don't know what money is, you are not like most humans. Most people don't spend much time wondering what money is, their major concern is how much they have, and how to get more. However, it is highly debatable whether it is more important than other considerations, such as health and happiness, which some people consider to be of greater significance. We use money every day to pay for things we buy. We can pay with either coins or paper. This sort of money is known as cash. But there is also another kind of money, like checks, credit cards and so on.
But like any other facet of life these wonders can be corrupted by those with their own agenda. That is to say that a news agency can choose to omit some things from their broadcast to place a particular "spin" on the events. Using 9-11 as an example: Everyone saw the planes crash into the buildings but none REALLY knows why this happened. Same with the assignation of JFK. Information can be repressed or expounded to create misinformation that leaves us all wondering why. Mass Media refers to all forms of media that are open to and accessible by the public. people face similar problems as did Holden. Like not knowing what to do with one's life. At first it seemed to me that it was just a random part of someones life. While reading the book I got often bored and couldn't understand what was so special about it and why it is so famous. After finishing the book my first impressioon was that I didn't like it. But I still could not get it out of my mind. I started wondering about certain parts like when he told his sister that he wanted to be, if it was possibe, a somekind of catcher in the rye who catches playing children to protect them for falling down from a cliff. As the titel of the book is catcher in the rye the autor certainly wanted to make a significant point. Like many others who have read the book, I think that by `` saving children from falling `` he wanted to save children from growing up too fast and loseing their innocence in the process

about the pub and restaurant placement in England. /I am writing to enquire about the pub and restaurant placement in England, as advertised by you. To start with, where in England/in which area of England is the workplace located? Could you also tell me which positions are available/you are seeking to fill, and how long a workday/how many hours a shift would be? As for accommodation, what would the three-month rent be in total? Finally, I was wondering/may I ask how much I could expect to earn/what the offered salary is. Being an 18-year-old school leaver from Estonia, I am eager to improve my English skills as well as gain work experience in catering services abroad. I would therefore appreciate it if you gave me more details about your job offer. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I look forward to hearing from you. warn Soames to be very very careful. We find Soames ranting at Irene about something or other fairly unpleasant. He doesn't like June much. He gets the news about the house out under cover of the burst of irritation. She doesn't react. He clearly expected a reaction, and asks her if she heard. She already knew. She tells him that if he wants to know what she wants, he should ask her. Soames storms off. Irene reacts after he leaves, wondering what she's going to do. Bosinney has finished the plans of the house. He presents them to a puzzled Soames. Soames knows about painting, but not about architecture. All this talk about regularity is all very well, but won't it look like a barrack? Won't it be cold? Irene can't stand the cold! Bosinney explains. Eventually Soames consents. The building of the house proceeds over the winter. Soames visits the site often. He looks happy.

done anything wrong. "What's with Bella?" Mike asked Jessica. "Nothing," I answered. "I'll just get a soda today." I caught up to the end of the line. "Aren't you hungry?" Jessica asked. "Actually, I feel a little sick," I said, my eyes still on the floor. I waited for them to get their food, and then followed them to a table, my eyes on my feet. I sipped my soda slowly, my stomach churning. Twice Mike asked, with unnecessary concern, how I was feeling. I told him it was nothing, but I was wondering if I should play it up and escape to the nurse's office for the next hour. Ridiculous. I shouldn't have to run away. I decided to permit myself one glance at the Cullen family's table. If he was glaring at me, I would skip Biology, like the coward I was. I kept my head down and glanced up under my lashes. None of them were looking this way. I lifted my head a little. They were laughing. Edward, Jasper, and Emmett all had their hair entirely saturated with melting snow.
In 1915 it even organized a show of women's work at the Horticultural Halls. As the war deepened, the RHS struggled on. By November the Council had removed King Ferdinand of Bulgaria as an honorary fellow and, the following February, decided that tickets should remain at ten shillings for the first public-access day, with two shillings and sixpence on the second day, and one shilling on the third day of the show. By March 1916 the RHS were wondering whether to cancel the whole event because of the cost of the new entertainment taxes, but Lord Balfour said it would benefit trade. At this time, the RHS was also given the sad task of working on the layout of war cemeteries in France. The 1916 Show was therefore very downbeat: it had no great tent, alcoholic drinks were not allowed on the exhibitors' stands, and the theme was Hardy Flowers for 9

He believes that the agricultural reforms of Europe will not work in Russia because of the unique culture and personality of the Russian peasant. happy in the lot she had chosen. Chapter 23 Elizabeth was sitting with her mother and sisters, reflecting on what she had heard, and doubting whether she was authorised to mention it, when Sir William Lucas himself appeared, sent by his daughter, to announce her engagement to the family. With many compliments to them, and much self-gratulation on the prospect of a connection between the houses, he unfolded the matter--to an audience not merely wondering, but incredulous; for Mrs. Bennet, with more perseverance than politeness, protested he must be entirely mistaken; and Lydia, always unguarded and often uncivil, boisterously exclaimed: "Good Lord! Sir William, how can you tell such a story? Do not you know that Mr. Collins wants to marry Lizzy?" Nothing less than the complaisance of a courtier could have borne without anger such treatment; but Sir William's good breeding carried him through it all; and though he begged

up. You know George Lucas is not going to kill off his hero halfway through the film and yet you begin to entertain the possibility. I remember seeing a preview screening of Star Wars on the Fox lot and being completely taken in by the critical few seconds of this scene. I had invested something of myself in Luke Skywalker and when he appeared to be dead, I instantly became a disembodied presence in the screen. I began flitting from surviving character to character, wondering who I could identify with next. W o u l d I ride through the rest of the story as the spoiled Princess Leia, the selfish opportunist H a n Solo, or the beasdy Wookiee? I didn't feel comfortable in any of their skins. In these few seconds I experienced something like panic. T h e hero, for me, was truly in the belly of the whale, inaccessible, effectively dead. W i t h the hero dead, who was I in this movie? He gave the President the collection of half-truths that Hall had given him—for Hall naturally withheld the deep secret of British cryptanalytic ability, particularly since it might start the Americans wondering whether Britain was reading their code messages as well: Early in the war the British government obtained possession of a copy of the German cipher code used in the above message and have made it their business to obtain copies of Bernstorffs cipher telegrams to Mexico, among others, which are sent back to London and deciphered here. This accounts for their being able to decipher this telegram from the German government to their representative
