Film review „ Titanic” One of the best films that I have seen recently is called „Titanic”, a disaster and romantic film directed and written by James Cameron, music by James Horner. The important characters are Leonardo DiCaprio as Jack dawson and Kate Winslet as Rose DeWitt Bukater. „Titanic“ is a very moving and gripping film. In the film we see that a ship called „Titanic” sails out. The people are very happy to board the ship. They consider it as an unsinkable ship.In the first half of the movie Rose and Jack fall in love. They are trying to be together although it is not allowed because Rose is from the good family and Jack is just a poor boy. Rose’s husband was very angry and wanted to kill Jack. But in the other half of the movie, something different happens. The ship hits an iceberg

Educating Rita In my opinion "Educating Rita" was a pretty good movie and I enjoyed watching it. I think that "Educating Rita" is an educational film. In my opinion the principle of the film, is to say that learning and knowing literature can be useful, you will get smarter and more educated. The movie also says that literature is really not as uninteresting as it seems and it can be quite gripping. At the beginning of the film Rita didn't knew about literature, she knew much less than average person, but at the end, she was so fond of literature and she knew much more than average person and she was more educated than ever. Literature isn't as boring as it seems and it helps moving toward in life. "Educating Rita" was a good movie and I learned that literature has an important role in life.
What makes a good movie? There are many movies made every year but not all get a positive feedback. Some of them get very famous but some of them don't. So what kind of movies attract people to go to the cinema? It is not very simple to answer this question. Some of us like movies that are futuristic and mystical, but the others love movies that involve love, romance or even violent movies where they can see crime and investigation. I think a good movie has to be true-to-life and stunning. I especially love movies that surprise me. A superb movie has to be educative it has to let me know about something new. The best movies have professional actors. Without great actors and actresses, the movies are not so stunning. They need to make the movies seem real and original. People don't think the same way. We have different opinions, so not everyone like the movies that I enjoy watching. Nevertheless a movie has to be fas...
low price. Georg, the father of the family, even said that houses do not kill people. The Lutzs moved eagerly in and started to live their American Dream. But strange things began to take place, which happened more and more often. Kathy, the mother of the family, felt worried and went to the library for more information about the house. It is then she found out another dark secret, which seized her with terror. The new version is much more gripping thanks to the amazing special effects and compelling actors. To sum up, The Amityville Horror is an excellent movie, which every horror film addict will definitely enjoy. The best part is that it is based on a true story!
"About a boy" Review This film is about a saying: "No man is an island," but the main character Will seems to think otherwise because he is always alone and he enjoys it. Eventually he meets some new people and realizes that he was wrong and that it is better to be honest and surrounded by good people. No-one should be alone in life and fortunately Will no longer has to be. I liked the film because it was gripping and moving. It made me feel like the characters. It was also funny and a bit sad. I think the funniest part was when the old lady that was invited to spend Christmas with everyone else misunderstood almost everything that was said. It was a really sweet and innocent mistake. I think this film has a brilliant soundtrack that fits with the scenes perfectly and brings out the emotions of the moment. The acting was great as well and in my opinion the actors were chosen wisely
Book review ,,The Sirius Crossing", by John Creed The Sirius Crossing is a tense, gripping and intelligent thriller from one of the Ireland's finest writers. John Creed is a pseudonym of Eoin McNamee. The Matlock Paper book review Interesting and gripping but it had its downside, I think that there were way too many descriptions about people. Despite of that I enjoyed reading The Matlock Paper, Robert Ludlums´ 3rd thriller novel. Story is about English professor, James Barbour Matlock who is recruited by the Department of Justice to investigate a drug smuggling ring, led by a mysterious figure named „Nimrod.“ Everything starts with a man named Ralph Loring, who approaches Matlock, whose brother died due to an overdose of heroin. Ralph feeds James with the information that the justice department has acquired over the years on Nimrod. Heared everything he just couldn´t resist taking the job although it puts his life in danger. Loring also gives James the document that plays very important role in this book. Just in the beginning of the book Loring is brutally murdered within minutes after a meeting with Matlock. James still decides t...

emotions into the story. It made me feel empathic sometimes for Victor and sometimes for the monster. The book illustrates the good and evil qualities of its main characters and shows how weak and frightened people can be. I do think that this story will remain popular because it has inspired many other books and movies and therefore it's theme remains relevant. Conclusion In conclusion I would like to say that the book was interesting and gripping. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an insightful, well-written character study about human nature because it is a look into human nature and the mind. It made me think about the real values in life and it tought me to be more tolerant towards other people.
Micah invites Dr. Fredrichs again .Upon his arrival, Dr. Fredrichs immediately has a sense of dread. He leaves despite their please for his help, saying his presence is only making the demon angry. Two nights later, Katie is dragged out of bed and down the hallway by an invisible force. Hearing her screams, Micah gives chase and wrests her away; the next morning he discovers a bitemark on her back.Stressed and exhausted, the couple decide to go to a hotel. Micah later finds Katie gripping a cross so tightly that it bloodies her palm. Just as Micah is set to leave, a suddenly calm Katie insists they remain at the house. Micah, angry at a situation he cannot control, burns the picture found in the attic. Later that night, Katie awakens to once again stare for several hours at Micah while he sleeps. She then goes downstairs into the darkness and begins screaming. Micah wakes up and runs after her, while the camera records what sounds like a struggle downstairs
capable of love, kindness, and moral growth. It criticizes the way that economic and class stations restricted women. One of the biggest weaknesses of the book is, that it is a bit slow-moving and tends to be a bit boring at times but the romantic nature of the story holds an everlasting appeal, making it a classic read. Conclusion In conclusion, I would like to say that the book was better than I had expected. I found it really interesting and gripping, on the other hand it was really moving. I also think that people can experience real fun while reading it. The plot was thought-provoking and surprising. The ending was happy, and the journey to it well worth the time. I have really good impressions about this book as it made me think and I would definately recommend it to everybody, especially young ladies.
benefot from it. Pupils can see, talk, hear and read about it. Also during discussion they can write their ideas and analyses about symbols in art. Learning through art also helps the children to learn about other subjects also and how to see relationships between them too. They learn about different artists, their times and even about art tehniques. It supplements pupils worldview and shows them that religion is strongly connected to culture. All to together this sort of learning is gripping and various. Positive emotions make learning more acceptable.

hammer before using it. Screwdrivers are designed for tightening and loosening screws. The end of the blade should be straight and rectangular in shape. Electrician's screwdrivers are made with insulated handles. The offset screwdriver is used for screws located in inaccessible places. The slotted screwdriver is a very handy tool. The Phillips screwdriver is one that fits Phillips' type screws only. Wrenches/Spanners are tools for tightening or removing bolts, nuts, studs, etc. or for gripping round material such as pipe, studs, round rods. They may be classified under three general headings: adjustable, solid and open end. Open-end wrenches are solid, non-adjustable wrenches with openings in one or both ends. The openings are set at various angles to the body of the wrench, the most common angle being 15º. Never use a wrench that is larger than the size of the nut; a larger wrench usually slips around and flattens out the corners of the nut. Adjustable

pants and took turns lashing him with a whip, muffling his shouts with a pillow. They slipped away, and Himmelstoss never discovered who gave him the beating. Summary The Second Company is assigned to lay barbed wire at the front, an extremely dangerous task. As the men's trucks rumble toward the front, they pass a house, and Paul hears the cackle of geese. He and Kat agree to come back later, take the geese, and feast on them. The sound of gunfire and shells fills the air, gripping the new recruits with fear. Kat explains to the recruits how to distinguish which guns are firing by listening to the blasts. He announces that he senses there will be a bombardment later in the night: the English batteries have begun firing an hour earlier than usual. Paul reflects that the roar of guns and whistling of shells sharpens men's senses. Paul ruminates that, for the soldier, the earth takes on a new significance at the front: he
1982) and Juhan Simm (1885-1959) In literature and art we can observe numerous individual innovations, in symphonic music such qualities were still rare. The beginnings of using new ideas can be noticed in the smaller symphonic works of Artur Kapp and Heino Eller. Kapp, in response to the communist terror he witnessed in Astrakhan, composed the symphonic prelude Hauad (Tombs, 1917). The tone poems Videvik (Twilight, 1917) and Koit (Dawn, 1920) by Eller are gripping, expressive pictures inspired by Nature. In 1913 Rudolf Tobias wrote strikingly and prophetically: Still we cannot speak of a wholly developed typical Estonian image. This is hindered by a number of factors… our own national psyche expresses itself from a leaden grey stormy sky to clear blue, slowly but intensely… Our phlegm is more philosophical apathy than lack of temperament; maybe as a healthy reaction against the pressure and drudgery that has lasted for centuries
guessed, he sounded like he meant it. "You must be a good reader then," I replied. "Usually." He smiled widely, flashing a set of perfect, ultrawhite teeth. Mr. Banner called the class to order then, and I turned with relief to listen. I was in disbelief that I'd just explained my dreary life to this bizarre, beautiful boy who may or may not despise me. He'd seemed engrossed in our conversation, but now I could see, from the corner of my eye, that he was leaning away from me again, his hands gripping the edge of the table with unmistakable tension. I tried to appear attentive as Mr. Banner illustrated, with transparencies on the overhead projector, what I had seen without difficulty through the microscope. But my thoughts were unmanageable. When the bell finally rang, Edward rushed as swiftly and as gracefully from the room as he had last Monday. And, like last Monday, I stared after him in amazement. Mike skipped quickly to my side and picked up my books for me

I lowered, taking him into me again, feeling an oddly luscious soreness as he pushed just past my limits. Our eyes locked on each other as the pleasure spread from the place where we connected. It struck me then that we were both fully clothed except for the most private and intimate parts of our bodies. I found that excruciatingly carnal, as were the sounds he made, as if the pleasure was as extreme for him as it was for me. Wild for him, I pressed my mouth to his, my fingers gripping the sweat-damp roots of his hair. I kissed him as I rocked my hips, riding the maddening circling of his thumb, feeling the orgasm building with every slide of his long, thick penis into my melting core. I lost my mind somewhere along the way, primitive instinct taking over until my body was completely in charge. I could focus on nothing but the driving urge to fuck, the ferocious need to ride his cock until the tension burst and set me free of this grinding hunger.
