polyimide  coating.  For  this  purpose  several  millimeters  of  polyimide is melted or scraped off  with  a  razor  blade.  Then,  the  capillary  must  be  handled  very  carefully,  since  the  capillary  without a protective coating in this place becomes very fragile.  Another  material  for   the  production  of  capillaries  is  teflon,  which,  however,  are  not  commonly  used  as  fused  silica.   Teflon  is  transparent  in  UV  light  and  therefore  does  not  require  a  special  optical  window.  While  teflon  is  electrically  neutral,  there  still  appears  significant  EOF.  The  disadvantage  is  that  it  is  difficult  to  obtain  a  uniform  inner  surface  of  teflon  capillaries

INTRODUCTION OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) A supply chain is a network of facilities and distribution options that performs the functions of procurement of materials, transformation of these materials into intermediate and finished products, and the distribution of these finished products to customers. Supply chains exist in both service and manufacturing organizations, although the complexity of the chain may vary greatly from industry to industry and firm to firm. Supply chain management is typically viewed to lie between fully vertically integrated firms, where the entire material flow is owned by a single firm and those where each channel member operates independently. Therefore coordination between the various players in the chain is key in its effective management. Cooper and Ellram [1993] compare supply chain management to a well-balanced and well-practiced relay team. Such a team is more competitive when each player knows how to

Sunflower

The sunflower (Helianthus annuus) is an annual(iga aastane) plant in the family Asteraceae, with a large flower head (inflorescence(õiekobar, õisik, õitseaeg, õidumine)). The stem(tüvi) of the flower can grow up to 3 metres tall, with the flower head reaching 30 cm in diameter. The term "sunflower" is also used to refer(nimetama, viitama, üle andma) to all plants of the genus(perekond, sugu) Helianthus, many of which are perennial(alaline, aastaringne) plants. What is usually called the flower is actually a head (formally(ametlikult) composite(liit-, komposiit- ; korvõieline, komposiit) flower) of numerous flowers (florets) crowded(täistuubitud, tunglev, rahvarohke) together. The outer flowers are the ray florets(pähik (õisiku osa) and can be yellow, maroon, orange, or other colors, and are sterile(steriilne, viljatu).
