There are many different species of whales in Greenlandic waters including the two largest, the blue whale and the fin whale. New Zealand has an exceptionally long coastline compared to the size of the country (over 15,000 km) which makes it almost the same size as the mainland USA's coastline. Even though New Zealand is only about the same size as Colorado, the large coastline is possible because it is extremely iregular and indented. New Zealand's coastline is packed with deep coves, bays, intricate harbours, long sounds, and steep fiords. Its territorial waters stretch from the sub-tropical through to the sub-antarctic. Both islands tend to have better swimming beaches on their eastern coasts and the further north you go. The west coasts of both islands are quite rugged with cliffs and more unsettled weather. There are however some suitable swimming and bathing beaches here, with iron (volcanic) sand beaches (black sand) being common on the North Island.
However, as disagreements between the P-5 emerged over the Kosovo crisis in 19981999, and even more significantly in relation to Iraq in 2003, this debate was overshadowed by one regarding the criteria to be applied in determining the acceptable bounds within which states may have recourse to the use of force. It is an exploration of these issues, and the fundamental bearing that they have on the UNSC's legitimacy, that forms the principal focus of this article. The first of these harbours concerns regarding the legitimacy of the UNSC, which it sees as being undermined by the Council's apparent inability to constrain great power use of force, particularly by the United States. This interpretation of the crisis of legitimacy is countered by an alternative understanding -- proffered most notably by neoconservative forces in the George W. Bush administration -- which focuses on the perceived inability of the existing UN regime to meet the
The removal of trees from savanna land removes the competition for water from the grasses present, and can lead to a two to fourfold increase in pasture production, as well as improving the quality of the feed available. Since stock carrying capacity is strongly correlated with herbage yield there can be major financial benefits from the removal of trees. The removal of trees also assists grazing management. For example in sheep grazing regions of dense tree and shrub cover harbours predators, leading to increased stock losses while woody plant cover hinders mustering in both sheep and cattle areas. A number of techniques have been employed to clear or kill woody plants in savanna. Early pastoralists used felling and ringbarking, the removal of a ring of bark and sapwood, as a means of

The island is home to the Blue Mountains indland and is surrounded by a narrow coastal plain. Most major towns and cities are located on the coast. Some regions on the south coast, such as the Liguanea Plain, are relatively dry rain-shadow areas. Jamaica lies in the hurricane belt of the Atlantic Ocean, as a result, the island sometimes experiences significant storm damage. Economy Jamaica is a mixed economy with both state enterprises and private sector businesses

Her complexion is very fair, she doesn't tan at all. She has blue eyes that match her blonde hair and complexion. She has a narrow nose, everything about her is slim. She is very thin and looks sometimes younger than she is, she's in her mid twenties. She has one of the most peculiar personalities I know. She is sometimes very quiet and completely shuts me out and then she can be very chatty. Her views of the world could be categorized as pessimistic, but I know she secretly harbours a lot of positivity. She often second guesses herself and that makes her kind of a perfectionist. I sometimes feel as if she is slow on purpose, but I know it's just the way she's made. She is an avid reader, you have to literally tear books away from her. She likes fantasy novels best, but also enjoys serious classics. When she starts with a book, it's really hard for her to stop. She also loves listening to rock music, which is what we bonded over. Also, she is a great artist if she has the
