Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express my annoyance at the supreme quality of service that was promised but never delivered. I am talking about the intensive 4-wekk language course provided by you, International Language Centre. First things first the "highly qualified staff" had a terrible sense of time and always arrived late. Not to mention their insufficient language level, which I found quite displeasing. In addition to that, the provided free course materials were in reality just old and used textbooks and the desks were just way too small to work on, and the classes had no heating, which were quite cold in the mornings. Also you advertised small study groups, but the fact that there were over a dozen people in class determined that it was a lie. Why learn English? Nowadays English plays a major international role. Personally I believe, that in order to survive in present society we have to, at least, know the basic English, because almost everything is based on English. Firstly English is the international language and knowing English shows the eruditeness of people, because every person who considers him or herself to be educated has learnt it. English has switched places with Latin, which once was the language of educated people. Not to mention the fact that people can use it for communication with eachother. In my opinion it is not necessary to learn that country's mother tongue while most of the people are able to talk in English. 6 March 2014 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing in order to complain about your product I bought. It is an i-phone, which I ordered from an online shop. A week later it stopped working properly. First of all, the on/off button is broken and does not let me open my phone. The screen colour of the device was also unacceptably almost black and white. In addition to this, the sound was a little bit off and I could no adjust it in the settings. For some reason I also could not see my messeages at all. No only the screen was borken, the camera was not working either. I suggest that you explain all that, replace the item or give me a full refund. I look foward to receiving your explanation.
