Estate Planning Basics Referaat

· Do you have grandchildrens? · Brothers and sisters? · Other close family members? · Who else you care about? Parents raising young children are usually quite clear that their major estate planning concern is providing for the minors if the parents suddenly die. ,,Providing" means deciding both who will raise the child and who manage any money or property that the child legally owns. To arrange for the transfer of your property to your beneficiaries after you die, you must use one or some combination of various legal devices. The two most popular are will and living trusts. Wills A will, the simplest estate planning device to prepare, is a document that leaves some or all your property to beneficiaries you choose. You can also use a will to name an adult guardian for your young childrens. The principal drawback of a will is that it must normally go through probate, a complicated and expensive court proceeding. Fiscal Policy

· The discretionary fiscal policy moves to counter a boom and the resulting inflation is to cut government spending and/or increase taxes and thus lower consumption, or some combination of the two. Government Budget In the course of a year the government budget is kept track of and there are three large parts observed. Government purchases (what we have called G) + transfer payments (like social security payments to beneficiaries) tax revenue from all sources. Let's rewrite this as Government budget = G tax + transfers = G (tax -transfers) = G T, Where T is net taxes, or taxes net of transfers. · If G T > 0 we have a budget deficit in the year, · If G T < 0 we have a budget surplus in the year, and · If G T = 0 we have a balanced budget in the year.

town did not coincide -- most of the population had no civic rights. The lower class mainly consisted of Estonians. While an special status secured the supremacy of the Baltic knighthood and the German upper classes in towns, it considerably aggravated the legal and social situation of Estonians. It can be said that the pre-nationhood Landesstaat, with its strict social structure, effectively prevented Estonians from becoming Germans. Considering their relatively small number, the beneficiaries of the Landesstaat were additionally protected by their disproportionally large representation amongst the Russian elite during the following two centuries. Many noblemen of the Baltic provinces had remarkable military careers, the most brilliant being Michael Barclay de Tolly who excelled in the war against Napoleon. Highly-educated and with good language skills, the share of Baltic Germans in the Russian diplomatic corps was considerable; several became ministers and governors general.
