It lived in Eurasia, from Ireland to east of Lake Baikal. The Giant Deer is famous for its size (2.1 meters tall+ antlers 3.65 meters) The cause of theis extinction is still unknown. Some say they died because of their large antlers(could not move in the forest), others say they were hunted down. Extinct about 7,700 years ago *CASPIAN TIGER: The Caspian tiger or Persian tiger was the westernmost subspecies of tiger, found in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Caucasus, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan until it apparently became extinct in the 1970s. Of all the tigers known to the world, the Caspian tiger was the third largest. The body of this subspecies was quite stocky with strong legs, big wide paws and unusually large claws. The ears were short and small. Around the cheeks the Caspian tiger was generously furred and the rest of its fur was long and thick. The colouration resembled that of the Bengal tiger. It assumebly became extinct in 1970.

See idee muserdas Rujat, kuna tuli meelde 1971. aastal bändi loomise printsiip laulda eesti keeles. Aega mööda koosseisu sisesed pinged kasvasid. Alender tegi osadele lauludele venekeelsed sõnad ning veidi hiljem avaldasid nad uue venekeelse albumi ,,Pust budet vsjo". Sellest saigi paraku ansambli hingekell.

For years Russia provided Ukraine with underpriced gas while Ukraine's export prices increased rapidly. Over the decades Ukraine, however, grew dependent on oil and gas coming from Russia, at almost no cost. Today, 70 percent of gas consumed in the country is imported. In 1991 Ukraine was one of the poorest Soviet republics. Statistics for the time are notoriously uncertain, but the best ones available show Ukraine's GDP at just $1,307 per capita. Only Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan lagged behind Ukraine; even Moldova and Turkmenistan, generally regarded as very poor Soviet republics, were ahead of Ukraine. Ukraine's economy contracted annually between 9.7 and 22.7 percent in 19911996. The country experienced hyperinflation and an exceptionally huge production decline for a country not ravaged by a major war. Official GDP collapsed by almost half from 1990 to 1994, and slow decline continued throughout the decade. Economic growth would not

According to a new scheme, the Swiss GSP for less developed countries establishes zero tariffs for all industrial products and some agricultural products. The revision of the scheme demonstrated the difference in develop- ment levels of beneficiary countries. This served as the basis for granting a beneficiary status to some developing countries (many Central Asian countries among them: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgiz Republic, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) and two less developed countries (Angola and Eritrea). Certificate of Origin (Form A) As already mentioned, relevant documents should be filed by the exporter to receive the tariff concessions anticipated by the GSP system. One of the key documents is the certificate of origin, the so-called "Form A". The latter was drafted by UNCTAD in 1970 and approved as a unani- mously recognized certificate of origin for the GSP system.
