Neste Rally Finland. In addition to this, Märtin was a winner, again with Ford, of the Corona Rally Mexico in 2004. He also won the Tarmac rallies of Corsica and Catalunya in the same year. These victories happened to be the last for the Märtin/Park partnership. For 2005 Märtin departed the team for former constructors' champions Peugeot and their 307 car. Sadly, in comparison to the heights of previous seasons, initial promise was to give way to grief. Although 2005 was by no means an exemplary season by Märtin's standards, he and co-pilot Michael Park had still notched up four podiums for their new employers by the time they had arrived in Wales to contest the Wales Rally Great Britain. However, on Sunday, September 18, 2005, the final leg of the event, two kilometres from the start of Stage 15 at Margam Park, Märtin's Peugeot crashed heavily into a tree. Although the Estonian driver was left unhurt by the shunt, co-driver Park was immediately killed in the

Estuary English - A Controversial Issue?

" According to Agha, Estuary English and Received Pronunciation may approximate each other: This is certainly possible, though in more than sense. At present, `Mainstream' RP and Estuary English are centered in very different institutional loci. The demographic profiles of their speakers are also different, despite some overlap. But RP itself is a register that has changed internally in numerous ways... These changes are... of different kinds... These include changes in phonetic patterns, exemplary speakers, register names, characterological discourses, as well as changes in the demographic profile of those who recognise the register as a standard to be emulated, versus those able to speak some form of it (whether exemplary or not). RP and estuary English may well come to approximate one another in one or more of these respects as well; but whether or not they do, their mode of co-existence at any given point in their

If legal matters are not found in the Koran or the Hadith, they usually follow madh'habs(schools of thought): Hanafi, Hanbali, Maliki and Shafi'i, established around the teachings of Abu Haifa, Ahmad bin Hanbal, Malik ibn Anas and al-Shaif'i respectively. All four accept the validity of the others and a Muslim can choose any one that he or she finds acceptable. The Salafi is an ultra-orthodox Islamic movement which takes the first generation of Muslims as exemplary models. The Shias are making the second biggest branch of Islam, constitute 10-20%. While the Sunnis believe that a Caliph should be elected by the community, Shia's believe that Muhhamad appointed his son-in-law, Ali ibn Abi Talib, as his successor and only certain descendants of Ali could be Imams(leaders). All in all, they believe that Ali ibn Abi Talib was the first Imam, rejecting the legitimacy of the previous Muslim caliphs Abu Bakr, Uthman ibn al-Affan and Umar ibn al-Khattab.

Mr Richards points out that the ` main driver for the group` that frequently works collaboratively with other rights respecting schools in Swansea `is that teachers are not the ones who run the group, but children run them […] they sit and talk of what has been happening in their schools […] how they implement rights and what impact rights is having to their school`. 125

ESTONIAN SYMPHONIC MUSIC-THE FIRST CENTURY 1896-1996

ESTONIAN SYMPHONIC MUSIC. THE FIRST CENTURY 1896-1996.

The values in Estonian music and their reception in the world indicate that first of all the works of Rudolf Tobias, Eduard Tubin and Arvo Pärt are recognised and appreciated. The reasons for this simply flow from their music. Some of my colleagues may find one or another aspect of Estonian symphonism lacking in my survey. This is unavoidable. I opine that what may seem very important “inside” here, may seem quite unimportant to observers “outside”. If there is anything exemplary in my investigation, it is undoubtedly Estonian symphonic music at its highest and most sublime. It is natural that high value in music, its sublime and profound impact, on the base of a grand spiritual idea, can be expressed completely only by pure and clear means. Our analyses and evaluations, be they either positive or negative, do not change the value of a single composition in an absolute sense. As Buddha put it: It was so of old, Atula. It is not just so today

Intercepts that had come in overnight went out in the morning, those processed during the day went out at the end of the afternoon. Especially important messages were delivered at once, often to the recipients' homes if late in the evening. Each agency sent its MAGIC copies on to the other with exemplary promptitude, despite a natural competition between them. As Bratton put it: "I was further urged on by the fact that if the Chief of Naval Operations ever got one of these things before General Marshall did and called him up to discuss it on the telephone with him, and the General hadn't gotten his copy, we all caught hell." (Marshall demurred: "I don't think I gave anybody hell much.") Delivery to the White House and the State Department incurred difficulties
