Modern disc golf started in the early 1960s, when it seems to have been invented in many places and by many people independently. Students at Rice University in Houston, Texas, for example, held tournaments with trees as targets in 1963, and in the early 1960s players in Pendleton King Park in Augusta, Georgia would toss Frisbees in trash cans designated as targets. The true pioneer of the sport of Frisbee Golf is Kevin Donnelly, who, until 2011, was unknown for his accomplishment. Kevin began playing a form of Frisbee golf in 1959 called Street Frisbee Golf. So sexual relationships were strictly watched, so there had to be found a way to protect noblewomen and to change the sexual energies of hot-headed young into socially acceptable behavior. The culture of courtly love removed the lady from within the reach of her social interiors by putting her on a pedestal. The men around her are allowed to focus their desire on her person in an asexual and controlled way. Man could become her champion in tournaments or dedicate his heart to her in poetry and song. The knight's service of the object of his secret desire, the cult of the lady became very important. In the 12 th century there was a revolution in sensibility in Europe. Juhendaja: Marek Koitla Tallinn 2019 Summary The main objective of the practical work was to create a video for educational purposes. The target audience were people, who want to start playing tennis or are on a beginner level. Another aim was to find out about the history of Estonian tennis and the technical side of the strokes. The research is divided to four chapters. The first chapter contains the historical information about tennis in Estonia, tournaments and an overview of tennis clothes. Chapter two presents basic tennis rules that are necessary for playing tennis on a lower level. Chapter three concentrates on main strokes and their technique and also on foot work. The photos of tennis grips and film-making process are included in the appendices. I would like to thank my tutor Marek Koitla, Ann Maria Muuli, who was my sparring partner and Matthias Vetevool, who helped to film my research work.

Like the heralds of medieval chivalry, H e r a l d characters issue challenges a n d announce the c o m i n g of significant change. T h e heralds of knighthood were responsible for keeping track of lineages and coats of arms, and had an important role in identifying people and relationships in battle, tournaments, and on great state occasions such as weddings. T h e y were the protocol officers of their day. At the commencement o f war a herald might be called upon to recite the causes of the conflict; in effect, to provide the motivation.
