Losses of our life Losing is an everyday phenomenon, whether you lose a sock, a pen or your keys, but aswell things, people tend to get lost too. Some are found and alive, but some are not, and it´s a tragedy. I can´t imagine losing a beloved one, it would be awful, but so many of us have to face this terrible situation, where you don´t know if the person is safe and alright. As always, there are situations where the person doesn´t want to be found, or where she/he disappears without a trace. The reasons of disappearing are very variable, from criminal cases, trafficking in human beings, getting recruited as prostitutes to very hidden

Being around the water offers allure and beauty, which is why waterfront homes are admired by many. Your own backyard can be alive with the visual appeal and sounds of water in motion. These soothing sounds and the beauty of colorful fish swimming among your plants, brings your landscaping alive. It's fun to create this attractive feature and it will become the centerpiece of your backyard. Before we get started I would like to answer some frequently asked questions about backyard ponds. · Will the winter cold kill my fish? Most fish will naturally stop eating and hibernate at the bottom of the pond when the temperature of the water goes below 45 degrees. If you live in a climate where the pond will completely freeze over (even

Crime It is a disease, yet one of the basic doings of humanity. Crime has existed since the beginning of time. Ever since Kain slayed Abel, there has been crime. Though not only murder is a crime. Thievery, rape, arsonism and many more jolly things like that- they are all things that can be placed in a big metal barrel with the word crime written on it in blood. Actually everything illegal belongs there. And those who do it, they should be burned alive. There is no cure for being a thief, arsonist or a murderer. Only death can cure it. It is easy to become a criminal. For example, if you get sacked from your job, yet you have a family to feed, then it is easy to pocket some wallets or purses on the street and sell them. That would be the begining of a most likely long cycle, that usually ends with death or imprisonment. It is not easy to escape that cycle, because once a criminal- allways a criminal!

the fight over the throne of England was in the highest point. Of course a major problem was the religion. Elizabeth was a protestant but Mary, the queen of England believed truly in the catholic church. Mary unfortunately died and Elizabeth became the next queen of England. There remained some lords and members of the council who were not loyal to Elizabeth. Many of them wanted to see her dead, but she managed to be alive. The throne was still in endangered by Mary Stuart but the queen moved fast and let Mary killed. Elizabeth was living a hard life because she had to stand for the people of England and make many important decisions. She had good mind for being a queen and she was able to improve the position of England in the world despite the fact that she sacrificed her life for it. She had to do the things she did because it was for her own safety and England
whether to live in pain and be a burden to their family and hospital or die in peace, many usually prefer the second choice. Some prefer to die with dignity and if mercy killing would be punished they simply would have the freedom of choose. On the other hand mercy killing should be punished. If mercy killing becomes something usual younger people might start thinking life has a smaller value. A tremendous amount of resources is used to keep the terminally ill people alive and doctors might start using euthanasia as something to save up the resources. In the end it all comes down to the person himself, whether he wants to live or die, and being punished for helping another person end his suffering should not be allowed.
30 Second to Mars in music has changed alot since the band was formed. Their first studio album combined progressive metal and space rock with influences and elements from electronica. They tried hard rock, experimental rock, synth rock and heavy metal too. In their last album they experimented with different instruments and drew influences from a wider and more varied range of styles. We like their music because this makes us feel alive and real. The song lyrics are easy and not hard to remember Usually the lyrics is about life, love, death, pain, joy, and passion. https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=xtk8ro_eJZE Used material HTTP://EN.WIKIPEDIA.ORG/WIKI/THIRTY_SEC ONDS_TO_MARS HTTP://WWW.THIRTYSECONDSTOMARS.COM/ THANK YOU FOR LISTENING!

They understanded that they were in huge danger, so Tony radioed for help. Just then a bolt of lightning struck the boat and the mast burst into flames. Tony said ,,We can't save the boat, but we can save our lives". They jumped into the water and swam to the life raft. As they climbed into the life raft they saw the boat sink slowly. When the men heard the sound of a boat, they were waving and hoping that the coast guards will see them. Paul, Tony and Jason were lucky to be alive. They felt relieved that it was all over. mammals, but unlike most bears, the giant panda does not hibernate. The Giant Panda is endangered as there are only 2,000-3,000 of them living in the wild and about 270 living in captivity. They have become endangered due to the destruction of their habitat and the variety of bamboo that is decreasing. They are also illegally hunted for their fur. To protect them, there have been many special wildlife parks set up. Elephants live in Central Africa and are the largest land animals alive today. They eat grass, twigs and some fruit. In many Asian countries elephants are symbols of wisdom and are famed for their memory and high intelligence. Once numbering in the millions, the African elephant population has dwindled to between 470,000 and 690,000 individuals because of people hunting them for their tusks. The elephant is now a protected species worldwide, also the hunting and trading of ivory has been banned to protect them.

To avoid catastrophes, we really should reduce the amounts of waste. It can be done with recycling and composting. There are many collecting centres, that buy old dangerous devices, because they consist dangerous substances. But all starts from homes. Families should sort their trash. Usually everything goes into a trashbin. Actually it is cheaper to sort, so people should really think about it. Reducing the waste is still not that easy. But a lot can be done to make our planet alive again. Nature need humans, who will make the best solutions to hold our land. This should be an idea for every people, who really want to do something really big, something what matters.

Estonians... Estonia is quite a northern country and therefore Estonians may seem a bit peculiar to ones from south, but don't be scared, they will not eat you (alive). Estonians are quite tranquilly and bottled up people - they might love or hate you and if you're not an expert will not make a difference as they didn't care at all. Rarely tend they to kiss or hug each other unless their beloved ones. So if they nevertheless do it then there's a great chance you're dealing with some non- Estonians. But there's no reason for worrying- if a person is from a region where that kind of over-loving-behaviour is common and he or she

and knowledge. Secondly, it connects people with same interests, which leads to a more active social life. It seems that right connections are even more important, when it comes to finding a job, than education. Another relevant point is that nowadays you have to know how to work in a group and student organizations are excellent places to practise it. It must also be noted that good ideas come more easily in a group. In addition, it is easier to make these ideas come alive with lots of people than alone. It is the group energy, all working for the same goal that gives students will to work more. It is said that students have already too many responsibilities and adding the organizations in daily life becomes too much to take. On the one hand, being involved in an organization takes up some precious time, but on the other hand it teaches students how to manage their time. Another aspect is that when
to popularise vocational schools. Students should have a chance to choose what path they want to follow but our country tries to mislead them. Also I would do everything to change the time of school's first lessons. Although it has not changed lately and it is 8 o'clock like it has been for years, I think that it is a little too early. If one or two of my first lessons are cancelled I am much more alive in the lessons than I would be 8 o'clock. In conclusion I would say that schools have not changed much, but the attitude towards high schools should be modified. If I were a minister of education I would try to restore the reputation of high schools and maybe even offer more scholarships to give students even more motivation.
before it eas stolen, when Bundle goes to accuse the members of the Seven Dials group she finds Bill laerns that unconscious and is herself knocked out. When she comes to, Bundle learns that Jimmy and been arrested, in the murders of her two friends and he steged the fight and shot himself in the arm. The Seven Dials group was after him and now they had him so they wanted Bundle to take the place of one of the Seven Dials members that tied. Bill was so happy that she was alive that he proposed to her. I really liked this book for its suspenseful quality and its unexpected outcome. The book kept me wondering what will happen and the ending shocked me. Bundle was an interesting character in the book because she was a determined, independant girl which was unusual in the late 1920's. The characters and the setting work together to make an enticing story that ends with a cheerful outlook on life. The story started out with bleak murders but ended with a wonderful

The descriptions of Forks leave you feeling like you can almost smell the damp air and hear the rain falling on the roof. The romance between Edward and Bella is both touching and compelling. There is a melancholic feel to their impossible love, yet at the same time they both are unwilling to give up hope that their relationship is not doomed. The book reaches a fever pitch of excitement as the romance between Bella and Edward turns into a frantic race to stay alive. I have heard Twilight described as "a vampire story for people who don't like vampire stories" and I think I would agree with that. This book really has something for everyone. Young adult readers, vampire fans or romance readers will all find Twilight to be an appealing story. For a Young Adult novel the book is quite long but don't let that put you off reading it because each page is to be savoured. Believe me, this is one book that you won't want to end.
South Africa's natural resources are gold, coal, iron ore, tin, uranium, gem diamonds, platinum, copper, salt and many others. CULTURE With a dynamic fusion of African, European and Asian influences, South Africa is a hotbed of originality and creativity. This is particularly evident in the music, which ranges from indigenous township rave music, known as kwaito, to world-renowned African jazz by such legendary talents as Hugh Masekela and Miriam Makeba. Theatre, too, is alive and well, with sophisticated venues in each city presenting everything from the classics to homegrown drama, dance and comedy. A range of galleries, shops, studios and streetside stalls exhibit traditional African art as well as contemporary fine art. But its people are South Africa's greatest asset - and it is the interplay between its various cultures and the heritage of the individual and shared histories, which shapes the nation. Many religions exist in South Africa like Catholic,

Smith was away from the island for a long time and he asked one other settler to tell Pocahontas, that Smith had died. Pocahontas was very sad, she was broken. Now a strange thing happened when the ocean blocked off this island continent. The ancestors of cats and tigers, of dogs and wolves, of elephant and sheep just were not there. As a result, the reptile like mammals that have died out everywhere else in the world are very much alive in Australia. Australia is, in fact, a continent-sized museum of ancient animals, modernized along certain lines by their own separate evolution. Two of the strangest animals in the world the spiny anteater and the platypus, only live in Australia. They are reptile-mammals. Another group of Australian mammals are the marsupials. These are the kangaroo and the wombat, for example. They do not lay eggs, but their young are born before they are fully developed

Now he has his own brand. He dresses presidents and other important people. He has a new family (son, grandchildren). Anita Lasker-Wallfisch survived by playing the cello in a makeshift orchestra at Auschwitz, and went on to become a founding member of the English Chamber Orchestra. Music saved her. She met her sister at the camp. She was moved. Then they were saved. She went to England and become a musician. I think that those people are very lucky to be alive and I am grateful for that. Unfortunately others who died weren't so lucky. Holocaust is a very tragic event but sadly we can´t change the past. I can´t imagine how they were treated in Auschwitz, but one thing is sure, the people who survived were very lucky and strong-minded. Gerton Korsten
work things, they save money from flights, but they aren’t meet in real life. A big conferences and office building is just standing empty, because people can do work from home, on their own computers. There are so many war games, that effects on human psychology. Soldiers keep the private life separately, they can’t tell to family everything about their work, because if they have to go to work, in real life, they can’t be sure that they come home alive and that’s why they have to do in computers serious preparations. I think that we can’t do nothing to that, that tecnology is updating and taking a big part of our lives. We have to learn how to use it and take it with clear mind. We have to know where is the limit and don’t let it deep in us. Elena Tamsalu

For thousands of years Aborigines lived as hunter-gatherers along the coast and in the inland desert areas, following the same lifestyle as their ancestors. 3. Finding food and water Aboriginal tribes obtained water from trees and roots and even squeezed water out of the bodies of frogs. Women collected anything that grew or moved, including fruit, lizards, snakes, roots, grass, etc. Their skill in finding food even in the most extreme conditions often kept the whole group alive. 4. Hunting Large mammals, now extinct (väljasurnud), roamed some areas (hulkusid mingitel aladel) of Australia and provided (andsid) meat for the aboriginal hunters. Other areas were richer in vegetable food, but there was no organised agriculture or domesticated animals. Food therefore was not easy to obtain.
