Dear sir or madam ,
I have just read your advertisement for school-leavers to appear in the city guide ’s job. I would very much like to present our town’s most beautiful sights.
I am an 18- year -old girl. I do not have any work experience . I think I am very friendly and I really enjoy meeting new people. I like to socialize and I can speak English , Estonian and German very well. Others think I am conscientious and I have good knowledge of history.
If I got this job, I would very much like to present our town’s most beautiful sights. First I think that I would like to show The London Eye, because it gives a good overview of London when they want to use it. And secondly I want to show them the tower of Big Ben (also known as The Elizabeth Tower), because this is a famous tower in the world.
I would like to ask how much the salary is and how many hours I have to work.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Mari Mets

The letter of complain

January 17, 2014 Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to complain about the computer I bought at your store last week. When I tried to turn the computer on at home, it did not work. The screen was black and the computer made an odd noise. I performed in the manner as the user manual wrote. Since the computer was guaranteed for 2 years, I took it back to your store but the shop assistant did not help me. She was impolite and arrogant and she said that she could do nothing. I am most disappointed and require my money back or a new product. I hope that this problem will find a solution in a week. Yours faithfully Mari Mets (117) January 21, 2014 Dear Sir/Madam I am writing in response to your advertisement in the last week edition of "The Job-Hunter". She also loves listening to rock music, which is what we bonded over. Also, she is a great artist if she has the time and patience. Her over analyzing makes her a slow drawer. I love Kati with all my heart. She is the best friend anyone could ever have. Whenever I need her I can call her and she's there for me. Although she might want to portrait a pessimistic person, all her advice is always very positive. I know she will be a great teacher one day. 4. The show is about two brothers who drive around the continental USA. They hunt supernatural
