find being a good motivator as employees normally quite often have ups and downs or loss of motivation, so it is crucial for the company that the manager were up to motivate and find suitable solutions for his subordinates. Georgie wanted to be wealthy unlike his gangmembers but it was that what made him stand out from the gang. He was not that interested in beating men and raping women because he was in my opinion more intelligent than the others. He rather kept to himself. In my opinion Georgie was ruthless, enthusiatic, quite agressive, maybe even obnoxious but also he was self-centered, closed, quiet and I would say he was more peaceful than the others especially more than Alex. I think that he was self-confident due to the fact that he was the on who started the rebellion against the cruel, heartless, cold-blooded Alex.
