the internet may make us unsocial in real life moreover people often say things and act in the computer networks in the way they would never do in real life. In summary I would say that internet has both positive and negative sides, in my opinion it is just wonderful tool to communicate with people who are thousand kilometres away from you or find all the information you need in just 0,14 seconds. Nevertheless I also spend sometimes too much time on TV series or cartoons, which are too easy to find in the internet. To conclusion I would say that internet is superb if you wont go to the limit with it and use it expediently.

I believe that in the previous quote Hitchcock expresses what he thinks about what the television is showing. In my opinion, he is saying that television is presenting a lot of violence and that people watching it are getting a bad influence. To begin with, I would have to agree with Hitchcock. Television really does promote violence, but there is still nothing being done. People, especially young children are still watching intense movies and cartoons. They are not understanding the reality that is before them. That is why I agree that television promotes violence. In the first place, in the past couple of years the number of violent children has increased by ten percent. That is due to badly influencing shows that are being shown on the television. Children are not understanding the boundary between reality and imagination. That is the real problem with the younger generation. You always have to make sure that they watch movies and shows

I know some people who prefer to do it in English. But for me it is more enjoyable to do it in my mother tounge. English is one of the most common languages in the world. Therefore it is very important to speak it. I started learning English in the third grade like most of the students. Before the lessons at school I had already learned the basic of English. My sister is older than me and I was really interested in studying with her. Also very helpful things were cartoons and hollywood films. In everyday life I use English very often, because I read news in English and write letters in English and also at work. I have lots of friends who are English-speaking. And thats really great, because communicating is the best way, how to learn the language. At sixth grade I started learning Russian. Many people accentuate that every estonian should speak Russian, because we have lots of denizens who are russians and thats why you need to speak Russian almost every day
You can hear it everywhere, no matter which part of the world are you in. In the third grade of elementary scool I started to learn English as a second language so since then i have learned it for nine years and i have reached the level of B2, like all the poeple in Estonia who have finished the high school. For me another helpful nuance in learning English were Hollywood movies and Cartoon Networks Channel. I learned the first basic words and sentences from the cartoons. In everyday life I use English almost every day. I read news in English, surf in the English webpages and communicate with some of my friends in English. Sometimes during a day i use more english language than estonian. Another language that I have learned in school is Russian. I started with it in the sixth grade. Some people say that Russian is Estonian second official language because you can hear russian in every part of estonia
generation. Now if a language dies, the folklore dies with it. So we will also lose our ancestors knowledge, in what they believed in, what they valued. We will lose the myths and legends, how the world or a certain place was made. In fairytales people learn about virtues, how to make a difference between right and wrong. If that was lost, where will kids learn their values then? From society? Where there are liars, thiefs, frauds, hypocrisists, violent and selfish people? Or from cartoons, where a cat hits a mouse and the mouse hits it back? When languages die, songs and traditions die as well. Our ancestors use to dance and sing at parties. There were certain dances, for example kaera-jaan, and games, such as ''Me lähme rukkist lõikama''. In which people run around in pairs in circle and in certain place of the song, they start looking for another partner. And one will be left inside the circle without a partner. We played it in kindergarten
Why I came to study English? Seems like a simple question, but it certainly made me think about it. Some of my friends have even said that majoring in English seems so boring and they constantly bombard me with questions about my future. That made me think about how exactly did I end up studying English? First of all, as a kid, I was so sure I would be a hairdresser or a teacher or a cook in the future. I am sure that almost every kid thinks the same, when all they have for inspiration are cartoons and toys to play with. When I started school, I was very interested in mathematics and other subjects that required logical thinking, because apparently I was smart in that area at the time. Up until 6th grade I was the best student in our class, winning mathematic competitions left and right and not only that. By that time I had also found out that I loved to write, specially poems and I used every opportunity to submit my works for competitions and I had the luck to win some of them
ability to understand idioms is essential to being able to comprehend the meaning of what is being communicated. TV teaches the ideals of democracy and political argument. Watching television can be compared with reading books. It provides an outlet for creative talents. By the beginning of the 21-th century TV became a coloured world network. Numerous programmes people can receive by satellite or cable. The choice of the channels ranges from six to twenty. These channels show programmes of various kinds from documentaries, current events and sports to programmes American films and science fiction cartoons. Now this medium of communication allows people to see and speak with each other if they are separated by thousands of kilometres. TV bridges between Russia and the USA once were very popular. They showed that TV was a unifying force and that our planet in reality is a small world. Previously innovations were promoted on TV. TV shocked, surprised and stimulated. It brought ballet, opera, and theatre to big masses of people. It was even in the vanguard of new drama
This led to talks to create a series, first with FOX, then with Comedy Central, where the series debuted on August 13, 1997. EPISODES New episodes air on Wednesdays, so production begins the previous Thursday and takes the entire team 100120 hours each to complete in the ensuing week.[9] Almost all work on the series is done in-house at South Park Studios in Culver City, Los Angeles. Animation The show's style of animation was inspired by the paper cut-out cartoons made by Terry Gilliam for Monty Python's Flying Circus, of which Trey Parker and Matt Stone have been lifelong fans.[13] Construction paper and traditional stop motion cutout animation techniques were used in the original animated shorts and in the pilot episode made for Comedy Central. The pilot episode required three months to produce. Subsequent episodes have been produced by computer animation providing a similar look to the originals while requiring a fraction of the time to produce
Understanding these elements and their use in modern writing is the object of our quest. Used wisely, these ancient tools of the storytellers craft still have tremendous power to heal our people and make the world a better place. M y own Writer's Journey begins with the peculiar power storytelling has always had over me. I got hooked on the fairy tales and Litde Golden Books read out loud by my mother and grandmother. I devoured the cartoons and movies pouring out of T V in the 1 9 5 0 s , the thrilling adventures on the drive-in screens, the lurid comic books and mind-stretching science fiction of the day. W h e n I was laid up with a sprained ankle, my father went to the local library and brought back wonder stories of Norse and Celtic mythology that made me forget the pain. A trail of stories eventually led me to reading for a living as a story analyst for Hollywood studios
