As I was walking along Western Road about 11.00 on Saturday morning I saw a red car pull up in front of me and two men jumped out and ran into Woolworths. I didn't really pay any attention until I heard screams coming from inside the shop. When I got closer I saw one man holding a gun while the other emptied the cash register. I couldn't see them very well, but one was fairly tall with brown hair and sunglasses and the other was shorter with very short blond hair. They were both wearing jeans and were about 22 years old, so they could have been students. There was another man in the car who had been waiting with the engine running, but I couldn't see what he looked like. I think they must have panicked at that point, beause they came running out without waiting to fill their bag with money and jumped into the red car again. I decided to call my brother, I told him to meet me halfway, he agreed. I started listening to my music because I thought this would make the fear go away. Out of nowhere somebody hit me and grabbed my bag, I couldn't catch him because I was wearing heels, I panicked and called my brother saying that someone stole my bag and that mugger was running towards him, my brother told me to stay calm and go straight home. I went home scared as hell and about 10 minutes later my brother came back home to, he had catched the mugger and he handed him over to police so it was kind of happy story for me.

To most people, the words tourist and traveler have the same meaning - a person visiting a foreign country to see what it has to offer. However, for people in the travel community these titles may have vastly different meanings. For many, when hearing the word tourist, a stereotypical picture comes to mind: a person with cargo shorts, a hawaiian shirt, a huge hat and sunglasses with a camera around their neck and map in hand. That is rather common amongst tourists, wearing what’s comfortable and they’d wear at home and not putting much effort into blending in. Their trips are usually planned to the T, leaving no room for any spontaneous adventures that might come up along the way. They tend to only see the ‘must see’ tourist attractions, stay in a good hotels overall sticking to all the amenities that are similar to home. A traveller however is different. Offical language is English but Scottish and Gaelic are also spoken. Total area is 78 772 km2. In scotland many people are playing pagpipe and they are wearing skirts.
