Saying job security I mean healthy environment, good labuor relations and confidence which means that worker do not have to worry about losing the job. A good healthy environment is the main motivator, because when you work somewhere you do not feel yourself comfortable, you aint do work with maximum input. Good labour relations at work create a challenging and creative job, because if you do not communicate others with respect and friendliness, it is hard to make progression. And this is also a initiative to create oppurtunities for self development. Seemingly the main external motivation to attemt in some kind of work is salary. If the salary is competitive, the next aspet is good fringe benefits. For example, when I work at some production company, doing my work five days a week, eight hours a day, I must be exhausted.
