There were some problems I want to talk about, which was not mention in brochure. Firstly, when we arrived at the airport, there were not any coach waiting for us but brochure said that transfer was included. Because of that we had to take a taxi and it was very expensive. What is more, the beach was far from hotel which was unpleasant surprise. In addition, entire resort was crowded and very noisy but travel agent described it as quiet and peaceful area. Location The site consists of a 500 m2 field overlooking the village of Bagsbottom-by-Sea. It is easily accessible to customers arriving by road or rail. Although the site offers an outstanding view, it is not protected from the wind. It can, in fact, become quite chilly in the evenings. Features Hillside has large shower block consisting of 10 showers and toilets for men and the same for woman. However, the cleanliness of the shower and toilet blocks is not of an acceptable standard. There is a bus service to the village, yet it is inconvenient as since it runs only every 30 or 60 minutes. Dec 11, 2011 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about my bad experiences I had while staying at your hotel from 1st of December to 4th of December. First of all, I stayed at a small room with noisy guests in the next room. Although, I had been told that I would be staying at a large private room far away from other guests. Second of all, the food was terrible. However, the brochure said that you have one of the best chefs in your hotel and that the food will be amazing. Furthermore, when I got the bill, I was shocked how overcharged I was. I assume you will replace my bad experiences with a full refund.
