My favourite outfit

My favourite outfit My name is Kerli. I am a 16-year-old schoolgirl. I am from Estonia. I would say I am usually helpful and kind. If anyone needs my help in anything, then I will always lend a hand. I like doing sports and I like to wear sporty clothes, because they are very comfortable. Also, like to wear feminine clothes. My favourite outfit is a leather jacket with blue jeans, a white blouse and black platforms. The leather jacket has white stripes down the sleeves. It is also quite worn-out by now because I have had it for some time now and I tend to wear it throughout the spring and autumn months. In fact it has gotten quite a few little tears where it has got caught on sharp objects. These clothes came from one of those big department stores and not a specialist leather shop.

Make-up

Make-up I take care about my look very much. Most often I use beauty products like mascara and lip balm. I can't go out without wearing them. Ibid I always wear nail polish too. My nail polish colour depend on what I wear. So, if I wear red shoes, I will wear red nail polish too. I like 'big hair'. Every day when I wake up, I straighten and teasing my hair. Erst I wore hair clips, but now I don't. Sometimes when my hair are in a plait, I only wear topknot. If I could get a new make-up kit, it will be consist of mascara, eyeliner, different lip balms and lip glosses, mirror, face powder, rouge, oils, perfume and different eye shadows. I always wear make-up at school and I'll always have my make-up bag with me. My opinion is that, it's okay to wear make-up at school. My mom don't spent ages putting on make-up because she only wear mascara, little bit eye shadow, powder, rouge and lip gloss. I never

Good things about school uniform: 1. no bullying about dressing 2. 2. if you represent your school somewhere, olympics or something, its hounur, because you have the school uniform, that no otherschool have not. 3. When I wake up, then I don´t need to think what i wear today. Bad things about school uniform: 1. You get bored when you everyday wear same clothes. 2. The uniforms are so uncomfortable. 3. Uniforms make you feel contained like you're in jail or something. When my mother used to go to school, then she wear school uniform. She wear dark blue skirt and light blue shirt. Festiv shirt was white and everyone must wear scarf. When she finished school, school uniform would be no more.

Traditional Costumes of Estonia In Estonia, traditional costumes are worn on special occasions like song festival or weddings. Women's outfit consists of a striped skirt, white blouse and a hat called 'tanu'(coif). Some prides wear a brooch around their neck. It's a feature, which represents fertile age. The stripes and other small details show the origin of the item. Children usually wear just white linen shirt and trouses or a skirt. When it's cold, they put on a black coat. Men wear navy blue breeches and a jacket. Beneath the jacket they wear a white shirt. They also have a black hat and special footwear called 'viisud'.

Educational problems of public school, Report

Corporal punishment is illegal in British and Estonian schools. 62% of British childrens think that it would be needful but only 31% Estonian childrens have the same opinion. Actually it could be not banned, because if they used controlled corporal punishment it is not likely to be harmful. I would argue that there were actually fewer discipline problems back in the old days when corporal punishment was more common. Most school in England require children to wear school uniform. Estonian children no longer wear uniforms but few decades ago they wore uniforms. 74% British students and 39% Estonian students believes that school uniforms should be compulsory for all students at all grade levels. I don`t think they should wear school uniforms because it deprises kinds and teens of expressing themselves by what they wear. Kids should have the sight to wear what they want to. Everything would be dull and boring if everyone came to school looking the same.

somewhere. With different clothes no one would notice, that for instance you and your friend go the same school. It would be easier to recognize people with their uniforms. Uniforms also prepare you for your future life, when you often have to dress smart when you go to work. It is a lot easier to dress every morning because you do not have to choose between different sets of clothes. You will have only one to choose the uniform. However, I think, that students should not wear uniforms. Wearing uniforms will make individuality dissapear and as a result we would have a group of students in grey or blue uniforms. We could not express ourselves by what we wear. The uniforms are also quite boring and not very inviting. School should be a happy place to be, but the dull colour makes you feel like you have come to prison. It may look nice and smart but it does not make stundents happy. Uniforms are quite often uncomfortable to wear, which makes them even worse.

Pros and Cons of School Uniform

Pros and Cons of School Uniform At several schools worldwide, students are required to wear school uniforms. In some schools, uniforms are not required as this is part of the decision of the school or the parents. On the other hand, wearing school uniform does have its pros and cons. First of all, wearing school uniform suppresses students’ way to express themselves. Uniforms prevent them from wearing the clothes they want to wear. Children are often much more artistic than many adults, especially in high school, teenagers experience an increased need to be unique and special. The clothes are one of the most important things of self-expression, and school uniforms do not allow students to demonstrate their individuality. On the other hand, school uniforms make students feel equal. If students are required to wear school uniforms, people will not recognize who is rich or who is poor. Everybody will give

Estonian climate in winter-time. In Estonia, winter climate is very variable. Some year, it could be very cold outside, but some year it could be so warm you may wear your autumn clothes in winter. Some year it could snow so much, that you can't even get out of the house, because there's too much snow in front of your door and some year it may not snow for at least half of the winter-time. But no worries, mostly the temperature may go below -30 and because of the cold, students are absent from schools. The absent students mess up the whole classes program, because then it takes more time to study some subjects and teachers have a lot more work to do

School Uniform

However, uniforms also have bad sides which are particulary involved with financial problems. Each and every person in the world is different, and by making people dress the same, they can't express themselves fairly the way that they would like to. Having school uniforms is not necessary, and there are many reasons to prove it. Some people say that wearing a school uniform stop the bullying, because all children wear the same clothes. But it's not true - the bullys and other evil student will always find another reason to make somebody feel bad - like glasses, pimples or overweight. Second reason that schools have school uniforms is because of the gangs. They believe, when all of the children wear the same clothes, they will not have any gangs. But students communicate with each other outside school too, so gangs will still arise.

The Ideal School for my children

Teachers would be in constant contact with one another. They would work together to implement cross curricular material and to provide continuity. They would be able to work together to follow a student through which ever path they have chosen (through different places). They would be able to bring their respective groups of students together in a virtual environment to work as one to solve a problem or tutor each other. Children should not be asked how to wear their uniforms. They should be able to wear it to whatever makes them feel comfortable. If they are asked to wear it a certain way this would push them into doing wrong. Students should not be punished for playing during break, before school and lunch. The reason is because that period of time is their time and they should be able to get some free time for themselves. Children should do their work, yes, but at the same time playing, not during class, would be permitted. That would be my ideal

Estonia traditional costumes

In Estonia traditional costume denotes mainly the festive peasant dress of the 19th century, which in its time referred besides social status also to national background, as the ruling class were mainly German at the time. The former peasant costume of regional variation has become today a national symbol and has turned due to its altered function into a national dress. Estonian country folk produced their clothing mainly from home-spun woollen or linen fabric: shirts and married women's head-wear was mostly made from linen, while various outer garments, gloves, stockings and socks, were made from wool. The majority of the clothes remained undyed for a long time: linen garments were bleached white, while woollen outer garments were mainly sheep-brown or black. The wool for making skirts was dyed with herbal dyes. The bedstraw root was particularly widely used to produce red colouring. Indigo was the first dye to be widely bought during the 18th century.

At our school we do not wear a miniskirt teamed with thigh-high socks, pink lipstick and a bare midriff. But we do have casual days when we can dress down at least once a month. Sometimes some of us are barley recognizable without uniform. Second, no boys in our school, and it's a relief not having to deal with the distractions during class time. This training is perfect for those who have just started doing fitness, or for making your muscles relax after an intense one. If you're already doing some form of yoga you'll love the variety you get with Bodybalance. I think you would like to get some recommendations to start do bodybalance. A quick tip wear comfortable clothes. You do not have to wear any shoes during the class. Just barefoot to feel full contact with the floor for the balancing and postural work. In colder weather you may like to bring something warm to wear for the relaxation and meditation tracks. Some clubs may ask you to bring a yoga mat and you may prefer to do so anyway - however, this is not essential. Now I would like to speak about benefits of bodybalance. At first, the bodybalance improves your flexibility

Pros & Cons of a School Uniform

A school uniform is important for every student to become an adult. In different schools the rules for uniforms are different. Some schools have a school uniform and some do not. However, every school uniform has both advantages and disadvantages. One advantage is that school uniform helps to maintain discipline. Also it is a symbol of a school. School uniform makes life cheaper and easier you do not have to waste time in the morning thinking of what to wear. Also you do not have to buy a whole new wardrobe for every school semester and I think that a school uniform prepares you for adulthood because often many important jobs have a dress code, which you have to follow. However, for every plus there is a minus. Although many students might like a school uniform, many are against it and the reality is that lots of students refuse to wear it because it may be the bad material and it might be allergic to some students. Also I think that students

Men wear dark business suit and a tie, women may wear a dress or a scirt and blouse. For casual clothing there are pants for both men and women. Australians are friendly and open, but directness and punctuality is very important. They maintain good eye contact during conversations. They bring small gift of chocolate, wine or flowers if invited to someone's home, but gift giving is not very common in bussiness. They avoid littering and when approaching a queue, they go to the end and wait their turn.

Beauty pageants for small girls should be banned

I firmly believe that taking part of beauty pageants is pressured by contestants' parents. It is their vision of how their children should look and act like. Some children do not want to partake in those competitions because it is tiring and chaotic, some children even do not understand what it is all about, because they are too young for that. In my opinion, a child who looks absolutely gorgeous without fake teeth, spraytan and an enormous wig is forced to wear all of it just to measure up to her parent wishes. I am not convinced that beauty pageants help to promote selfesteem in children. It can be promoted only if the contestant wins, otherwise it starts to form wrong image of this little human being. Most parents see pageants as a great opportunity for their children to get to know their body and practice performing, but the effect is the opposite. They are taught that all that matters is their appearance not their personality.

The date was chosen as the day of the death of Saint David in 589 and since then every year parades are held in Wales. The daffodil is the national flower of Wales. In Wales it is tradition to wear a daffodil on Saint David's day. The leek is one of the national symbols of Wales and is also worn on Saint David's day. According to one legend the soldiers of Wales had to wear it on their helmets to recognize themselves in battles. The tradition of carving lovespoons goes back to the 17th century as it was popular pastime for sailors at the sea. Nowadays lovespoons have become extremely popular as souvenirs and gift, because they are unique to Wales.

Why was life better-worse in Estonia 50 years ago

Why was life better-worse in Estonia 50 years ago?

These are the major reasons, which made me think that life was worse 50 years ago than now. Why was it so? Firstly, nowadays we can speak about many comforts, which 50 years ago was not so. In 1950s' there were any conveniences at all everything had to be made by yourself and people were living a poor life. People did not have the chance to own expensive technics(as a matter of fact some of them were not invented yet or it just had not been that widespread), wear the clothes they would have liked and live a life like they had always wished. Even if they tried hard to pursue to the highs, the chance of getting somewhere was close to zero. Nowadays, people can afford themselves a good and livable life, having the work done by machines, wear the clothes they want to and feel free to become more and more successful every day. Secondly, 50 years ago, people had very limited rights, which made them kind a shy and sour

Do not get into immigration and aboriginal issues no matter how curious you are. Also, comments on accents will not be welcome, as they often distinguish social classes. Business meetings and meals *Regarding dress code, men should wear a dark coloured, conservative business suit. *Similarly, women should wear a smart dress or a business suit. *Punctuality is important, it better to arrive a few minutes early. *Offering gifts is not part of Australian business etiquette, but it is acceptable to bring a small gift from your country. *Table manners are same as in Europe. *The person making the invitation generally pays the bill in restaurants. However, it is usual for friends to split the bill.

One of the best song they have is "One good reason". It says about mums and dads who don't understand that kids want to be special in clothiers, music, so why they say to them what to wear, give them a reason why kids need to be like others. Children can just have fun and live how they like, because soon they will grow up and life wouldn't be so easy, because in childhood kids don't worry and they are happy!

soft reflector

She invented soft reflector when she was 16 year old and studied in school. She got the idea to make soft reflector when she noticed little hairy toy hanging in her school bag. She thought that it would be great when these toy could sparkle. She also thougt that regular plastic reflectors were very boring. In 1999 created Karoli Hindriks student company to produce soft reflectors. I think that it is very good to have soft and beautiful reflectors because then people like to wear reflectors more and car drivers can see them better.
