Review Oliver Twist Recently, when an English troupe came to Estonia to play Oliver Twist, we were lucky enough to go see it at the Salme Centre.The play was based on the book Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens. They performed it in English, ofcourse, but what makes the play more interesting, is that it was in Old English. Thanks to the language, it took us back in time where the story takes place. It was hard to focus on the play, because of a girl who was sitting in the last row. She was laughing at all times, although the play had only a few humorous lines worth laughing. If you go to a theatre and you find the play boring, sit quietly and have some respect for other people. I really don't like plays where they cut down on the number of actors. Book review I am reading a book called ,,Before I go to sleep" by S.J Watson. This book has 384 pages and I have read 50 of them. The book is about Christine, who loses her memory when she goes to sleep and has to start afresh every time she wakes up. It's quite hard seeing it through her own eyes as each day she wakes up and can't figure out where she is. Everything has to be explained to her by a man who tries to persuade her that he's her husband. She begins to keep a journal, writing down what happens to her each day as recommended by her doctor who calls her each day to remind her of her journal and where it's hidden. Each day she reads what's previously written in her journal, and is extremely confused as she can never remember the previous entries. I think that in the end of the book Christine will get her memory back, and she will realize that her husbend Ben is bad guy. I hope that they will devorce and Christine will find some...

I read it in English because it isn't released in Estonian yet. Eclipse opens with Bella Swan and her boyfriend Edward reunited after their tortuous parting in New Moon. Bella's eventual transformation into a bloodsucking immortal is now guaranteed, yet all is not well in the drizzly town of Forks, Washington.
CD review A CD I recently listened was A rush of blood to the head by a band called Coldplay. They are an alternative rock band formed in London, England on 16 January 1998. The group comprises vocalist/pianist/guitarist Chris Martin, lead guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman and drummer/multi-instrumentalist Will Champion. Being their second album, A rush of blood to the head was released in 2002. The album has several popular singles such as "In My Place", "Clocks", and the ballad "The Scientist." It also won the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album at the 2003 Grammy Awards. This is my favourite CD, because you forget everything that surrounds you while you listen to it. Film review A film I have enjoyed recently is The Beach. What made me want to see it was the title first of all, and I also heard that my favourite actor Leonardo Di Caprio plays in that film. It was directed by Danny Boyle and it stars two young actors, Leonardo Di Caprio and Robert Carlyle. The film is set in Thailand. The main character is a young American man who travels to Thailand in search of the perfect vacation. During a stay in Bangkok, he meets a mysterious man who tells him about a secret beach. Richard then heads for southern Thailand in search of the island. Along the way, he meets a young French couple, Françoise and Étienne and he shares the secret of the island with them. The band consists of members Adam Gontier (vocals and guitar), Neil Sanderson (drums), Brad Walst (bass) and Barry Stock (guitar). They mainly make mainstream rock and have published 3 albums so far. Their debut album was "Three days grace", which was published in 2003. It was followed by "One- X", which was released in 2006. Book opinion I read the book “To Kill A Mockingbird” written by Harper Lee, published in 1960. The books events take place in 1880’s Alabama. I really liked the book and I understand why it’s important for people- especially young people like high-schoolers to read this book. The book gives good insight on why we still have problems with racism around us and how much worse it was back in the 19th and 20th century. It has a good mixture of educational and historical topics and humour. Although many things are told the reader through metaphors, the meaning of the metaphor is often explained, as the book is told through a kid’s point of view. I would recommend this book to high schoolers, as it explains important topics that are still an issue to this day and it may be an eye- opening book to some people.

Shutter island review Shutter island is a movie written by Martin Scorsese. It is a very psychological film in my opinion and you can not take your eyes of the screen for a minute, because then you will lose track. I think Leonardo is very good in this role and these kinds of movies suit him. I did not like the movie so much because there is a lot of talking and little action in my opinion. Some of the parts were very well executed, for example the part where Teddy realises he is a patient in the hospital. The movie was good becasue you could not tell what was going to happen and the ending was unexpected, that is what is diffrent from other movies.
