When entering, we can see a stairway heading to the second floor in the right and in the left a coatroom. Right in front of us is a living room, with big leather couches and a huge home movie-theatre. There are self-made sofa cushions on the couch and a rug made out of recycled old clothes. My dream house My dream house is located about few kilometers from the big city, in a very picturesque place near the endless river or bottomless lake. I dream about place like this as I prefer clean fresh air and unpolluted water. I don't find myself very happy in little and uncomfortable house, so my dream house is very cozy, comfortable, well planned, with lost of gigantic windows. If you asked about rooms, I must say that I don't need many of them, but it is very important that all these rooms were as large as it is possible. The modern front door opens into a spacious hall, where are many portraits of family members, exotic flowers. As far as bedrooms they are very large, comfortable and elegant as well. There are soft, huge beds and many antique things. It makes me to feel comfortable. By the way, every bedroom has bathroom and toilet, which are spacious and modern

On the opposite wall, there is rocking chair and a peg. The ceiling is painted white and cream colored carpet covers the parquet. The next room consists of dining and livingroom. This is the biggest and the brightest room in this
House of my dreams Vsevolod Dolgov So, today I want to tell you about my house and house of my dreams. I live in a three-bedroom flat with my mother and brother. Our flat is very big, well, it is very big for me. It is very warm in there, but my mom says it's cold. I have my own room, and it is very cool, because it is like my own flat. I have all my things in there, such things like: a computer, books, my big bed, a guitar and diplomas. There, in my room, is all my life, if you want to know something about me, all you need is to visit my room. We live on the ground floor, and because of that, we do not get a lot of sun in the flat. Our city is not so big, but we live far from the center, our house is in the north-east of the city- it is about fifteen minutes by bus. But it is not so bad, in big cities you need fifty minutes! That’s why I love my city. My dream house should be located outside the city, where I can find true
My ideal house I would like to live in a place where there are some mountains with snow on top of them and a sea nearby because i like beaches and mountains. My house would be in the middle of them, so i could see the sea from one side and the mountains from the other side of the house. The house would have two floors and a basement because that's all i need. On the first floor, there would be the living room with a big tv and some antique furniture, the kitchen, also with antique style oven and etc. A bathroom with a large bathtub and sauna, plus there would be a porch looking towards the sea. On the second floor, there would be at least four bedrooms where my family/children would sleep. One of the bedrooms would be for guests. There would also be a second bathroom. All the rooms on the second floor would be decorated with some antiquity in mind. As you can see i like antique stuff, but with modern technology
My house has a strip foundation which is taken 1,5m below the ground to protect the structure against ground movement and damages. Due to the fact that foundation transfer the dead and imposed loads of the structure onto the ground it must be very solid and strong. Our foundation is made of pre cast concrete blocks which has a damp-proof course made of mastics on external side. There are sleeper wall after the concrete blocks to support the basement floor slabs. Next primary elements are the walls. My house has four crosswalls which have load bearing and enclosing role. There are also a lot of internal division walls with dividing role. The crosswalls are made of lightweight concrete blocks. Behind the blocks are moisture barrier which is fixed with brick tie. After that there are sole plates and pads which are nailed into a head timber above and sole plates underneath. Between the studs are thermal insulation what keeps heat inside the building

My dream home My dream home would be a beautiful two-storey detached house in a small town. The house is surrounded by a nice garden full of gorgeous plants and a lot of types of flowers. I would also hire a gardener, so I can have time for my other duties. There are many spacious rooms in my house that are in well-lit and pastel tones. There are a living room, a kitchen and lightly coloured guest room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is also a living room, two nurseries, a toilet and a study with a bookshelf that covers the entire wall. I would hang pictures of my travelles on the walls, so it's easier to talk about my trips to my friends and family. As I'm the quiet type I would like to have the house in the suburbs. I think it would be nice if it were to be a gated community.
I hope you are well. I'm writing to let you know that I think I've found the perfect house for you. It's in a really nice location. Maardu, Harjumaa is a beautiful tidy town. It features a beautiful downtown, where you can easily walk around, shop, eat and dine. It's made of light grey bricks and has a restored wood frame windows. Also, it's got small balcony and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Plus, modern security system. Inside, the house is nice and comfortable. It has two floors. On the ground floor there is a charming living room and modern fitted kitchen with all the equipment you would expect. As well as a dining room and mediumsize WC. Upstairs there is one big lovely bedroom and one smaller guests bedroom, also a bathroom. The house is fully furnished so you don't need to worry about that
Lamb to the Slaughter by Roald Dahl (1916-1990) The room was warm and clean, the curtains drawn, the two table lamps alight - hers and the one by the empty chair opposite. On the sideboard behind her, two tall glasses, soda water, whiskey. Fresh ice cubes in the Thermos bucket. Mary Maloney was waiting for her husband to come him (correction: home) from work. Now and again she would glance up at the clock, but without anxiety, merely to please herself with the thought that each minute gone by made it nearer the time when he would come. There was a
My ideal house I like this house very much because of it's simplicity. Big windows make the house very commodious and white colours add this something-something to it. This house has a design concept to provide the one continuous wall folded in different directions setting up the
and relatives, who you had to say goodbye to... Thinking of that, I have a marvellous suggestion for you! I know you've always wanted to have a nice summer cottage and why not to have it, here, in Estonia? I've found a lovely summerhouse for you! I also remember how much you adored these cute little hills we have in Estonia, so this lovely cottage is also on the foot of one and it's surrounded by a beautiful nature, you like to take photos of, too. It's located in the South-Estonia, near the Võru. This house has a view on a lake, where you can ride a boat and fish. It's surrounded by a little garden, in front of the house there are some beautiful roses growing. There is also a back yard suitable for barbecue partyes I know how much you like to cook with Markus, so it's a big pro. From the outside the cottage looks very pretty. It's finished with blue pine and is painted to light-green. It has also a marvelous thatched roof and it really reminds me one
My room I live in a comfortable city flat in a 9-stored block of flats not far from the centre of Tallinn. It is not a very green place, but still there are many trees around the house and in summer the yard looks very beautiful and cozy. The house is located comfortably because there a few supermarkets, pharmacies around. My flat is on the first floor. It's very comfortable and well-planned. There are three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The largest room in our flat is the living room and me and my husband room too. My family uses it as a sitting room. On the left there is my bed and desk. The desk has a lot of drawers where I keep my text-books, notes, pens, pencils and other necessary things. On the right there is a sofa and a built-in wardrobe. In the right corner there is a comfortable arm-chair. Beside it stands a lamp with blue shade. I like to turn on the lamp, sit in the arm-chair and read an interesting book.
The weather is awful today! Another general rule about the use of the Indefinite and Definite Article is that the Indefinite Article is used when mentioning someone or something for the first time and the Definite Article is used when referring to someone/something that has been mentioned before. We passed a beautiful house on our way to Birmingham. – Was the house for sale? I saw a man standing near the house. The man was well-dressed and looked like a businessman. In case of plural countable nouns and uncountable nouns, in ordinary situations, when something is mentioned for the first time, some is used. We passed some beautiful houses on our way to the beach. There were some people at the station. There was some sand on the building site. In extraordinary situations or when we want to emphasize something no article is used.

It often shines the spotlight on new Estonian productions. Performances are given in different venues, and there is an outdoor stage for summer plays. Lai 23 is a typical merchant`s house in the Late Gothic style. It is a two-room building, the so- called diele-dornse house, in which a vestibule diele is a bigger room at the street side and a smaller living-room dornse stands behind it in the depth of the yard. 6 The central room in the house's street side part was a large, high-ceilinged entrance hall with a small kitchen under a mantle chimney. This type of chimney was unique to medieval homes, with a bottom section that widened to create a square space that would define the outlines of the small kitchen beneath it. The house also had one heated living room and several unheated rooms, basement

Stable Tower was considered to be the most haunted one. Lower Town In the 13th century a large number of Germans settled at the foot of the Upper town, where they gradually built a free town of merchants and craftsmen the so-called Lower Town. It was laid out with three things in mind: the place had to serve as a fortress, and it had to have both a port and a marketplace. As a rule, people lived on the ground and first floors of a house. Goods were kept on the second or even the third floor. They were hoisted up with the help of pulleys. Only one room was heated; in other rooms, warm stones were used. Water was drawn either from public town wells or a private well in the cellar of the house. Streets Medieval Tallinn had narrow streets. The streets were named after various occupations or other characteristics, such as Rüütli (Knight's) Street, Munga (Monk's) Street, Kuninga (King's) Street, Pagari (Baker's) Street, Pikk (Long) Street, Lai (Broad) Street, Karja (Cattle) Street
My future family it is important for everybody to have a family. In my dreams my future family is small. I have a wife and 2 children.we travel a lot together.i live in a house not in a apartment, but I have a apartment somewhere in kuressaare.i live near the kuressaare.my house has 2 floors.there are kitchen, living room, bathroom in ground floor.in first floor there are bed rooms.both my 2 children have their own rooms. I have a normal education.i work 8 hours a day like everybody else.i have my own company. My wife is a bit shorter than me.she is also estonian.she should`nt have a crew cut.she must have longer hairs than me.hair color isn`t important.i`d like she is funny and when she makes jockes then they should be funny and cool.she can`t be chesty.she can`t be choosy because the life with a choosey woman is impossible
My school has got quite good look. In the outside the school is light. But in the inside the schoolrooms are quite colourful. I don't like the gym colour scheme. I think that pink and blue are not very good choice. I think that it's quite funny. But other rooms are in normal colours. 3. If money where not a problem, what would your future home look like? There will be many changes in my home look. Mostly I will enlarge the rooms. I need more living space. The kitchen must be huge, because in huge kitchen is better to cook. And it's good to have own room. Maybe should build the second floor too. In decoration I will colour rooms light. Only the bedroom should be dark, because in dark is better sleep. 4. What makes a good home? I think that everybody's home is the best place in the world. You can always go there. It's good to go home when somebody is waiting you to come home. There shouldn't be noisy at home.

In villardy street, it is near Kristiine. I have a very nice flat there with four rooms. And I live with my parants. The best thing about my room is that it is really really big and I have a lot of room for my self. If I could change anything about my room, then it would probably be the decorations. Now, one reason why I like living in the center of Tallinn is becouse I like it there . If I could choose my own home, then it would'nt be a mobile home, becouse I think that thows homes are more for traveling then just living
to enjoy -- noise -- fuss -- sightseeing -- as for me -- coast -- sunbathes -- crowd -- to look forward -- expensive -- My Week-day (3) I am very busy on my week-days. My week-days do not differ much one from another. On week-days my working day begins early in the morning. My school starts at 8 o'clock, so I have to get up at 7, to be ready in time. I never wake up myself, my mother always wakes me up. Sometimes I do my morning exercises, then I rush to the bathroom. I clean my teeth, wash my face. The cold water makes me feel not so sleepy. Then I go back to my room, make the bed. I switch on my radio, usually I listen to radio. I put on my clothes, comb my hair, put a little make-ups. By that time my breakfast is ready (my mother cooks it for me). At a quarter to eight I grab my bag and rush to my school. My school starts at 8 o'clock and I don't like to be late. Usually I have six or seven lessons a day, it lasts till 3 o'clock

nave church with a rectangular chancel in 1240, and rebuilt into a Gothic basilica thereafter. The church suffered in the fire of 1684 and was largely reconstructed. A baroque tower was added in the 18th century and the dated weather-vane (1779) crowning the spire is the only original one on Toompea today. The church has a valuable collection of Baltic German noblemen's coats of arms, since it was the Baltic nobility's parish church. Many of them were carved from wood by the famous Tallinn wood carver Christian Ackermann in the 17th century. Among other functions, the church served as a burial ground for the rich and the noble. The church also features grave slabs, an oaken Baroque altar by Christian Ackermann and a number of monuments to famous people (e.g. Pontus de la Gardie, Karl Horn and Otto Uexküll, all Swedish military leaders; Admiral Samuel Greigh, a hero of Russo-Turkish sea battles; and Admiral Adam Johann Krusenstern, a Baltic German who was the first Russian citizen
Eva's story. I'm so glad the inspiration struck twice! 1 "We should head to a bar and celebrate." I wasn't surprised by my roommate's emphatic pronouncement. Cary Taylor found excuses to celebrate, no matter how small and inconsequential. I'd always considered it part of his charm. "I'm sure drinking the night before starting a new job is a bad idea." "Come on, Eva." Cary sat on our new living room floor amid a half-dozen moving boxes and flashed his winning smile. We'd been unpacking for days, yet he still looked amazing. Leanly built, dark-haired, and green-eyed, Cary was a man who rarely looked anything less than absolutely gorgeous on any day of his life. I might have resented that if he hadn't been the dearest person on earth to me. "I'm not talking about a bender," he insisted. "Just a glass of wine or two. We can hit a happy hour and be in by eight."
