Seejuures ületas peamist liiki teenuste impordi kasv nende ekspordi kasvu. 2010. aasta IV kvartaliga võrreldes kahanes teenuste import hooajaliselt pea kõikide olulisemate teenuseliikide arvestuses, erandiks sisseostetud kauba- ja reisijatevedu. Ka ehitusteenuste sisseost kasvas nii eelmise kvartali kui ka aastataguse kvartaliga võrreldes. Teenuste impordi struktuur oli sarnane ekspordi struktuuriga olulisemad teenuseliigid olid veoteenused (35% teenuste impor dist), reisiteenused (22%) ja muud äriteenused (21%). Enamik teenustest (81%) osteti Euroopa Liidu riikidelt, aastaga kasvas import Euroopa Liidust ligi veerandi võrra. Enim suurenes teenuste sisseost Saksamaalt, Soomest ja Rootsist. SRÜst ja eelkõige Venemaalt imporditi teenuseid mõnevõrra enam kui eelmises kvartalis ja aasta varem.
