The Integration of subjects

connect math, biology or even art into their daily life. Even though the tutors of this conventional education have faith in the arrangement of subjects it is still entirely about high test scores, grades and graduation. The essence of progressive, alternative education like the integration of subjects is learning and the accumulation of valuable knowledge & skill. First of all, the courses that should be combined need to be challenging to the students. It would be wise to assimilate math, physics and chemistry because these classes are very similar. For instance, in order to complete a physics equation you need to know math, the same applies to chemistry. If these courses would be integrated pupils would make sense of the connection between the theoretical understanding of scientific studies and their practical functionality. Secondly, seeing that almost every student learning in an ordinary class is either bored or tired, it

sites such as Newgrange. Following the arrival of Saint Patrick and other Christian missionaries in the early to mid-5th century A.D., Christianity subsumed the indigenous pagan religion by the year 600. From around 800 A.D., more than a century of Viking invasions brought havoc upon the monastic culture and on the island's various regional dynasties, yet both of these institutions proved strong enough to survive and assimilate the invaders. The coming of Cambro-Norman mercenaries under Richard de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke, nicknamed Strongbow, in 1169 marked the beginning of more than 700 years of direct Norman and, later, English involvement in Ireland. The English crown did not begin asserting full control of the island until after the English Reformation, when questions over the loyalty of Irish vassals provided the initial impetus for a series of military campaigns between 1534 and 1691

[2][86] [157] There is a relationship between light, primary production, and ecological energy budgets. Sunlight is the primary input of energy into the planet's ecosystems. Light is composed of electromagnetic energyof different wavelengths. Radiant energy from the sun generates heat, provides photons of light measured as active energy in the chemical reactions of life, and also acts as a catalyst for genetic mutation.[2][86][157] Plants, algae, and some bacteria absorb light and assimilate the energy throughphotosynthesis. Organisms capable of assimilating energy by photosynthesis or through inorganic fixation of H2S are autotrophs. Autotrophs--responsible for primary production--assimilate light energy that becomes metabolically stored as potential energy in the form of biochemical enthalpicbonds.[2][86][157] 47. Sidorenko, M. L., & Buzoleva, L. S. (2008). Character of interactions of saprophytic soil microflora via gaseous metabolites. Microbiology, 77(2), 235239. doi:10.1134/S0026261708020185 Definitions Heterotrophic bacteria - bacteria that use organic (carbon-containing) compounds as a source of energy and carbon. This characteristic distinguishes heterotrophic bacteria from chemoautotrophic (chemosynthesizing) and photoautotrophic (photosynthesizing) bacteria, which assimilate CO2 as a source of carbon. The overwhelming number of known species of bacteria, both aerobic and anaerobic, are heterotrophic. Many heterotrophic bacteria utilize sugar, alcohol, and organic acids. However, there are specialized heterotrophic bacteria capable also of decomposing cellulose, lignin, chitin, keratin, hydrocarbons, phenol, and other substances. Heterotrophic bacteria take an active part in the natural recycling of substances.

The Leatherstocking Tales, the native population had been virtually eliminated from the upstate New York area, and "the frontier had been pushed across the Missouri." Cooper himself had little or no personal contact with Native Americans, just like the vast majority of his contemporary readers, who, to borrow Randall C. Davis's words, "accepted without hesitation the distinction between 'savagism' and 'civilization' as an explanation for Native Americans' perceived inabilities to assimilate neatly into EuroAmerican society." Though widely viewed as a sympathizer, if not a staunch advocate, for Native Americans, "Cooper was ambivalent about the westering advance of the society to which he belonged." Perhaps that is the reason why he did not clearly reveal in The Leatherstocking Tales his stand on the cultural clashes between the whites and the natives, especially the removal of the native from their lands

who fled and the new elites who are planning to return to an extravagant life of abundance. Hence, the African immigrant group has been declared by the U.S. Census Bureau as the most educated immigrant group in America. But beyond the fact that he is highly educated, the African immigrant, unlike his Indian, Chinese and other immigrant counterparts, has not had any visible impact on America. Most are still caught up in their loss of opulent lifestyles in Africa, and have not been able to assimilate into a society which does not recognize whether you are a “prince,” a “chief,” “commoner,” son or daughter of wealthy parents, but only recognizes what you have accomplished by yourself. Africans talk incessantly about their homelands – they know everything that happens there. They criticize everything. They will sit and talk a whole day about the leaders who are creating one problem on another, without ever offering solutions
