Children with FAS and FAE are often described as hyperactive, disstactible, or impulsive. they often have short attention spans similar to attention deficit dirorder, but with lower IQ's particularly in the FAS child. In addition to attention deficits, problems with judgement, comprehension, and abstract think are common. Some new research says that kids with FAS and FAE are more vulerable to alcohol exposure. Another thing is newborns exposed to alcohol before birth may have a weak sucking responce and irregular sucking patterns early in life. Some describe them as easily distracted and fatigued when sucking. Sleep disturbance, and jitteriness have also been reported in infants exposed to alcohol before birth. Some studies also show that a higher incidence of impaired vision and hearing, motor incoordination, and problem with balance are possible attibuted to alcohol use by the mother before birth of the infant.
• At this point, The American Agriculturist began to accept advertisements for milkers, although, very few were printed. Their expressed opinion was that the milkers were of little value, but, did no apparent harm to the cows. Variety • The great variety and number of early milking machines can be categorized into two groups, those that tried to emulate hand milking (mechanical pressure devices), and those that tried to emulate the sucking calf (vacuum devices). • Proponents of both types of milkers turned out an endless variety of contraptions for over 50 years, until the modern pulsator made the suction method the clear winner. First vacuum milker patents • Hodges and Brockenden secured an English patent for such a device in 1851. • In America, Anna Baldwin patented such a milker, using a pitcher pump and bucket in her patent illustration. • In 1859, S.W
environment are said to be in complementary distribution. For example, clear/l/ and dark/l/. NB! The sounds we produce and hear are continuous: we move our organs of speech continuously and produce a continuous signal still it is possible to divide speech into units, which is called segmentation. The sounds of languages can be produced by: pushing air out of the lungs through the vocal tract (pulmonic, egressive) sucking the air into the mouth (ingressive) NB! Without air we cannot produce sound. There are two classes of sounds: consonants vowels Consonants are produced with some restriction or closure in the vocal tract that impedes the flow of air from the lungs. Vowels are produced so that the airstream is relatively unobstructed. NB! Any speech sound will always exhibit two components in some form or other: An activity that initiates a flow of air (i.e. initiation, lungs as initiators)

I could sense his agitation, knew he was feeling as off-center as I was. "You're so tight." His gasped words were threaded with a hint of delicious agony. I took more of him, letting him slide deeper. I sucked in a deep breath, feeling exquisitely stretched. "You're so big." Pressing his palm flat to my lower belly, he touched my throbbing clit with the pad of his thumb and began to massage it in slow, expertly soft circles. Everything in my core tightened and clenched, sucking him deeper. Opening my eyes, I looked at him from under heavy eyelids. He was so beautiful sprawled beneath me in his elegant tuxedo, his powerful body straining with the primal need to mate. His neck arched, his head pressing hard into the seatback as if he was struggling against invisible bonds. "Ah, Christ," he bit out, his teeth grinding. "I'm going to come so hard." The dark promise excited me. Sweat misted my skin. I became so wet and hot that I slid
man became quiet, was asked to leave and not return. The waitress fortunately was not hurt, except for bruises on her legs. When it was all over, the manager came to my table and asked me, half joking but perhaps feeling intuitively that there was some connection, “Did you cause all this?” THE PAIN-BODY IN CHILDREN Children's pain-bodies sometimes manifest as moodiness or withdrawal. The child becomes sullen, refuses to interact, and may sit in a corner, hugging a doll or sucking a thumb. They can also manifest as weeping fits or temper tantrums. The child screams, may throw him or herself on the floor, or become destructive. Thwarted wanting can easily trigger the pain-body, and in a developing ego, the force of wanting can be intense. Parents may watch helplessly in incomprehension and disbelief as their little angel becomes transformed within a few seconds into a little monster. “Where does all that unhappiness come from?” they wonder.
