Should parents limit the time their children use computers ?
Computer – what is it? Are computers our friends or enemies?
Computers were invented in the last century especially to make
people`s life easier . When there were no computers in the world,
everything was much more complicated. Information spreaded slowly and
if we wanted to write our friends, we must wait for a long time that
the letter would reach the place .
Nowadays computers are very common and almost everyone has it at
home. Computer is very useful in many areas , for example in the companies , in schools. You can pay bills , read the most recent news, talk to friends, play games .
Big computer use has also caused major problems. Almost every person has a computer at home and young children learn to use them . This
„ exciting thing “ is robs a lot of free time for children. Some
children spends too much time using computers and they even may lose reality.
There are many positive aspects of using computers, but also negative aspects. On the one hand children can study new things, it expands
their horizons and the ability to use computers increases, which may

Computers - indispensable part of our life Computers have become a major part of our lives today. We use them for tests, entertainment, organization, studying, etc. They are a vital essential in the world we live in. Without them the world would fall apart. It is impossible to imagine how people functioned in the old days when computers did not exist. Computers have become almost as smart as us. We use our computers daily. After a long day in school, we usually turn on our computers and use them for learning and studies. Computers provide a big variety of information which is available for us to search. And all the information is gathered in Internet. Internet is everyone's door to the world and to the vast knowledge of everything. Computers have significant advantages over people in a few select areas. They can store huge amounts of information that they will never forget, they can organize and retrieve
that we do in our daily life is somehow connected with technology usage. It plays a major role not only in our lives, but also helped in development of various industries, changed education, entertainment. We can not measure this process and it`s impact on society, but one thing we can say for sure – technology has become part of pupils lives. There are so many advantages connected with technology and how it affected our everyday life. To start with, development of mobile technology, computers and internet made life easier. We can find information in sites like Google in a couple of minutes instead of looking for required information in books for hours. In the older times, writing a letter, sending and bringing to a required person took minimum a month; now this procedure happens within a minute, if people communicate using social networks. Also, social networks gave a chance to people to communicate with old friends, relatives and so on, who are far away from them
British Cuisine Some people criticize English food. They say it's unimaginable, boring, tasteless, it's chips with everything and totally overcooked vegetables. The basic ingredients, when fresh, are so full of flavour that British haven't had to invent sauces to disguise their natural taste. What can compare with fresh pees or new potatoes just boiled and served with butter? Why drown spring lamb in wine or cream and spices, when with just one or two herbs it is absolutely delicious? If you ask foreigners to name some typically English dishes, they will probably say "Fish and chips" then stop. It is disappointing, but true that, there is no tradition in England of eating in restaurants, because the food doesn't lend itself to such preparation. English
Schools should provide computers for every student In recent times, captious opinion has appeared referring the use of computers by adolescents and children in education at the primary and high school levels. Internet has become an essential tool for many students. A lot of students like doing researches on their own computers at home, while doing homework or discovering something new for themselves. High school students are often asked to write different essays, letters of reviews on topics they have been studying at school. In addition not all of them have time to deal with homework at home. So if school gave them computers, they could use their free time during breaks to do essential things for their education. Or if school allowed to take computers with them, some people could study even while travelling home.
Are we too dependent on computers? Computer is quite new invention, but it is amazing how fast its popularity have increased. People all over world use the Internet for sending e-mails, playing games, communicating with friends, buying things and reading interesting articles or newspapers. Even in a small country like Estonia almost in every home there is at least one computer or even more. Firstly, nowadays almost every indoor vocation requires computer knowledge because all paperwork is done with a computer. Work with computer is comfortable and much easier. People are dedicated to computers. They can make researches, find information and cannot even imagine their everyday life without computers. Secondly, in society 15-25-year-old youngsters use computers the most. Mostly they use these for messaging, playing games, commenting pictures and listening to music and watching films
Schools should provide computers for students to use for all their school subjets Nowadays we are making a step up into the era of IT. Everything is becoming computerized. Is there a way to not overuse technics? Now the question is: "Should schools provide computers for students to use for all their school subjects?" I strongly believe that schools should have modern computers but there is no need in using them for all the subjects. Firstly, sitting in front of a computer screen all day can be damaging for students' health, especially sight. As a result, children can feel more exhausted after school than they do now. It can also have a negative effect on students' moods. In addition, providing computers for students to use for all the subjects in Estonia is unreasonable. I am trying to say that many schools have more urgent problems than low level of computerizing. Only some prestigeous schools can afford themselves to have a PC for every student.

Introduction The human body is just like a machine with many parts. Each part has a special job, and all the parts work together to keep you alive and healthy. Good health is one of the most important things in life. There are certain things we can do to stay healthy. We should eat a balanced diet that includes the right kinds of food and drink plenty of clean, fresh water. We should exercise regularly, strengthening our muscles and keeping us in shape. Exercise helps the blood circulate around our bodies, cleaning out waste and supplying plenty of oxygen. It is also important what we get enough sleep. The number of hours we sleep we need depend on our age. Young babies sleep for 20-22 hours each day, whereas older people often need only 6-7 hours. 2
