However proving whether one is guilty or not is a very complicated and time-consuming process. From an ethical perspective, the death penalty is, undoubtedly, a violation of human rights. Two very clever burglars were arrested in the early hours of the morning. The incident occured in the alley behind Pearson's Electronics Shop, in the South Street.
