My best friend essee. Väga hea ja põhjalik essee oma parimast sõbrast. Probably my best friend is my aunt. Her name is Anna and we’ve known each other when i was 3 years old. She is 17 years old and lives in Pärnu. Anna studies in Highschool, in form 10. Anna is very pretty. She has long brown hair,

My best friend

She has short brown hair, brown almond-shaped eyes, a small nose and a small pointed chin. She is not very tall but not short either and she is quite slim. She doesn't like to dress up so I usually see her wearing jeans and a T-shirt or sweater. It seems like she and I are always talking or laughing about something. She has a very nice personality and a wonderful sense of humor but she can also get a little depressed from time to time. I can always count on her to be honest and to give me the best advice. We are interested in many of the same hobbies. We both enjoy music, playing in computer games and surf in internet. We like going to the cinema but sometimes can't agree on which movie to see. Sometimes we just walk around, trying to find a new area of the city to explore. We both like traveling, reading, and swimming. In the holydays we might walk into town and see a movie or stay at home and watch television. Whatever we're doing, it's always fun to be with her.

Friendship

Friendship Friends are a very important part of most people's lives. Research shows that having quality relationships increases your likelihood of being happy - so it's good for your happiness to be a great friend and to have a group of close friends surrounding you too. A good friend might be someone who's there to provide support when times are tough, or someone you can rely on to celebrate a special moment with you. Friends might come and go in our life, they might make us laugh and cry, but most importantly they love us for who we are. It doesn't matter what a person looks like or what kind of clothes they wear, but it's what's on the inside that counts. It's the actions they take, no matter how big or small, to show us how much of a good friend they are, and being

Liis Naptal 11A Describing a person Liivia is my aunt. She is also a good friend of mine. I have known her all my life and we know a lot of each other. That is her kindness that has attracted me. Most people would say that she is very pretty. I think they are right. She is not very tall, I would rather say she is of medium height. She has a good figure. That means she is slender and athletic. She is in her twenties but looks exactly like an eighteen year old. Grace is a very attractive, thin-faced and rosy-cheeked girl. I do not know how it is

to go out to find entertainment in other places. They don't have to pay for expensive seats at the theatre or cinema. They turn on the TV-set and can watch interesting films, concerts, football matches. But some people think that it's bad to watch TV. Those who watch TV need do nothing. We are passive when we watch TV. Television shows us many interesting programmes. But again there is a disadvantage here: we watch TV every evening, and it begins to dominate our lives. My friend told me that when his TV-set broke down, he and his family found that they had more time to do things and to talk to each other. There are other arguments for and against television. Very often the programmes are bad. Sometimes they show too much violence in films and news programmes. There is also too much pop music and ads. Ads on the whole are convenient for grown-ups. But is it good for children to watch all those ads where they show all kinds of underwear and what not? Questions: 1

She is sometimes very quiet and completely shuts me out and then she can be very chatty. Her views of the world could be categorized as pessimistic, but I know she secretly harbours a lot of positivity. She often second guesses herself and that makes her kind of a perfectionist. I sometimes feel as if she is slow on purpose, but I know it's just the way she's made. She is an avid reader, you have to literally tear books away from her. She likes fantasy novels best, but also enjoys serious classics. When she starts with a book, it's really hard for her to stop. She also loves listening to rock music, which is what we bonded over. Also, she is a great artist if she has the time and patience. Her over analyzing makes her a slow drawer. I love Kati with all my heart. She is the best friend anyone could ever have. Whenever I need her I can call her and she's there for me. Although she might want to portrait a pessimistic person, all her
