My childhood story Whenever I think about my childhood, one story comes to my mind. A story I am proud of. It’s about how I helped my one year older brother when he got stung by a bee. It’s not just an ordinary story because my brother, back then, was allergic to bees. And because of that I may have saved his life. It all began on a sunny summer day at my grandfather’s country home. We had a dog back then and he had his own fenced garden with a doghouse in it. Me and my brother were just fooling around outside doing funny stuff. At some point he decided to go let the dog out

educated people. When we speak about liberties then example civil liberties are voted in European Parliament election when you are eightteen and over, you can belong to unions, then you can apply for legislative council. Also, when you are fourty and over you can run for government president. In Estonia there are a balanced code of laws. They all rely on European Union. I like to live in Estonia because my country is fighting for our rights and liberties. I am proud that we can say that we are independent and we are highly educated country. In our county there are a very economical and sociable people. I really love my county and I am proud, that I can live in here.
On the other hand, school uniforms make students feel equal. If students are required to wear school uniforms, people will not recognize who is rich or who is poor. Everybody will give them opportunities equally. Besides, school uniforms help poor students feel more comfortable. There is no difference between students (by clothes) and they can develop their friendship. Finally, school uniforms should make students feel proud of their school. For example, if there is a meeting and they are required to connect with students from many different schools. Wearing uniforms helps student feel more confident because then they would like to demonstrate how well they feel themselves at school. Furthermore, when students wear school uniforms outside the school then people recognize them and will pay attention to their uniform and school. In conclusion it can be said that school uniforms make students feel equal and gives
uncompetitive equipment. Still I remained selfconfident and full of determination. Time passed and I had enough money to buy a bit better camera and from this point, things started to go uphills. By the present moment I have achieved good results in different competitions and I am working as a photographer for two youth magazines. I have managed to buy myselt contemporary equipment what professional photographers would be very proud. At the moment photography has compensated itself fully. The best thing about it is that I am really good at something and people respect me because of that. I am proud that I had enough determination in the past that I did not give up my hobby. Another well-known statement that I have heard is that small town inhabitants haven’t seen the world. As we know, travelling broadens the mind. I agree that in a small town it is often harder to find the right resources for going abroad
In the north, Estonia is washed by the Gulf of Finland, in the west by the Balic Sea, in the south there is Latvia and in the east there lies Russian Federation. Estonia is an independent country, the government is parliamentary republic and the president of Estonia is Toomas-Hendrik Ilves. In Estonia, there are many places worth visiting. For example, the ruins of the Order Castle in Viljandi, national parks in Soomaa and definitely Old Tallinn and the University of Tartu. There is a spectacular landscape in Estonia, which offers outstanding natural beauty and

" Why ? Because I do not think that somebody has made an enormous success, when the goal they had made was not actually a challenge. To make it more clear to You, we should not use extremely widespread Borat's expression ,,Great success!" so often. A succesful person takes down such goals as a wish to be a director, to get promoted and to marry a very nice looking lady. Achievements which some people see only in their dreams, the ones you can be proud of ! Surely it depends on every individual personally, what is important for them. In conclusion, a succesful person is a person who has managed to break very many targets and such ones that really count and make a difference!
Canada is a big country. It’s covering 9.9 million square kilometrs, making it the world’s second-largest country by land area. Canada stretches nearly a quarter of the way around the globe and covers six of the world’s 24 time zones. It has influenced by immigrants from all over the world. Canadians prefer British English spellings, such as theatre, centre, colour and harbour. Should people be allowed to have cosmetic surgery before the age of eighteen? In the modern media stars and celebrities get a lot of attention thanks to cosmetic surgery. This is getting through to the young people of today, but is it OK for a teenager to get cosmetic surgery? Many people nowadays think that teenagers are getting more independent. They often do things on their own and sometimes things that they wouldn't be proud of in the future. It is certainly true that cosmetic surgery costs a lot of money. People under the age of age of eighteen live with their parents. Usually parents have to cover their expenses. On the other hand minors might get into an accident and need cosmetic surgery to look the same again. If disfigured a child can feel left out which is not good. Another point in favor is that some people might have a serious birth defect like cleft lip and they might want to get it removed.
whether or not I like travelling and which places I want to see next. Firstly, I simply adore travelling and take every opportunity I can to visit different countries. My last trip took me to the Finland where I met a lot of interesting people. Secondly, there are some countries I am dreaming to visit some day in the future. I would really like to travel to Japan. I would love to visit a country which has very rich traditions and culture. There are very proud and generous people. I would like to see some festivals there and also visit some old castles and temples. Also Japan is known for its robots and technical gadgets. And of course I like to see citylights in the night and go shopping to big centres. Shibuya 109 is a mutli-storey shopping centre just for teenage girs. And Akihabara in Tokyo is know solely for its electronics and games. Finally, the only negative aspect about travelling is that then I

The Scottish traditional food is haggis and they play bagpipe. On 25th January Scottish people celebrate Robert Burns' birthday. compliment can make your mood for the entire day. Our country has four seasons and every season changes our mood. In summer and winter Estonians are very happy, but in autumn, when the weather is rainy, foggy and afternoons are very dark, Estonians are quite depressed and very tired for the entire season . In the spring Estonians are full of energy and joy. Estonians keep their respect for one another and love their country , because of that, i am very proud to be an Estonian. Jessica Lauring 9b
None of them worked hard I guess, they just walk in school from door to door and they think that they can just achieve theirs purposes like that. They need some experiences and things which can give them something to learn. In the future, they can't just celebrate and walk on air every day. They have to face difficulties and learn that somethimes there are hard times in everyone's life. Having done the exams and they're celebrating and being proud of themselves. There must me some equality of treatment, equal oppurtunities and some respect for last years' students. They learned and worked hard and now couple of classes come and make the exams like a simple test in maths for example. If one day, I had a chance to make those exams I would be definitely more equal to the others. I'm looking forward hearing form you soon. Yours faithfully, .......................

You can do something that you've never tried before, like going to new places or take part of the adventure games. You can go to the gym or run every day 5 km. I like to go hiking in the woods or just take a daytrip to a city where I have never been before. The other possibility is to go for a mental challenge, like learning new language, or reading an interesting book. It is good challenge to take a science or philosophy book, something that is not so easy to read so you can be proud of yourself after finishing it. It is also possible to learn new skills such as cooking or dancing or making yourself a short film or learn a new computer program. Some people find yourself a job for a holiday and earn money. Sometimes all it takes to feel challenged is just to do old things differently or meet new people. Any type of challenge is possible as you look to push yourself to new limits. So next

performed in front of the camera. They lived in the seventeenth century, talking and feeling everything as naturally as if they had been born around that time. The humour mostly gentle, sometimes cruel, described and criticised perfectly every aspect of the complicated society, the naïve King and the women who had secret love affairs. It is clear that the actors gave their best while filming the movie and got the result they may be proud of. As for more, the story itself is catching. The main character, the poor playwright Moliere has the honour of writing a comedy about his tragic life and lost yet true love, and his feelings, so similar to those of the viewers, reach everybody through the detailed story. It can be said that the new, 2007 "Moliere" was composed by a genuine author with the same principles of life as of the 17 th century Moliere.
instead of capital punishment. I think that they deserve capital punishment. Why? If they spend their whole life in prison, it means, they will have three free meals in a day and they can also watch tv, study, work, don't have to pay taxes and some of the prisons look more nicer than someone's ordinary home and who pays for their free living? We do. I also think that some of the criminal are kind of mentally ill and they will never feel guilty of what they did and some are even proud of it if they have murdered or tortured somebody's daughter or son and and all they get for punishment is carefree life? No. It's my opinion that they should be treated same as way as they treated someone else and in many cases it means capital punishment. Also it's said that if we abolish capital punishment, we will save lives. Most of the criminals, who are in prison for long time, have murdered someone or even many of people, if the are serial killers
Thirdly, children are forgetting to respect their parents. It is important to listen and love them when they are around. I would preserve and increase the love in a family. Also, I would make people love their friends and people around them a lot more . I would want the people to care for the nature and respect it. To sum it up, I wish I could change all that. I sincerely believe that if people would not litter, value their job for what it is and be proud of it not because of the profit but because of the effect and most of all have more love for the world then our planet would be a better place.

But she accoplished the journey within 72 days. What did she say after completing the journey? She was amazed that she could do it almost alone and live in a ship/boat for almost 72 days. Nellie was happy that she had accomplished such a big thing. She was also proud of herself to be the fist woman to do this kind of thing.
his disease he can make his dreams come true. He also on the principle that men do not ever cry, because he love challenges and he wanted to cut trough these. Alan`s family was very supportive and they were always there for him. I think that the high spot of the book is when Alan learns how to ride, because it was told to be impossible for him to do that, but Alan had big strength of will and he achieved what he wanted and he was really proud of himself. After reading this book I was a little bit confused. Different emotions and toughts were all over me. First of all, I think that people don`t deserve these kind of diseases and secondly I think that is admirable that there are people who are willing to work for their dreams. I loved this book because it was so deep and it touched me very much.
species of wild-animals. Thirdly, we have our own language. Estonian is one the most unique languages in the whole wide world. Sadly, many youngsters do not want to speak it and instead, they speak English and ohter languages, which seem more interesting. We are losing our native speakers fast and I am sure, that the grandchildren of our generation will not speak Estonian like we do now. Even though I just described some of the reasons to be a proud Estonian, I am sure, that one day I will leave again. I am not sure if I am going to come back as an 35-year-old or as a pensionier, but I shall return and try to make ou country an even better place to be.

Most of the internet and technology is in English, also lots of trading and business deals are written in English. Interesting is, that even in Estonia knowing and speaking English has come an expectation not a skill in the younger society, because in many jobs there is required to know a certain amount of English. In my opinion minor languages are the things that make small countries differ from other countries and that is something that people can be proud of. That is a major thing that brings nations closer together and makes people friendlier to each other. It is always nice to see Estonian speakers in foreign countries. It makes you feel safe and secure, when you know that in case of emergency, the people that speak the same language stick together, because that is an instinct of survival for the mankind and if we changed that we might lose all the years of hard work, that have been put to developing the art of speech, but if we can

future), religion, philosophy and moral behaviour. A human is curious, asks questions and finds answers. Unlike animals, we are conscious of our inner thoughts, desires and sensations and have the ability not to follow our instincts. The knowledge we have is used to make our world more controllable. The structure of our society is difficult and widely controlled by economy, politics, science and technology. Our lives do not depend on nature, we have created our own artificial world and we are proud to be able to control it. In my opinion, developed countries have separated themselves from nature and by our actions we tend to harm it as well. Our thoughts should not be focusing on what is beneficial to us, but also to what is beneficial to the environment we live in. There is no other creature on planet Earth more developed than human. We are not wild anymore, we are the controllers of this planet. We have more opportunities, but we have to be
Estonians and their habits There are hundreds of different countries and nationalities in the world and each one is peculiar in its own way. For example, Italians are very impulsive. French people don't like the British. Germans are pedantic. Russians are generous, but lazy. What about Estonians? In Estonia when a stranger on a street smiles at you, you can assume that: he is either drunk, insane, from another country or all of the above. Estonians don't smile too often. Estonians are not very talkative either. In Estonian schools teachers have stopped asking their students "Are there any questions?" It is especially hard to keep a conversation flowing with an Estonian when you don't know each other very well. I tried to make a conversation with an Estonian classmate of mine once (whom I didn't know very well) and it sounded like that: Me: So... what did you do during your holidays? ...

When Billy and his dad get home, they hear that the coal strike is settled and the miners are going back to work. Eventually Billy gets a letter from the school telling him he's been accepted. The entire town is proud of him. The film ends with the father and brother sitting in a concert hall. Next to them is Billy's gay friend. They are all waiting for Billy's performance. And it starts. In my opinion, Billy Elliot is a really touching movie. I had seen it before but watching again made me think about it. It's heart-warming and life-affirming as my mother said. Billy Elliot is an amazing boy and an example for all of us. He's just like: 'I'm gonna express myself in my dance
My mother is the most important person in my life. She had done everything that I and my brother will have an amazing life. She only wants the best for us! My brother is four years older than me. He study economy and banking business in Estonian University of Life Sciences. Also he has a part-time job he is security in clubs. I can add also that he is bodybuilder. About month ago he won in Estonia championship in bodybuilding the third place and he got chalice and medal. I'm very proud of him. He is an invaluable brother who always supports me. Unfortunately I don't have grandmother or grandfather. My grandmother died when I was thirteen years old. I haven't saw never my grandfather. He died before I was borned. Besides my mother, father and brother I have lovely uncle and aunt. They live in Jõgeva a big white house. We try to visit them about thrice during the year. They have also a very smart daugther who is travelling around the world
offices would have to be English. And of course the most natural process started as people were forced to talk English, they taught their children English and the Welsh language was to be forgotten. But that did not happen. The Welsh language has had its ups and downs, being mostly at its low level. But now I think that the situation has changed. Nowadays more and more young people cherish their roots and it is important to be proud of their origin. The future of the language lies in the hands of the young generation. Before that as English was mostly used, the learning of English was the most important thing because it was the language of communication. Nowadays the Welsh language is being supported by individuals as well as organizations. The support is material when it comes to supporting different establishments which further the Welsh language. But the support is also moral as more and more public

Lydia with the purpose of getting them married with a rich husband that can support the family. They are not from the upper class, and their house in Hartfordshire will be inherited by a distant cousin if Mr. Bennet dies. When the wealthy bachelor Mr. Bingley and his best friend Mr. Darcy arrive in town to spend the summer in a mansion nearby their property, the shy and beautiful Jane falls in love with Mr. Bingley. Lizzie finds Mr. Darcy an arrogant and proud man, and she swears to loathe him forever. This is the beginning of their wonderful love story. My opinion: I found the book quite interesting, not as good as I had expected or hoped, but still something different from the usual books I read. It is a classical love story, how a man and a woman at first loath each other and later on fall in love. But it can be said that it is a quite women- dominating story, as it shows women having power, although little, but still- and how it was

He is greatly influenced by Dean Moriarty who gets them into dangerous and stupid situations. Dean inspires Sal and Sal wants to be more like him: brave, spontaneous and to have the ability to pick up girls easily. Sal is not good with women and usually leaves them when the relationship becomes serious or complicated. In my opinion, Sal has no backbone. He doesn't know what he wants from life thus he does everything Dean wants. I was actually proud when Sal didn't go with Dean at the end of the book.

This rule can be applied to some people that use their appearance to harm others for their own profit. Good looking people are called lucky and others that don't fall under that category are extremely jealous as usual. Pretty face and nice figure can also be used. There's nothing bad in it, of course. We see famous movie stars and celebrities doing it every day. The story is totally different in everyday life. People who are attractive get used to the attention and admiration. They get proud and think that everything that they reach is due to the way they look. People who are attractive use their looks to get a job, to be promoted, to be excused from doing something they don't want to. The atmosphere around them can not be ruined in any way. Once the reputation is ruined, nice looks will not help any more for they don't matter from no on. But there are people who are equally pretty inside and outside. Such people are pride of the society and are respected greatly.

I am very thankful for my parents, who are teach me and always helped if they could. Thanks for them I am who are I am. They know that they can be very proud of me. When I was young, even then I was very smart and listen what smart people told me. When I was five years old I could read newspapers and similarly was with me a mathematics book, where I solved simple tasks. In Tallinn I do not have free time for my hobbies and it is very sad. Because the sport is very near to my heart. In Rapla I liked to visit a fitness studio. And when the weather was good I liked to run
